Good quality is always bad , i never get fresh food and if i do my order gets messed up and I have to reorder and then my food is cold again. The service sucks, the phone doesn't work, the workers act like they don't have vocal chords , and every time I go there my order is either wrong, missing an item, or just straight up is someone else's order. I love McDonald's, it's convenient and there are good cheap options. However,I do not eat breakfast here ever. I don't care if Im staving and haven't eaten in weeks, I will not touch a dry and flaky McDonald's chicken biscuit. The biscuits always taste chalky and they're more dry than a desert. Tried to order breakfast delivery for my grandkids while my daughter-in -law was in the hospital. I scheduled the night before. Both times they waited until the last minute and canceled my order. There's not a-lot of time between the kids getting up and when they have to catch the bus. What a mess. Order a double quarter pounder and large sugar free iced coffee in drive-thru. Picked up order and departed. Iced coffee tasted awful so I returned to store and told girl in drive-thru that I would like another. No "I apologize or I am sorry about that" just a smirk and refusal to take my original drink back. Manager came out and started rebuilding the machine which was out of whatever mix they use. Got my replacement drink and left. Got home and my burger was missing the bottom of the bun, top only. Burger had so much salt on it I could not eat it... disgusting. Pitifully run store. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I was stupid enough to stop in here. Not very busy at all on Saturday, but every food alarm is sounding, there is no sweet tea and it took a solid 15 minutes to get me a light ranch dressing, however when it was finally brought out, it was regular ranch. Now my food is cold and the manager just skulks to the back instead of even trying to replace my tepid, soggy fries. NOBODY speaks English here and they move in slow motion. Raised their prices! Much higher than other McD's. $1.90 for a sundae. While I was waiting for someone to take my order I was listening to another customer asking about the great increase in price and saying that this is the last time he will come here as the price is way higher than other locations. Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Had people sitting in the drive thru for 20 Minutes line wrapping around the building and didn't answer. Then proceeded to shut the lights out 45 minutes early. The lady infront of me pulled to the window asking what the issue was wondering why they couldn't of told us they closed early. long story short the drive thru worker ended up calling her really nasty names Cussing at her and wouldn't give her his name and slammed the window in her face. This McDonald's is very inconsistent! The staff in the morning is very courteous and respectful but the food is hit or miss. Undercooked hash browns and eggs. They also run out of condiments a lot, like syrup for pancakes and sweet and sour. The ice cream machine has broken at least 4-5 times and I have witnessed staff trying to fix these machines while also handling our food...YUCK. The wait times are sometimes unbearable. I have sat in a drive thru at this location for over 25 minutes.....after paying!! To then be handed cold French fries..that's unacceptable! I have complained to the regional manager a few times.... I order my frappuccino, pay, and then wait just to be told at the next window that their machine isnt working but would I like a milkshake????? ITS 9AM. I WANT COFFEE. First mistake made: Make sure your staff communicates. Yall wasted my time and money and now I have a freaking large chocolate milkshake that I did not want or ask for but felt obligated to take since there was a line of cars forming behind me. The worst McDonald's around. Since moving here 2 years ago I have patronized this restaurant a dozen times and it's always bad. Bad service, cold food, forget items etc. Yesterday I went through the drive through at 2 pm. No one answered the intercom. Then the goofy guy at the window was talking weird. If there were no stars, I would give them none. The floor was dirty, supplies like napkins and straws were not there, the milk shake machine was broken. I waited 10 minutes for my order and people with orders that were incomplete or wrong kept coming up to the counter. Also, my order was wrong. I was so fed up by that point that I just wanted our party of 4 to eat and get out. Ray Croc would be spinning in his grave. Whoever is the manager or the owner should be ashamed. I love McDonald's fries and chicken nuggets, but during breakfast hours I want a biscuit. I always have bad experiences with McDonald's biscuits, only today I decided to just go for it because I guess I was actually feeling lucky. I don't eat red meat, so I didn't want the ham and cheese biscuit or bacon and cheese etc. I ordered simply the egg and cheese biscuit. Of course as soon as I opened the wrapped it was burnt and the bread was all dry and there was ham on it. Of course they may have felt courteous for giving me a ham and cheese biscuit for the price of the egg and cheese but I ordered what I ordered for a reason. I work in fast food, and you are suppose to give the customer what they want, if reasonable and an egg and cheese biscuit isn't too outlandish. This is the 3rd visit in a row where I've been underwhelmed by this location. All 3 have been drive-thru visits. This evening, I went there just for a simple sweet tea. Some unintelligible noise blurted out of the intercom. I ordered my tea and waited a couple minutes before I drove to the first window. A young girl comes to the window and says, "Did you order?". I told her I thought I did but maybe not and told her what I wanted. I sat there for about a minute with the window open listening to these girls in the back complaining about literally everything. I finally got my card back and drove to the first window to get my tea. The lady seemed pleasant enough at that window but as she started to hand me my tea, she pulled it back inside, I saw her dump something out, then she handed my tea back to me. It was about 2 inches from being full. I drove off, stuck the straw in the drink and determined it was an unsweet tea rather than a sweet tea. As I wasn't about to go through another painful drive-thru experience, I decided to just move on with my night and get a tea somewhere else. I did, however, jot down the phone number to the "We welcome your comments" line and decided to give it a call for some constructive feedback (706-276-7374). I called the number 4 times in a row and it rang a few times and then disconnected each time. Guess they don't want feedback after all. I've never written a review before and wouldn't except that 3 times I've had comparable experiences here and their feedback line is a farse. What a shame - McDonalds has the best sweet tea. Guess I'll have to drive over to one of the other McDonald's nearby in the future or just hit another local chain. Won't go here again. Third time was not a charm. read more
