I am taking off one star because of how they handle tips. Rather than tips going directly toward the employees, they are "dispersed at the manager's discretion.... Used for bonuses during the year for the employees. Most of them are saved for Christmas bonuses that will be starting this year." The owner wrote all this in a recent response to a review, and I feel that this is a bit misleading for customers when they leave tips. Otherwise, an excellent coffee shop!
