I know that a lot of people don't really look at reviewing fast food restaurants to say good things, just perhaps to complain about something- well, I caught these guys at their best not once but at least 3 times! My friend and I went to McDonald's and ordered nuggets and 2 mcflurries. We got our nuggets in record time, but as we were standing behind the counter, we saw someone who looked like they were in a management position, being rude to female employees. He started our two Mc flurry's and then left them there. He then asked another coworker Why he wasn't doing it. He then realized that he had left them on top of the ice cream machine and got more Oreos. He poured the Oreos into the top of the lid from the bag for each of the Mc flurry's and then took a spoon and stir to each of them with his bare hand. He had ice cream all over his hand so we knew that he had touched ours and it was dripping over the side. The only reason that this review has two stars is because my friend said the spicy nuggets were so good. Will never go here again unless it's through the drive-through or to get spicy nuggets. read more

We went through the drive thru and they told us the fountain machine is broken but the one inside isn't so they made us go inside and get it ourselves. I don't understand why someone couldn't go around and get the drinks there plenty of workers and the drive thru wasn't busy. This made me very upset but every time we go it's slow and they make us pull over with many other cars because the foods not ready and they bring it out. Also something is always broken mostly the McFlurry machine. I really don't care about that but when they can't just walk around to get your drink and tell us no fountain soda is kinda ridiculous. read more

Horrible service always slow. Only come here because they're open 24 hours. The young kid working the window last night basically ripped my hand off when he aggregately took my card. Then he got my order completely wrong when I asked for the correct thing and "ugh" flew out of his mouth at me. After I realized he forgot something else as well and wasn't even bothered to ask about it. Don't work in customer service if you can't handle a little rush at work. Very disappointed especially because his pay just went up on the 1st to 12$ that's more than what I get and I put a smile on my face every single day at work. This place at 1 am said "we're serving breakfast early" this is a 24 hour McDonald's. We were denied fries at 1 am. They said they were too busy to do anything but breakfast and there was only 1 other car in the drive through. Never will be back to this establishment again. My friend is really hungry. read more

Not exactly looking for fine dining at a fast food place or anything, but I have never had a positive experience here. As a college kid in close proximity it's extremely frustrating. I don't know if they are understaffed or the staff is untrained, but it consistently takes me 20-30 minutes in the drive through on a good night. this was the worst i have ever had. there are FLIES inside and the service was TERRIBLE. it took so long and they were not waiting on us when there was a long line and our food was cold and the food was gross and hard. it should be shut down !!!!! not happy, there's a fly on me while i'm writing this sitting in mcdonalds!!! not impressed. My toy was broken in the package and my daughter needed a new toy. They refused to fill the dome lids and oreos. They had no chicken tenders and advertised them. The tables are extremely greasy, dirty, and disgusting. Someone almost ran us over in the parking lot and the rude young lady known as KS #2 was having a conversation with a customer for 20 minutes, keep in mind the line was 5 people deep. read more
