The meat is top quality and the burger was cooked perfectly with a very nice char-broiled flavor. I've noticed in Ireland that many places overcook their hamburgers, this place does it right. The bun was fresh and toasted just right. After tasting my son's burger, I regretted not getting one. They have a choice of three different French fries- thick cut, skinny and curly. These were also the best fries in Ireland. Most restaurants here serve only thick cut and they are usually soft and slightly undercooked. The Moose had very crispy fries obviously cooked in fresh oil. I had the falafel sandwich (I needed a break from meat for at least a day!) And it was very good. Service was excellent. The staff goofed our order and very graciously comped us a drink. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for a delicious burger. One last word.
