terrible. workers can barely do their job they just walk around like they have better things to be doing rather than making money. These people cannot cook their meat correctly for shit. workers keep going outside while being clocked in they seriously need to be shut down. i don't recommend coming to this McDonald's the service sucks they are so out of place with everything. they act like it's their first day on the job. Need to close the business down. Every time I go there it's a huge inconvenience for the people working there. I do not believe they have enough people that wanna work anymore. We sat there for nearly 20 minutes tonight to get a medium unsweetened, iced tea and iced mocha. The wait time was insane. There were five vehicles in line that was one in front of us. Everyone shut their vehicles off to save fuel because we were there a long time. I guess I can say the only reason I drove in there was because rock 'n' roll was closed and I did not want to walk into Quiktrip across the street to get a drink. I believe the owners also own the Freeport store which I will give you a heads up now don't even bother going there. We were there so long the other night I think they could've charged us rent. I bet we were in line for 30 minutes, they said their whole crew walked out. People were driving out of the line that we were sitting in. We were just there for an ice cream and an apple pie I don't know why I waited probably because I ordered it. I think the same owners must go in the one in monroe and that one does fairly well. I believe that one is carrying the other two. I wish we could get maybe a Starbucks in Brodhead or a KFC taco John's something a little more exciting oh my Lord if Subway would offer a drive-through, they could take all the business from McDonald's I don't know what the problem is. it was terrible it took 20 minutes just to get are food and they were tossing the meal to the side like it was a drive thru one star

I get the same few things every time I order, mcchickens are always hot and fresh here(at least for me) but every time I get the hamburger(I add extra pickles and extra onion) it's typically made wrong. My burger never comes with extra anything like I ask. but not tonight. everything was done right(great job night crew). on top of that the night manager saw that my boyfriend was riding his bike back to our house and packaged our food nicely so that it would not spill. there have been times when on a walk that I get dizzy(I have seizure) and I go in for water, the lady with long blonde hair during the lunch shift is always so nice and helpful to make sure I am ok. read more

The main problem was the stressed out manager who slammed everything down on the counter! When she took our order, she slammed both hands down on the counter and said what do you want! No greeting. If she growled I wouldn't have been surprised. Ordered us to sit down. Two item order took a long time....maybe 15 min. I felt like walking out, but they had my money already. read more

I've been here many times and service is usually very good. During their busy hours food can take a little bit to get to you, but it's understandable. If there is ever issues with an order it is corrected. read more

Very unhygienic. My wife and I got food for supper tonight and the fries were under cooked and there was hair in my burger. Now this McDonalds is normally pretty good but here lately the service has gone way down hill and food is either over cooked or under cooked. Everyone here is a fucking idiot. I waited ten minutes to get my order taken and no one did. There have been multiple times where they let you sit there for over 5 minutes and then when you ask them they try to cuss you out. Half the time their food is cold or sloppy. Nor is it made the right way. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. You might as well not go through the drive thru because you'll be pulling off to go inside to have your order corrected anyway. I would say out of the last seven time I have been here six of those times there has been something wrong in the order. If I could rate 0 I would. Something is seriously wrong with management here. Service is terrible. Took 10 mins to get me 2 cheeseburgers and some nuggets, then they only put 9 nuggets in my basket. I think the server needs to go back to preschool to learn how to count. read more

Nice shiny new building -- same old terrible service! Takes forever to get your food. If you order more than one or two items, you better check your order when you get it because something will probably be wrong or missing. Buyer Beware - if you are considering ordering from Brodhead McDonald's - Don't! If you must, don't just check your bags for number of items ordered, unwrap them all. If you've paid extra for bacon, it probably won't be there. If you've ordered "no pickles", it'll probably be "no everything" If you pay with cash, double check your change. Put any donations for RMH into the bin yourself - lest you want employees to line their own pockets instead. Is this just a disgruntled customer review? The service was fine but something should be done about the senior citizens congregating in there every morning taking up all of the tables for too long drinking coffee! My husband and I stopped there this morning for breakfast and all the tables were occupied by them sitting there doing nothing but chatting. When they are done with their coffee they should leave and let the next paying customers have a place to sit. They are using mcdonalds as a gathering spot to just sit there occupying the tables. read more

The burger was over cooked, slightly burnt, and dry. The bun was burnt. For a double quarter pounder it was the size of an original quarter. When I called to speak with someone I was told it is the new meat. Seriously? When asked about the bun she said sorry that's how it is now. Mcdonalds in Brodhead Wi is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Ordered two hot chocolates and they forgot about us. While sitting there a lady brought her food up to the counter with a hair in it and the manager (Cathy) argued with her. Then another guest in our party opened their mozzarella box and found a hair. As we were walking to the front we lost the hair and the manager (Cathy) said she couldn't do anything without the hair. She said it could have been a dog hair. We dont have dogs. Blaming it on the customer is not a good idea when you are cooking in the kitchen with hair on your uniform. Gross McDonalds!! Someone off duty (Paige) was a mediator and helped us. Oh and to add to all this the new girl at the register kept touching her nose and then touched the food. Overall the manager is very unprofessional and inappropriate. Major attitude problem.
