One star today and I'm comparing McDonald's to McDonald's. I ordered on the app (might as well get points towards free coffee) and kept an eye on the counter for my order to appear. In the end, I was asked if I had a mobile order and it was pulled from the warmer for me. This guy and other crew were friendly. So few pluses: The dining room was clean and clear. My order was correct though the sandwich was not hot. The cheese was barely melted and the muffins were underdone. Condiments station was clean. So many minuses: Front door was locked at 6:45 am though the side door was open. Men's room needed some attention. Not a single power outlet at any table in the restaurant. No wifi. Ketchup dispenser was out. Coffee did not taste right. Burned? Off? I don't expect perfection from McDonald's but there are a few base things that should be consistent across the chain. Wow...along with 10-12 others we were trying to get orders in before breakfast ended. It was a nightmare! Orders were messed up, and some had to wait for more than 15 min for their food. The ice was out, and they realized it shortly...but several people before us were still waiting. It was just chaotic and one of the worst experiences for our group. read more

Absolutely unreal. I don't mind waiting for my mobile order when they're extremely busy but it shouldn't take almost half an hour for three drinks and a MEAL. Then the lady tried to tell me the MEDIUM smoothie I paid for in a SMALL cup was correct Stupid fucking idiots all of them. read more

I will say broken bow McDonald's is better than idabels when it comes to quality of food, but their customer service is HORRIBLE... Almost every time i come here they are rude asf and dont want to do there job! Even one of the managers was rude and i waited a very long time for my order and was treated like i was in the wrong... i expect it to be different each time i come back but the workers are always rude and seem annoyed. read more

I never knew McDonalds could do it wrong until we came to this location. The workers were goofing off and laughing and it took them forever to take our order. While I'm all for fun on the job, the goofing off annoyed us because when we got our food, the spicy chicken sandwich was burnt and the fries had no salt. Quarter Pounder with cheese was greasy and thrown together. Cheese was half off the sandwich and melted to container. Service was below average. Even young adults can be trained to greet customers, smile, and communicate with more than one word sentences. Although one worker was sweeping the floor, she neglected to wipe up the soda spilled on the floor at the cashier's station where the customer places an order. Probably the worst McDonald's Drive-thru I have ever been unfortunate enough to go through. I had to keep repeating my order as it was as if they were not listening to what I wanted. Three times I had to say I wanted a large regular Coke not a Large Diet Coke. I guess by the time I got around to the window they must have already poured it as the girl thrusts this drink at me with the lid half on slopping a bunch of it on me and my car saying "Here's your Diet Coke." I tell her I ordered regular Coke and pass it back to her. She slams the window shut with a look on her face that wouldn't have been out of place in a Halloween Haunted House. About 30 seconds later the window opens and I get the drink passed back to me and my bag of food. I look in the bag and don't see any ketchup, so ask if I can get some. The response was, What? So I asked her again and it was like it took two or three seconds for her to realize she was serving a customer in a restaurant that serves burgers and fries and Ketchup is a condiment that is frequently served with those items. So I drive away, get a mile down the road. Fries are so salty and half of them were barely warm. The burger wasn't bad. The apple pies were cold. There were no napkins to wipe my hands on and top finish all this off the Girl in the window never changed out my Diet Coke for a regular Coke. She just handed me back my original Diet Coke!!!!! The only thing that stopped me going back was, I was in a long line of traffic heading north out of town and I had a three and a half hour drive ahead of me and it was getting late. read more

Bow road mc donalds waited over an hour order didn't arrive so decided to walk to the restaurant showed them my receipt the managers all started speaking bengali to eachother and the security guard so I couldn't understand. I showed them my order number which they had on the system and my bank account with the deducted amount. The male manager ignored me and became rude telling me I'm just upset I didn't get my food. Then the security also Asian said he CONVINCED him to give me my order and I should drop the argument. As I was leaving the manager came out from behind the till and told me "I'm happy " which I thought was a dig at my experience as I lost my time going to the store at a late hour. read more

Obviously don't expect great service at any McDonald's, but u can usually bet they always have great fries and typically decent fast food. First time we've ever ate at any McDonald's and threw away EVERYTHING. The fries, burgers and nuggets. Guess we should have known it was going to be disgusting the second they handed us our bag and It smelt like a dirty diaper! I was like WHOA!? Wth???! Recently came in this mcdonalds for ice cream and free wifi since im from fort worth. The minute we walked in we noticed an empty restraunt with every table needing to be wiped down. After we got our ice cream we sat at a dirty table and my boyfriend walked right uo to the counter grabbed a towel and wiped our table for us. The bathroom was worse it looked as if it does not get cleaned reguarly and there were trash and bags from other restraunts sitting on the floor. Upon entering this establishment, flies were buzzing around and the occasional sounds of machinery in the background. The service was quick, the employee's in the back were quite loud however with quick hushes and complaining. The food was not anything to the likes of my taste and the cheese in the #12 Club looked like cheese with all the color drained out. Super excited to have breakfast this morning.. But then- our food was barely warm. The orange juice THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR in the meal was WARM and nasty. Disappointed because it's breakfast time, all the food should be hot and fresh and the overly priced orange juice should be cold and tasty. Got over it, no big deal. And then- we found a hair on our breakfast sandwich! the crew brushed it off and slapped a new sandwich on our table. Didn't offer sincere apologies or anything. I've worked in food service before, I know that those things happen sometimes. BUT, this is the second time in a row that I've been to this McDonald's and there be something foreign in my meal. The last time I was here two months ago, I ordered an iced coffee and there was a DEAD FLY floating at the top of it.
