First time ordering from this location (takeout) and the service was quick from what my husband said. We were too hungry to take pictures but the guacamole was delicious. I ordered the tinga flautas which I didn't realize came topped with pico, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and lettuce -- which was welcome because those flautas were SPICY! I don't mind a little spice but these I wish would have come with a warning just because I'm pregnant and a little sensitive to spice right now, ha! My husband got the chorizo wet burrito and he said the same for his -- good but spicy! Next time I'll check out the tacos but we will be back for sure. read more

If I could I would buy stock in this place. The food was delish. The front counter attendants were super nice, I might even venture to say I like it better than Donkey . The atmosphere was relaxed but you could tell they were very efficient. I had a shrimp, Asada, and pastor taco. I also got a chorizo panchos (nachos). I only ordered the tacos because usually when you order nachos the amount of chips overwhelms the toppings and you end up hungry. NOT THE CASE. I made the mistake of assuming that was the case and didn't open the nacho box until after I had eaten my tacos. 6 chips in and I was full! The meats were all perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The pastor has pineapple pieces in it which I normally wouldn't want but it was delicious. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned. This place is AMAZING. I've been getting take out for a while here. It always hits! My favorite are the asada tacos and asada sope. The beef is so flavorful and tender. There's a lot of meat in the tacos! I've heard from friends and family who've been to Poncho's that the chicken and shrimp are great too. The green sauce that comes on the side is hot but it is so flavorful that I don't care how much it hurts. Absolutely great customer service. I placed my order and got my food within 12 minutes. It was a slower night but even on super busy nights, I get my food pretty fast. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. I should have written a review sooner! They are the best! We have been loyal Poncho Taco customers since their Wyoming location opened and we were so happy when they opened their 2nd location closer to our home. We loved them so much, we reached out for catering for our upcoming wedding. However, we are extremely disappointed with the customer service provided when making our catering inquiry. I first reached out via Facebook messenger a year ago when we first got engaged, and they left my message on read. I brushed it off because I figured it wasn't the best way to reach out for catering information and we weren't ready to book yet anyway. Fast forward a year, we were ready to book a caterer so I reached out to Poncho again, this time by email (listed on their Facebook page to reach out for catering) and I did not receive a response for 4 days, until I commented on a post they shared asking for a response. I genuinely feel like if I wouldn't have reached out again, they wouldn't have responded. When they did get back to me, they provided very limited information; just they have a 100 person minimum and it was 23.99 pp + fees, with pictures of their condiment bar and food truck. They did not include a menu, or include what food would be included in the quoted price or even what level of service they'd be offering. I had to ask for details! Who books a caterer without knowing what food they'll be getting? It felt very transactional and not like they cared about the possibility of catering our wedding. We decided to go with a different caterer that clearly laid out options and provided exceptional customer service. Still, just because their catering customer service isn't up to par, we still like their food so we grabbed them for dinner tonight. We were surprised to find that our total was $90 for 10 tacos, asada fries and an asada quesadilla. Something we used to pay $65-70 for. They've raised their prices, took their menu offline and did not inform their customers of the price raise. While their food is good, it's not the best I've had, and I'm definitely not paying luxury food prices for tacos and subpar service. I've also noticed their customer service in general declining in person when picking up our order as well as how they interact with customers online. They are very short and condescending in their responses. While Ponchos is convenient, there are just too many other taco places out there that offer great customer service and price transparency to continue to support them. They no longer offer their 3 taco, rice and bean special for 9.99 which is what a lot of people began going to them for. Expect to pay $5+ for just one taco if you want cheese added on to it. read more

I think about ordering from here multiple times a week, the price is amazing for lunch. You get a lot of food, for cheaper than a fast food restaurant. The only reason I drop a star is sometimes they won't answer their phone, and quality can be hit or miss. Sometimes the food can be dry. But I have eaten here at least 10 times for lunch & they always get my order correctly and done in a good amount of time! I have become a regular. read more
