The coffee is PHENOMENAL. Really, it's so good. Try the maple bourbon in a latte with almond milk! Add caramel, and make the whole thing half sweet. :))) The staff is a little meh, just a little dry, kind of blunt. Cons: it was labor day weekend. Crowded. Crazy. The barista lost our order. We tried to be patient, but it was an hour of our lives wasted. When we got our order, it was still kinda wrong. My brother in law wanted a black tea, they forgot it. I ordered an Arnold Palmer, they only gave me lemonade. Pros: The guy at the counter was so nice and very apologetic, but I don't feel very forgiving right now. We got our drinks. They really really tried to make things right. This place is adorable, nestled inside of a modern shopping nook. the coffee here was wonderful! I got an iced coconut latte and the flavor was on point for around $7. Only downside was the slowness, it was one guy making drinks and taking orders in between so you do have a wait. Definitely the best coffee I had when I was in town though. read more

Love all the new businesses in Broken Bow/Hochatown. Finally made it back here to try out the coffee spot. Definitely one of the better options of real coffee; but the staff here is slow and has somewhat of a difficult time multi tasking. We were the only people there and after we ordered a slew of people came in and we still waited awhile before getting our coffees. The guy barista was super friendly and was trying to keep up. Nice clean space; I feel like it's missing something to give it that "inviting" feeling. The menu is great; the coffee beans they use are tasty. I drink a plain espresso and it didn't taste burnt, so that's always a plus for me. Place definitely has potential and I think will do well; but they need to get faster behind the counter and or have more than two baristas. read more

The shopping center this place is in is really cute and homey, and that added to our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband got a pour over coffee, and they let him know it would take a while to make, which was considerate of them to set that expectation. I got a maple bourbon iced latte and it was honestly the best iced coffee I've ever had! The ice they used added a nice texture to the smooth coffee. The flavor was delicious too! Wow! I used to work specialty coffee shops and I am so impressed with this place. I like to see what kind of special flavors they have for the seasons, so I tried their blueberry cobbler latte! So delicious! Not overly sweet, just right for the flavor. Very good! The atmosphere was very nice, would be an awesome place to read or work. I love the old screen printing screens as Art! Place is super cute and the coffee is good, but the wait time is insane. We came here twice during our stay. The first time, we ordered a latte, cortado, and a chocolate chip cookie. Drinks were correct, tasty, and the cookie was big, warm, and gooey. Wait time was long but nothing we thought was abnormal. The second time we went, there were a lot of people waiting for their order but none in line to place order. We ordered a chai latte, cortado, and two cookies. We waited over 45 min for our order. I finally realized why it took so long - they had to make the cookies. Once they came out of the oven, our drinks were made. No where does it say or were we told that there would be a wait for them to bake cookies. Had we known, we wouldn't have ordered them. They are good and worth it, but customers should be told about it. The guys making coffee were very nice and apologetic for the wait. The girl taking orders was not the most pleasant to interact with. She seemed to dislike her job and when she's the first person you interact with at the store, it makes the wait more brutal since you just had to interact with her - very blunt, no smile, seemed annoyed, etc. Giving a 3 out of 5 since the coffee is good and the cookies are amazing. I'd suggest the place but know you may have an extremely long wait. At least you can visit the chocolate shop next door while you wait. :) read more
