Took forever to get someone to help me service is terrible all they care about is the drive through orders. Food is okay.

I went into McDonald's last Thursday evening with my 3 yr old Granddaughter , the guy at the counter seemed high as a Kite , stared at the register while taking my order , I didn't get a receipt, while waiting for my order the manager (I assume was cursing at another employee using the F word after waiting a while I had enough I asked for my money back after someone else had to find my receipt ( with the wrong items ) the second employee was apologetic , I will never go to that "restaurant" again , I would be ashamed to be the owner , no customers, no business, what a disgrace!!!! read more

Granted my order was a simple one ( iced caramel macchiato) and I went inside to place and pickup my order. Complaints from previous reviews seem to involve the drive through. The restaurant itself was completely spotless! I didn't have to wait very long at all before a very friendly lady tended to me! This not a 5 diamond establishment it's fast food! the service was terrible the the employees had attitudes they didn't fully blend my caramel frappe so it it was ice a bunch of ice and they gave me a medium instead of a large at first and when I asked them to make it, they said they can't Because I had drunk some when it wasn't the right size and it was a bunch of ice in it. They said it would attitude, and they gave me a regular McChicken when I ordered the hot and spicy McChicken. read more

So I mobile ordered a large iced caramel coffee and everything was great until I actually rolled up to the drive thru to pick it up. Guess what I didn't get...a large iced caramel coffee. I got a medium coffee which really isn't that big a deal had the lady said something before she gave it to me. When I asked if this was a large, she stated, we don't have large cups. Well, if you don't have a large cup, maybe you shouldn't wait until the customer asks to let them know that they didn't get what they ordered‍. As far as the taste, it sort of tasted like they were running out of caramel and they were trying to make it stretch for other customers. Of well, the coffee got things moving this morning. I can't blame McD's for this one because I failed to ask but, there was one more issue during this visit. Slowest McDonalds I have EVER BEEN TO!!! It doesn't matter what time of day either! The fries are almost always cold and the drive thru takes absolutely forever!! Go to a different one if you have a choice. They have people pulled over everywhere waiting on their orders. Currently one in the front and two in parking spots. Save yourself about 25 minutes! Oh and the staff is never friendly!!!! We ended up having to go in to get our food. Turns out a quarter pounder and a fish sandwich took 30 minutes today on 9-13-19!!! read more

Been here three times. They overcharged me all three times. It's small charges. $4 plus for a small French fry and $0.80 for one bbq sauce. They left things out of my order on two occasions. Did not give me the receipt on one occasion. When I asked they shook their head and shut the window. I tried to contact only to be met with a form response and no follow up. read more

This is by far one of the worst McDonalds ever. I have went a few times since it is near my house and every time the drive thru messes up my order or the food is old and cold. But the last incident really made me decide there is no hope for this place. I went around noon on a BUSY day during a lunch rush. They gave me cold fries and when I bit into my quarter pounder it was cold and pink on the inside. I called to complain but no one picked up and I talked to corporate and the best they could Offer me was an apology and a value meal coupon . To say this is a bad McDonalds would be a big understatement. All we ordered was 2 Happy Meals and it took over 20 mins. At least 3 orders were returned due to being wrong while we were waiting and the place is just disgusting. Only giving one star because zero isn't an option. read more

The drive through is terrible!!! The workers at night only take them make one order at a time, leaving a ton of people aggravated and driving off. It's a shame that McDonald's has fallen so low. After spending $50 on dinner for a family of five, the entire order was incorrect and I'm just flabbergasted of on the fact that it's aaaallllll wrong!! The staff has a total IQ of 50 with all of them put together. I have never once had them get my order right. Every single time I go I have to go back and have something fixed because they either don't know the difference between a double and a single or they don't know the difference between BBQ and Big Mac Sauce. They were quick to take my order and take the money, didn't have the food ready, asked me to pull ahead, waited 10 minutes,15 minutes had to get out of the vehicle and go inside after waiting 15 minutes seemed as if they didn't care. read more

Went to order breakfast at around 10:25 which I was waiting for the lady to take my order until 10:29 and she informed they were on lunch. The lady behind the drive thru was very adamant on the fact that they were told not to take breakfast orders anymore. So I called the manager and she was very unaware they were told that. We stopped by for the first time on 5/23/21 ordering two big macs and a large fry MADE TO ORDER!!!! After waiting in the drive through line for 13 minuets we received our food, We got back on the highway to head home. took out our food and EVERTHING WAS COLD. If I could put zero stars I would. The workers are terribly rude and will blame you for THEIR mistakes. They make my very simple order wrong all the time. Honestly, do not see how this place is still open and running as it is. I will not eat at this particular McDonald's ever again! I used to come here once in a while and everything was fine, great even. But recently it's been terrible.. what happened? No flow , and my ORDER IS WRONG EVERY TIME. I'm asked to pull the the side EVERY TIME... and they forget to bring parts of my order. Last time I orders a coffee iced drink. They forgot to bring it To my car. Then said ok I'll go get it, never came back, baby screaming in my car , I'm waiting, so I went and walked up to the window, my "drink was just standing there" I asked about it, they said oh we thought you left... and gave it to me. This is a great little McDonald's hamburger joint located off interstate. The drive-through service is really fast specially for the pre-hurricane Florence coming in. The drive-through person always very nice sweet caring understanding and very friendly. When I receive my food it was hot and in great shape. Overall this is a great little McDonald's joint to get a hamburger fries and unsweet tea. read more

I went through the drive thru and the woman on the speaker was extremely rude and forceful. She just said "go head wit yo order" and when I asked her to give me a minute she just repeated herself "go head wit yo order", she had no respect or friendliness at all. When I got to the window she had chocolate sauce all over her arms and hands and was dangling my bag in front of me using only her finger tips. She said "I had a accident..my bad" and just closed the window forcefully when I took my food. I will never visit this place again. Mcdonalds needs to weed out the bad employees who seemingly do jot care about their job or the interaction they have with the customers.
