It is a very unsafe place to come. There is no security here. Many fights have occurred here. People are in danger here. Customers are in danger here. Management will not do anything about the current situation at McDonald's. They do need police here at all times. Many times the police are not able to be here because they are handling many other and very important things. But management will not step up to the plate and do anything about the current situation here. The element that comes in here is very bad. The kids are very very bad and out of control. There's no one here to control the situation. It's usually very out of control. Customers are afraid here when they are sitting here having their meal or coffee are witnessing this. I did a mobile order. When I got there, my order wasn't ready. When I finally received it, it wasn't properly done and I was missing food items. As I waited, for the missing items, about 40 minutes, the employee I was speaking to was disrespectful and dismissive. McDonald's on Tremont and Philip is the worst McDonald's around. The drive thru line is always wrapped around with cars both ways with drivers fighting each other and blocking traffic so they can be ahead of the next guy for a Big Mac. I cannot tell you how many times I have waited more than 25-30 in the drive thru line. I am stupid to have waited, for a grilled chicken sandwich that the chicken is chewy and slimy. When you get your food, 75% of the time they forget something! Don't expect a napkin, a straw or ketchup unless you ask them. This McDonalds still holds the record of the worst drive thru ever. You will wait for 25 mins from start to finish for your food, and good luck if they get your order correct. Do yourself a favor and drive to Eastchester Road. Very clean McDonalds. Employees are usually rotated high school or college kids. Drive thru pretty efficient, but don't use on Friday nights. Go inside you'll get your food faster. Plenty of on site parking and street parking is meters until 7pm. read more

It's McDonalds, so I expect a certain level of quality, or lack there of. But that's OK because, it's McDonalds. I've never been inside, so my review is for the drive-thru only, which I have been 'thru' way too often. I've never had a problem with service. The women, or girls, and guys who work there actually smile and make eye contact usually. Which is unfortunately more then I can say for a lot of other better dining establishments. They take my order quickly, I pay quickly, and the food comes out quickly. It's like a well oiled machine. I've never had to wait longer then about 7 minutes even with a long line. And my ultimate test...my early morning iced coffee. I received my light and artificially sweet 6 am caffeine kick less then 2 minutes from when I ordered it. And...it was just what I ordered. !!!!! They are so much quicker and more consistent then their Connor St. counterpart who I will never patronize again. Sure, I have to backtrack 5 minutes to get there which adds 10-12 minutes to my morning commute. And sure I have to pay an additional 29 cents for my med iced coffee. But it's worth it. 4 stars for you Mickey D's. I can't give ya 5 because well, you're McDonalds. But you're a pretty good one. read more

this mcdonald's on east tremont has the worst parking lot setup and the drive thru is a curved mess with cars going in both directions not knowing where it begins or end . the limited parking spots are set up in a way that when you back up to leave you have to dodge cars entering or leaving . i just parked on east tremont and did the old fashion walk in method which is quicker cause the line at the drive thru is a joke . it's not crowded inside and plenty of tables to sit at which i will do cause ac is kicking on level 10. miss kamila can i get a large diet coke for a buck with large fries no salt . ok i am chilling while enjoying my fries and diet coke and i am in the back booth to the side and in walks the kid who was inside my car an hour ago looking for free stuff. he did not see me which meant i did not have to hide under my booth , next time i will wait forever at the drive thru . read more

Listen. I get it. I was 17 working late shift at a fast food drive thru. I don't expect stellar and/or speedy service after 10pm, weeknight or weekend. But I live around the block and I don't think I've ever experienced anywhere close to a "fast food" service here. Expect to be at this location for 20-30 min minimum regardless of time. Late night, just forget it. Go home and cook yourself a meal, it will be quicker. When I was a kid working midnight drive thru shift an hour out of the city, 3 min 30 sec from order to completion was absolutely unacceptable. When I'm sitting on a 3 car line motionless for 10 min at a "fast food" restaurant in NYC, I run out of patience. If I wanted to wait this long for food I would have gone literally anywhere else on e tremont for incomparably better food. Or I would go home and cook a meal, as I did this time. read more

After a car full of kids held the line for close to 20 minutes, I pull up to the window only to get ignored for another five minutes. But I did get to watch the employees wander around and complain about customers which is always encouraging. Finally someone realizes that I am there waiting and comes to get me my food. She confirms my order then grabs the bag that was sitting there since I pulled up. So I ask her "how cold is this food going to be?" She giggles and smiles saying "don't worry it will be ok". If I could give this place a -10, I would! The customer service here is the absolute worse! I was waiting for more than 25 minutes (you could look at the cameras if you want to) and I very nicely asked the manager to use the bathroom and she was hiding and told her employees to tell me no and I said can she at least tell me in my face. Why the need to pass on the message?? once I told her I would escalate it, she said to go ahead and call whoever I want & do whatever I want. Why kind of manager says this to a customer. Add on top after waiting almost half an hour in line she goes and says were only serving breakfast now! Never going to this location again and will make sure I let everyone know.
