I went in and someone was yelling about some random stuff. The place was clean but my food tasted like cardboard. There was a distinct smell that I couldn't quite place my finger on. They got rid of my favorite thing at McDonald's and it made me very sad :(. It was an outrage, and the staff forgot about my food. A fry came flying ​at my head and I didn't even get meal comped. We moved to Walden right when this McDonald's opened. I can count on one time they've gotten my order right, and I order the same thing every time. They don't mix the mcflurries right either. I question how the staff are trained, as I doubt they've had all the same staff for 6 years. read more

If only there was a way to leave zero stars. The drivethru lanes are well paved and maintained. They are surrounded by curbs that are high enough that you would easily high-centre a car if you are trapped in the lanes for nearly 60 minutes. However, if you have a truck, you will be able to make it over the curbs to make your escape. Once the order is made, for the love of God, don't trust that your order is correct - it won't be. The Grand Mac with bacon apparently does not actually come with bacon but you will have the option to pay extra for it - so that's good. And after spending 70 minutes in line, between 12:50am and 2:00am on a Sunday night, trying to get the mystery bacon would have been futile at best as the poor lady at the window was a self-professed "one woman show" and seemed overwhelmed by the speed of the turnaround between vehicles. All in all, I believe this particular McDonalds should easily be in the running of "worst drivethru ever". I think management should spring for shirts and buttons for each staff member. read more

This McDonalds has been known for being slow since it started operating. This is what happened tonight at their drive through 10pm ordered a Diet Coke and a cappuccino 10:05 paid and got the Diet Coke without a straw and "go to the next window, we are making the cappuccino" 10:20 no cappuccino. Knock on door, no response. 10:25 drove to the main entrance The delivery guys waiting outside said they don't like when their clients order from this location because of the wait. Used the intercom, not initial response. Guy mopping the floors, besides the door, knocked on the door, and he didn't even a acknowledged me. Second Intercom attempt and explained the situation 10:35, here is your cappuccino sorry about that. Corporate should have a review of this franchisee. It's been years so cannot blame Covid for their ineptitude and lack for service focus. It's probably not the fault of the staff. Leadership in that place sucks. By the way, coffee was stone cold. Worst McDonald's of my life. Get it together, making a burger is not hard... I worked at McDonald's at one point in my life I know... I don't understand why every SINGLE time I come to this location my food is cold, fries are soggy, and I wait 10+ minutes, then go to take a bite of my Burger and it isn't even made right. Worst McDonalds location in the city. Last time I went it took me 32 minutes in the drive thru to collect everything that I ordered. Over half an hour... Personally have had multiple bad experiences from this drive thru and I know of many people who would rather drive an extra 7 minutes down the road than go to this location. Coming from somebody in the food service industry, the management is shockingly clueless and rude... and it shows. Shameful. read more

This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Management doesn't know how to staff properly, they place their new hires at stations they evidently shouldn't be placed in which slows down service. Management is also extremely disrespectful to their staff, any minor mistake is life or death. To add insult to injury, my friend and I were at the drive through and were asked to drive up to the third window which is what we did. Take note we didn't order much, a Big Mac and an order of 10 nuggets that's all. Next thing you know we're waiting 30 minutes for our food! I honked my horn to try and let the McDonald's employees know we were still there. Still no response. Then 40 minutes went by and still no food? We didn't want to go in and cause a ruckus so we chose to wait, going inside would've been the better option. Once our food is brought to us it was cold. Stone. Cold. Which means it was sitting by the window for the entire 40 minutes, which means, the staff forgot we were sitting there and forgot our food was right by the window.
