Ordered a McGriddle and a hash brown at 6:30 am when they first opened. Still received cold food somehow.

I ordered chicken nuggets and they were completely burnt. When I politely brought it up, the manager admitted that the grease hadn't been replaced and said they had "no choice but to sell it like that." That is absolutely unacceptable -- not only is it terrible customer service, but it's also a health concern. Everyone in Byron Center knows this place is a disaster, but they are having a "customer appreciation" sale this week with $1.50 Egg McMuffins. So I decided to stop by and grab a couple. Of course they ask me to pull into a spot and wait because they are "still cooking" them. I waited 20 minutes and then went inside and ask if they are done yet. The guy working then tells me that they are "out of eggs" and that someone is going to the store to buy more. Look at all the "glowing" reviews this place gets. Just shut it down already. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had. I ordered curbside pickup. It took 12 minutes to get my food and of course it was cold. Big breakfast. Went to get 5 kids lunch during their summer rec lunch break and waited like 10 minutes in the drive thru then when I placed my order I wanted to use the app for a coupon and they told me to pull up to use it and they would prices. When asking the drive-thru attendant about this, he said the night-shift manager didn't have the crew clean the machines the night before. Pretty ridiculous to not have coffee for breakfast.
