1st good thing, staff is very nice, now bad thing, i ordered two breakfast platters, one with sausage, one with bacon.The side item was hash browns.They forgot the hash browns,, so I drove back up there to get them, because after $25, I was going to go get the hash Browns. LOL. I got the hash browns, and you'd think, having a customer have to drive all the way back up there.They would have gave a coupon for next time.A muffin extra hash brown, but nothing they just gave me.The two hash browns, and that was it. Recently opened in LIncolnton on Hwy 150 (April) my wife and I have been twice now. Very weil run with none of the hiccups normally associated with new Restaurant openings. First started visiting Biscuitville in their Graham location back in the late '90"s when I was working for another company and we had plant trials right down the street. Back around 2010, driving to Statesville from Cornelius NC, I would occasionally stop at the Biscuitville location in Mooresville and hit the drive through but that location closed years ago. The physical building is not a Zaxby's. Glad they are in Lincolnton because we are over there several times a month and it's only 12 miles away. I love their Pork Chop Biscuit which I've had twice and my wife is a fan of their English Muffins. Looking for a great Biscuit that is light and fluffy, then give this place a try. Biscuits are like what my mother used to make when I was growing up. Great when served hot with just a slab of butter on them. read more

This little place is a gem! They have the best biscuits in town. I have breakfast for lunch here whenever I am in Lincolnton. The young lady who waited on us last time was very helpful, she asked the manager about gluten free items for my son. He tried the cheese grits for the first time and loved them! read more

Was not impressed at all with our first visit to Biscuitville. Met a good friend of ours for breakfast today at 10 am. The girl taking orders had absolutely no clue as to what she was doing. I tried five times, yes five times to order my wife a turkey sausage, egg and cheese English muffin and she had no clue what I was talking about. On the sixth attempt, I pointed at the menu board and in a loud, frustrated voice said "NUMBER TWELVE IS WHAT I WANT!" and be damned if she didn't turn around and stare at the menu board with a deer in the headlights look like she had never seen the menu board before! After finally entering something in the computer, I ordered myself a fried steak biscuit with seasoned fries. When the order came out, both were wrong. The wife got grilled chicken instead of turkey sausage and I got fried chicken instead of fried steak. I would have sent it back but I was in no mood to stand in a long line to deal with that girl again. I'm glad I didn't because when I went to get a refill on my coffee, I overheard a woman at the counter having the same trouble trying to order breakfast that I did, so it was quite obvious that this girl who was clueless didn't need to be taking orders on a busy Saturday morning. Food was not worth the hassle and frustration I went through trying to order it only to get both orders wrong! Plus the wife said her grilled chicken was dry. After what we went through, our friend was kind of embarrassed she recommended that we eat here, but we told her none of this was her fault.
