Ordered food on their app. Pulled up to first window and received receipt, second window gave me my drink and asked me to park. After 30 minutes of waiting I called their phone line to ask and they sent someone out to ask for my receipt. Over 38 minutes as I wrote this and still no food. read more

Biggest disappointment was the food was cold. We got two Big Mac's, big mistake. The meat is so thin you can almost see through it, almost no sauce. Nothing like the Big Mac's I remember. Who owns this franchise?! Have they bothered to look at all of the horrific reviews?? We waiting for 21 long minutes (longer than we should have) to order inside at the counter & finally walked out & went to Arby's where we received our fresh, hot and accurate meals within 5min! We reluctantly decided to give them another chance the next morning (not sure why we bothered) & downloaded their mobile app thinking it HAD TO BE faster service. NOPE. I pulled in to the mobile app pick yp spot, followed the apps instructions & entered the # of the parking spot I was in & no one came out. I went inside (it is -4° here) & there sat my meal. I grabbed it & left without checking my food 1st. Back in the day, McDonald's internal motto was QSC&V, "Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value". At the counter, I learned that this location fails on the Service: the clerk wasn't outright rude, but was curt enough that she was just on the borderline. It wasn't until I had the food and headed for the dining area that I learned that it fails on the Cleanliness, too: although many tables were empty, none of them were clean. Okay, so it's a McDonald's, you can't really expect outstanding service but this McDonald's takes bad service to a whole new level. VERY slow workers, and they take awhile to get you your food. Manager stood out in the lobby without helping while the two people in the back scrambled to get orders done and then this same manager stood there and complained about the hours. It's McDonald's, it's not like your job is extremely hard. One of the workers in the back was messing around - making the wait even longer. A worker came in from outside (to start her shift) and started touching the food without washing her hands, which is gross. The customer service overall terrible. As for the food, it's always usually dry and hard. Again, I know it's McDonald's but if I'm paying for food, I expect it to as least be decent and the customer service to be good. read more

HORRIBLE ! We purchased two Quarter Pounders and paid to have tomatoes added. When we opened the bag, both boxes had greasy hand prints on them (and we didn't have fries), my burger had 1 pickle, 3 very very small pieces of onion, some ketchup on one end of the patty and no tomatoes. To top it off the buns were both burnt. My wife's burger was similar. We drove back and returned the burgers for a refund. We got our money back but I doubt they will make any changes, they didn't seem to care that we were returning the burgers for a refund. read more

Stopped in for a Quarter Pounder after working a 14 hour shift with short breaks and almost no stopping. I was hungry! Saw the promo on the store menu for the BOGO for a buck and decided to order 2 quarter pounders since I could get the second for a dollar. Cashier looked confused, yelled over to the manager who was eating at a table nearby. Hey he wants the bogo what do I do... the manager says you cant have it. So I was like huh? Its on your menu board?!? She says the board is broken I cant get it off. So I say well its being advertised so you need to give it to me. She SHOUTED - NO I CANT I HAVE NO WAY OF PITTING IT IN THE COMPUTER!!!! So I left, amazed and upset that YOUR STORES FALSE ADVERTIZE!!! If its on the board Im pretty sure you have to honor it.
