This review is only based on one visit drive thru. The service is very slow and very unprofessional. It was around 4 pm during the weekdays so the drive thru was not packed but busy it took more than 5 minutes to place an order after pulling to the drive thru. I ordered one small chocolate chip frappé. After I pay and got to the second window they asked me to pull forward because they have not prepared the order yet. Time frame 5 minutes wait in the line 5 minutes wait again before they took the order 3-5 minutes to get to the second window after placing the order Another 3 minutes to prepare the order after I was asked to pull forward from the second window Almost 20 minutes to get one small chocolate chip frappé this is by far the longest drive thru line I have seen for a McDonald's read more

Blessed to the hearts of those who are so kind who work here. Others are clearly only there for the paycheck. Drive Thru takes forever to take orders if there are more than 3 people. Very slow service. Food is okay though. Playground is dirty, area is unclean. read more

i placed my order at 4:09 online on the app, it was a drive thru order, it had already said it was done before i got there, i got there about 15 minutes after i placed it, and keep in mind it was already done and ready to be picked up, i pull up and the drive thru is packed, so i go inside, then right before i get up to the counter they said not to take any more orders inside, so i have to wait, and not just a normal couple minutes wait it was about 25 minutes before they finally came back, i told them i just needed to pick up my order, the worker who sounds like patrick in that episode on spongebob where they go out of water and are drying out then says i have to change it from drive thru to inside, sure whatever that's fine i don't get how it's changing anything my food is ALREADY DONE. they say i have to wait for it to be done, WHAT DO YOU MEAN? its already done give me my food, it was 5:00 before i finally got it, thats obsurd, my food was already done, it doesn't even take a minute to go and grab my bag, im sure those big back workers ate my food cause its obviously they been sneaking food every order they get and it shows, im am beyond pissed at how long it took. read more

Stopped here for a quick bite and to stretch our legs by eating inside on a road trip and wish we had just gone somewhere else. They have the new self-order kiosks, which is fine, but no one is around to help you figure it out (I consider myself fairly tech-savvy and couldn't figure part of it out for the longest time). You are told to take a table tent (which are hidden from view of the customer even though it is an integral part of the ordering process) so your food will be brought to you. It won't be. They just call out what the actual food is within the order and expect you will know its yours. Not like many people order chicken nuggets, right??? On top of the confusing ordering/pickup process inside, the store is in horribly disgusting condition - food and trash all over the floors and tables, the soda area is sticky, the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in several days. The only reason they get a low rank is because the parking situation is awful. They recently remodeled this location and to say they made upgrades or improvements would be hard to substantiate from what I see as a customer. There is not a kids play place and the dine in area just feels small and claustrophobic. I do like that I can use the mobile app but when you need to make changes, it is difficult and sometimes not possible. If you go for the drive thru, they only have 2 conditions- 1, there is nobody in line and the process goes fast or 2- there is a massive line, both lines are running ineffectively and the wait time will be long. I only say this because every time I go, it is either one or the other- never anything in between. In my opinion, if you see a long line, it is not worth the wait and you can almost be certain that your order will be wrong if you brave the wait. read more

One star because I can't give it zero. Ordered a 7 and a 3 and the guy said back to me you said "a 5 and a 6" I said no a 7 and a 3. He then makes me repeat it again a number 7 and a number 3 with two large dr peppers. Went to the window to pay and the guy looks at me with a drink in his hand and says coke. I said no it's a Dr Pepper and he said it's a coke that's in there I said that's not what I ordered. Went through the drive thru at about 8pm on a Saturday night. There was fast service, but once we went to the 2nd window to pick up our food, it wasn't such a great experience. There was a young lady handing out food at the window. She first greeted us, and stuttered when trying to ask us what our drink was, so my fiancé replied with "Sweet Tea?" since she was stuttering. She then quickly caught an attitude and instead of reading our order to us before she handed it to us, she said "you had this & that - yada, yada, yada. good job" (telling him good job in a snobby tone in reference to getting his drink name right). And then proceeded to shut the window. While we waiting on our food, we were looking through the window, shocked as to how she just spoke to us. She turned her back to the gentleman making drinks, and proceeded to shake her head and mock us to him. When she came back to the window to hand us our food, I addressed how rude she was, and she leaned over the window with a rude look on her face, and I simply said "you're not a nice person" and we drove off. read more

They go to an all breakfast menu at 1 am. Corporate norm is to transition around 4am. I spoke with an employee and they do this because they don't want to have to cook to order on the night shift. As I sat at the doorway and window view I saw two employees go outside and have their smoke breaks. One was one of the managers too THEN come inside and NOT wash their hands and get back on the front line handling the food. Clean place in the dinning area though. 2 issues in a row, I work the night shift and got off a couple weeks ago and stopped by on my way home and was told "we are out of hamburger meat and large lids, then just this morning stopped by at 3:55 AM or so and was told no longer serving lunch but I could wait fifteen minutes to order breakfast... this is one of the worst locations I've been to and the only reason I stop by is because it's one of the only 24 hour places open. This is the better McDonald's in the Benton-Bryant area, but this doesn't mean I haven't had my encounters here. The good experiences out way the bad ones so this is why I gave them 3 stars. The 2 drive-thru lanes allow you to get in and out pretty quick. The food is normally (I stress normally) fresh and the inside is pretty clean. If you have a choice, I'd definitely pick this one over the one on Reynold's road. But drats! it doesn't have the Play Place. If you want that, then go to the indoor Play Place at the Benton location on Military Road. read more

This restaurant doesn't have any spicy food for breakfast and I'm not sure if other stores in America and other countries sell spicy food for breakfast but this one doesn't. My best friend has to spend the rest of the day and maybe even more with a stopped up nose and I can't just sit here anymore and see her suffer and breathe through her mouth. I went today to get breakfast for my daughters after we hit a ladder left on the freeway. After getting my food I felt shuddering and a weird sound so I pulled over to call my back up. Couldn't get a hold of them but decided to repack bc I pulled straight over wen it happened and blocked some way out of the way parking however did not want to continue bc that is my fault. I own that. I repaired on other side of restaurant out of the way. Parked until I could get a hold of someone to tell me what to do. During this I had a massive panic attack and didn't want to talk and drive naturally. As I pull out once I get through to my father and panic passed, an employee came out and speed walking to my car. Logic says to fact find prior to addressing any given situation, and that I go to that location once or more a week and I've always gotten my food and leave immediately. Given his intent I will no longer go to this location. Find this stupid as a review but this just isn't the way. I never treat the public in that manner, and at my job have assisted several employees of this location. Should be trained to fact find and see if someone needs aid rather than come to his own conclusion. read more
