I did something this morning I rarely do. Eat fast food. I was zooming around, a full morning but no time for a real meal. So, I stopped into McDonald's. Well, what did I get for $7.25? A meal combo? Probably just heartburn. The Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit was about the size of a slider. But it sure didn't slide down. The biscuit was like eating a wad of newspaper. Dry. Dry. Dry. And you get ONE hash brown! Wow! Really! Talk about downsizing. The 'meal' took about 2 minutes to consume. Most of that was choking down that dry biscuit. Yuck. read more

Its OK as far as McDonald's go. Pretty good overall. However if your expecting ranch. Your only going to get it 52 percent of the time. The opposite of Arnold... I won't be back. The drive through line was very slow but that happens sometimes so we were okay with that. When we pulled up to get our food they asked us to pull to wait since they were waiting in hash browns. We waited. After 15 minutes and seeing a dozen cars go past we wondered how none of them were getting hash browns. I went in and after waiting 3 minutes at the counter a manager came up and asked if she could help me. I told her what happened and pointed to the rows of hash browns just sitting there and she said "oh, this must be yours here" and handed me a bag. No apology, no remorse, she couldn't care less. I asked if we always have to come in to get our food and she said only today, we are short staffed. Well I guess you can't cure stupid but I can keep myself from having to deal with them again. A McDonald's won't go out of business, but could the owner make an extra $25k a year if it was run better? Probably. read more

So I usually don't ever review anything or rate anything, but this particular location really deserved a review lol. The French fries were either completely hollow like just an empty shell of fried oil... or limp like a soggy noodle. Two chicken sandwiches tasted completely different. Like one was kinda spicy and good and the other one tasted like overcooked wet 'chicken'. Also, the girl at the second window literally did not say a single word and closed it before I could ask for napkins because there were like two in the bag. Came through drive Thur after ordering a frappe & sausage biscuit & the lady that took my money looked at me, took my money then came back with change with no thank yu or have a nice day, just impolite & did not care. They are much better than the one on 50 and the management here is much better than the one in the Wal-Mart on 50. We were excited when we walked in to see that they have automated ordering. This is the first we've seen so we gave it a try. It was very easy to use. We ordered two of the special 2 for $5 fish sandwiches and fries. our order was ready and delivered to our table very quickly. I'm glad to see MD moving toward automation. Doesn't come close to meeting fast food service standards. We sat over 2 minutes just waiting to place the order. Did not read back the order, unsurprisingly got it wrong, then when I came back he told me "that's not what I heard", followed by "we don't do the double cheeseburger in a meal anymore". Ended up not getting what we wanted anyway but I wasn't going to sit and argue with the guy about whether or not something comes in a meal. No apology, no offer to make it right, just an argument. Even for McDonald's, which is unquestionably the lowest rung of customer service anyway, this is a travesty. This crew member should be reprimanded, the shift supervisor should be reprimanded for letting this kind of thing happen and the GM should be reprimanded for having this behavior in their store. Everything about this experience was the antithesis of what customer service should be. The franchisee of this establishment should be embarrassed. read more

Well three strikes and you are out. The hours of operation clearly state 5 am on the door, this location is never open at 5am, last time it was almost 6am and the workers ignored the customers waiting outside. The fries were limp and soggy and tepid at best, and they got the order wrong again. Done with McDonald's altogether. read more

Again, with the pickles on the sandwich when I specifically said and asked them when I ordered that if I ordered the sandwich with no pickles if they would be able to refrain from putting pickles on the sandwich. I was assured they would do the sandwich as ordered. Guess what? There were pickles. They really don't care at all if the order is correct. I really hope that no one dies from a food allergy because they put something on a sandwich they were told not to put on it by the customer. read more

Its McDonalds.. all i can say is that it was a slow one and they got ny order wrong... but heck they all taste the same.

Expected a clean lobby at 6:30 am, but there were straw papers on the floor, the carpet in front of the drink station was filthy and despite wet floor signs, the area in front of the counter had obvious track marks and was dirty, cloudy looking. Hope the kitchen is clean. read more

Screwed up my order. Went back through drive again, got past cashier to main window explained that they gave me someone else's order. She said it was my order. I pointed out that I ordered and PAID for three chicken fillet, not Mcchicken. Took forever. read more

Average McDonald's. Extremely busy during peak hours and they always seem to give us the wrong bag at the window. One time I had to wait 8 mins for some burgers in the outside drive up area. read more
