Let me start off by saying, there was a time in my life when I worked at a McDonald's for some time before I shipped off to college. Our restaurant had trouble with time and accuracy of orders; we strived to hit the marks while being an overly popular lunch spot. However, I've never experienced a worse quality of service from a McDonald's than this location. Every single time I've gone here I've received a negative attitude and EXTREMELY slow service. Unacceptably slow. On top of that, you'd think my order would be perfect after waiting so long; well twice now, it's been messed up. I honestly hope they can get their act in gear, but until then, I won't be back even though it's so close to my home. Be warned of the usual experience you'd expect from a McDonald's....you won't find it here. read more

The rudest people work here. The first time I came here the girl refused to serve me through the drive through because I had 2 separate orders, she ended up spitting in my food (I checked) then when I came around she wouldn't take my order and a line of cars came around I waited for 20 min and she wouldn't take my order then she wouldn't take the other peoples orders when I pulled around. I went to McDonald's tonight which says 24 hours..I waited in line for 10minutes with at least 15 other cars. Finally I was told workers are inside but not taking order for some unknown reason. This is unacceptable and terrible service. I will never go back. read more

This place is not well-managed. Had to wait for 20 minutes for the food. Ordered a Southern Style Chicken sandwich but got a filet-o-fish. Didn't feel like going back to register and dug in only to learn the filet to be quite bad. The kind that's been lost in the freezer for 6 months past expiration date before resurfacing. They renovated the place a few years ago and right after that it was decent. I had another bad experience at the same branch back in 2006, before the renovation. Quite frustrating really. It's in a good spot on main street and close to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. People would be more willing to come here, despite the bad effects of fast food, only if the service was better! read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would, mcflurries aren't mixed up they just dump the Oreos on top, the customer service is sub par at best with one word answers like "mhmm" and "ok". Very unprofessional and poorly trained staff with the values of customer service lost upon them. read more

This McDonald's is horrible but honestly most all are. I don't know how they became such a big company their food is terrible compared to Wendy's checkers etc. Most the time overnight no one even answers the speaker but tonight they did I wish they didn't. The burger was burnt black and hard. It was so burnt the cheese was solid hard. The nuggets or hard as a rock and as thin as a dime. It also took over 15 minutes to be served in the drive-through. Also the food was totally cold that I only live a block away I honestly must say I've never been happy with McDonald's in many Recent years but this is the final straw I will never go there again. I don't eat much fast food but if I do I will choose Wendy's checkers Arby's or Subway at least their food is actually somewhat fresh normally tasty. What a waste of calories read more

Ok. Yes. It's McDonalds. I did not stop in expecting the same caliber of food or service as Tempo or even ETS. However, I do expect timely service from a restaurant that specializes in "fast food". I swung by today on my lunch break to get a coffee because this winter is sucking the life out of me and also because this particular location is close to my office. In the six years I have had my job, I've only gone here one other time and now I remember why... It's terrible. You would think that McDonalds has enough money to hire someone to plow their entrance and exit. I guess not. I was annoyed when my car almost got stuck at the entrance, but was quickly relieved when I saw that no one was ahead of me in the drive thru line. Score, I thought. Wrong! The woman at the drive thru was friendly enough and took my order of a medium coffee with one cream promptly. I pulled up to the first window (as a side note, two windows seems unnecessary to me) and paid. After, I moved onto the second window and there I sat for about ten minutes without any service. Considering that I only ordered a coffee and no one else had been ahead of me in line, this seemed ridiculous. Finally, when a woman came to the window, she handed me a huge bag filled with food. Part of me considered taking it... And then I remembered that I'd never actually eat anything from McDonalds other than French fries (which, when eaten 2-3 times per year, are probably slowly but surely contributing to my death). I explained to the woman that this food wasn't mine and that I'd only ordered a coffee. She disappeared for three more minutes, returned and asked "medium coffee with six creams and two sugars, right?" At this point I had a serious "LOL" and just grabbed the coffee. This experience reminded me that McDonalds isn't good for anything except making fun of McRibs and ordering fries on the thruway when I am desperately hungry. Until next time, McDonalds... read more

The location, from what I've seen, is clean and the day shift staff is pleasant. However, the quality of the food is highly questionable and, after dinner time, you're much better off getting a can of soup at the gas station if you would like to get home some time before the world ends with the food you actually wanted. read more

I am giving them a one star because everytime I go there they get my order wrong! Today I ordered a sweet tea and got an unsweetened tea. When I ask for a foam cup they reply that they don't have them. Very frustrating when you get to work and have the wrong order!!! read more

I dont go to Micky Ds a lot, and when I do, it is usually when the breakfast craving hits. So, Ive only been to this location in the morning, and my experience has been mixed. In reading the other reviews, I can sense that there is a general theme here. The service is lack luster, the food, well its standard Mc Donalds food so you know what you are expecting, and the general appearance of the location is mediocre. The employees always seem too busy to care about you or your order. They have never messed up my order, however and most are doing their job, albeit with an attitude. The restaurant is usually bustling with a lot of people and sometimes I have had to wait 15-20 min for the food, which is unacceptable for a fast food establishment. It is kept clean, especially for the amount of traffic. I guess I will probably go back when I am craving that Mc Donalds breakfast again, and hope they have improved. read more

All i did was while waiting for my order I took a picture to show a friend that they now feature an all day breakfast box since he did not believe me harmless enough right??? WRONG!!! Some lady who was in the back flew up front and told me I have to leave right now!!!! This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The fries were not cooked all the way so they were soggy and disgusting. The quarter pound deluxe that I bought had soggy, transparent lettuce. The bun had been ripped apart. The soda dispenser needs to be fixed, the soft drinks were disgusting. Nothing appetizing about this meal at all. read more
