Definitely a place for the kids. Ordering food was a shall we say adventure... One of the adult members of my party asked for bacon for his burger, the staff at the cash register said we're out of bacon but when the food arrived, there was extra bacon on his burger... Strange. You place your order, and then the food is delivered by a train that circles on the track above your head... As the food was lowered down in a rectangle bucket... Disappointed. I was excited to try this place because my toddler loves trains! The train experience was cool, however; my fish was raw so I informed the girl at the counter. After some time the photos attached are the replacement fish I received. Still raw, slimey or rotten?? My food wasn't edible so I was left without food. There were games in the waiting area if there is a long line. The train brings you your food on train tracks and then slowly drops down to you. The food was decent, fries were boring burger was okay. It was ok. I got the shrimp sub basket and my wife got the shrimp basket. Shrimp had good flavor but were overcooked as well as the hush puppies. The sub was good but the relish needs to be drained before putting on bread, which was a soggy mess in places. French fries were ok. I'm sure frozen and the shrimp probably were as well. All and all it was ok... but the real deal breaker was the filth on the food tray as well as the elevator shaft it rode up and down on. Wish I had taken a pictures. Disgusting. This restaurant is really cool! Your kids will love it and the kid in you will come out as you watch in anticipation of your meal being delivered by train! The kids meals are good size and the burgers for grown ups are good sized too and can be made bigger! I know it's just a fast food type restaurant, but they have a great idea going here. Someone had mentioned it and we thought; We have 3 little boys that would LOVE this. We arrived about an hour before closing time ( we didn't realize the hours were changed because of the covid so call ahead) but when you walk in it has a cool train station vibe. And all along the ceiling are these train rails. Once you order your food you take a number and find a seat. When your order is ready you hear what table is ready and ALL Aboard. Then the trains start moving. When it gets to your table it's drops your box onto a small platform and it slowly moves down to your table. Then the train heads back to station to get someone else's food. Your drinks are self serve but everything else comes on the train. It was really a cool concept and the little boys just loved it! Oh I better talk about the food lol kids meals included grilled cheese, burgers and hotdogs all served with fries. We had chicken tenders, the fried shrimp, the fish and some sweet spicy glazed shrimp. I think we ate it ALL. don't go looking for gourmet cooking. Lol. It's for kids lol but as far as fast food it was pretty good. So go for the ambience and get some pretty good food while you're there. We will go again when we get back to this area. read more
