I just received my order and this is totally unacceptable. We purchased two different combo meals and with both,the meat was raw! When we tried to report it to the store no one would pick up and the call was reported to the corporate office. When I asked for my money back we were told it was probably a issue with the calibration of the grill. Regardless when I asked for my money back I was told to take my receipt to the store in the next 24 hours and they would remake it. I am not interested in this as I will not go back to this location. It is extremely dangerous to be serving uncooked meat to the public. read more

Wow. I don't give out many 1 star reviews but I had a pretty terrible experience here Tuesday night. We were on our way to visit some friends and take our child trick or treating and decided to stop for a quick dinner since we were in the Boiling Springs area. We pulled in and things seemed OK. The drive-thru was busy but inside the restaurant was filled with just a scattering of customers, most of whom were dressed in costumes. Seemed like a fun place for a pre-Halloween meal. There was no one in line and we ordered quickly. That's when things got interesting... As we sat and waited for our food we started to notice that it has been about 20 minutes since we heard the last order number called. Moving up to the front, I noticed that people were crowded around the counter and no one had any food coming out. We waited for about 10-15 more minutes while the same vehicle sat at the drive-thru. The lady working the cash register kept efficiently ringing up customers but nothing seemed to be happening in the kitchen and thus the front became more and more crowded. (There seemed to be plenty of help back there, too, plus a manager on staff). Finally someone got some food but they brought it back up to the counter because it was apparently cold, undercooked, and had a hair in it. Along with a few others, I jumped in line and we got our money back. While this was all happening I never heard the manager apologize to anyone or make any attempt to fix things. Worst McDonalds by far! I've had this app for years and this is honestly my very first review because of how bad it was. So here is my story. The date is 8/18/18 and I work at Duke Energy about 20 min away from this McDonalds. My crew was moved to night shift 6pm-4am because the boiler where we work is way too hot to work in during the day. Even at night it's still 115-120 degrees. So tonight 3 of us didn't have a chance to bring in lunch. I thought, "well we all work so hard, maybe I can go out and bring us all something back". I told the guys my idea and on our 15 min break around 9 we began looking for 24 hr fast food places. This McDonalds is the ONLY restaurant around for miles that advertised 24hr. So being it was 20 min out of the way, we decided to leave the plant site about 20 minutes early. So 11:40 rolls up and we head out. We actually found a faster route as one of our guys was a local and knew backroads. So we pull up at 11:49 and there is a line of cars in front of us. We patiently wait at the drive through and we notice the cars in front of us all disappeared with their food. So we sit and wait and wait. Finally at 12:01 a guy comes through and says "sorry we closed at 12". They intentionally waited out the clock! So thanks Boiling Springs for wasting everybody's lunch time. read more

Quick getting my food every time I go. Food is always good an hot. Customer service is polite, nice and very helpful.

This place is very unprofessional. They are supposed to close at midnight, and when I went at 10 they had already closed and wouldn't give a reason for closing early. I was very frustrated because I just wanted a McFlurry but it seemed the staff there was more concerned about their personal matters in whatever was happening back there than their customer service. If you can't give a valid reason to close early then DONT. read more

This is the worst Mcdonalds I've been to. You basically have to call to see if the ice cream machine is up and running. I've came here today and yesterday and I was told it was down again.... I also came last week to order a Sweet BBQ sandwich with quarter meat and they pulled me up as always and when I got home it was not what I ordered so I went back thru the drive thru to get it replace and they pulled me up again and brought it out to me and it had pink sauce on it , when did BBQ sauce become pink, I was highly pissed but try not to show it but this place is awful. I work here I can tell you from experience. Past 4 o clock in the afternoon it's nothing but teenagers. So don't get your hopes up too high. We try are hardest but it's hard when people are catching attitudes with or when your on headset and you say one moment please and you get mad even though we have a car at our window we dealing with. And when you get mad cause we don't got no breakfast at 8 or 9 it's because it's all been used up. We can't cook breakfast past. Certain time because it'll ruin stock for morning shit people. And don't be surprised if there is a wait when it's busy. You chose to come there when it was busy so that's something you should expect. Also before you start cussing us out realize we're teenagers and our manager doesn't like when you cuss out a 16 or 17 her old because of some petty reason like your food taking too long. Were nice people you just to realize it's 1130 AT night and you shouldn't be coming to McDonald's expecting to get everything you want 30 minutes before we close. So cam. Down Im. Grill window front counter and back drive person so I know what I'm talking bout. If you want adults to serve you come before 3 or 4. I have been coming here for 3 years because it is only McDonalds within miles. It is the WORST I have ever been to after traveling on business all over the US. Today I ordered two sausage McMuffins, and as usual they gave me Sausage and Egg, I am allergic to eggs. I also ordered a yogurt parfait. They told me they only had one. I said it is 6:45 am, how can you be out. "The lady who makes them did not come in" I didn't realize yogurt and fruit in a tiny cup required a skilled person. I got to window to pick up and told them they gave me wrong McMuffin and the lady who took my order snatched my bag and said "he has an attitude." I then said, just keep the food, give me my money back and the lady said fine, you are the devil. And the date on the yogurt was use by Jan 29, and today is Feb 1st. They never turn their lights on at night so kids can sit outside and smoke. When they do, half the letters in McDonalds are burned out. How the owner can let this store stay open is beyond me, just across the street from Gardner Webb University. I ride by Bojangles, Hardees, and others to get there, but no more. I called and asked for the manager 3 times and they hung up on me. I have called their regional office as well but no returned call. Please, don't go there.
