This McD is a bit on the iffy side as there are a lot of beggars around the store. When I mean beggars, I am telling you a lot of homeless and beggars, some with their 4 legged friends in tow. Even at the stop light they were on each corner as if they owned a certain part of the road. The used the drive thru as I was not comfortable getting out of the car. We ordered breakfast for lunch just biscuit with egg and sausage and a side of egg for Cleo. Cleo enjoyed her egg promptly obvious to the surroundings or the wandering pooches. This is one McD where it's best to drive thru and go or lock the car and eat and hopefully not be approached. Eating in the dining room at 15505 Wallisville Rd, when the store manager comes out with a pink fly swatter swatting fly on the front counter, registers and even on the apple pie warmer above the area were the food goes before the expediter puts it in the bag. Did this manager clean after any of her swats, NO. This was reported to the Health Department as well as the complaint line 877-499-0939. Man, whomever owns this McDonalds, this is a true daycare. All of the workers were kids. Let me start from the beginning. We ordered two filet meals, no salt on the fries, three grilled snack wraps with honey mustard, a coffee, and a frappe. This is where it went wrong. We pulled up to the first window and no one was there. At the second window, it was five teenagers in the window. They were all confused and asking us what we ordered. They did not even realize we had not paid. We repeated our order again again as they were trying to figure out things. They had to make the third snack wrap because they didn't get that on our order. They asked me to pull up to space number two. They told me I was holding up the line. I corrected them letting them know that the hold up was on their end and not ours. When we finally got out food, our sandwiches had more tarter sauce than the actual filet. It was like it was thrown together. All of the snack wraps had ranch instead of honey mustard. I was too frustrated, I asked for all of my money back and didn't want the food anymore. When we went in, I swear I was it high school lunch time. It was literally ran by teenagers. The unit has been removed but the area behind the counter was cluttered, the ice cream machine was broken and the toppings were partially covered. I'm between the bathrooms they had the mop and bucket just sitting there. The new room had water around the urinal and the commode. Out waitress was helpful, but she was distracted by her coworkers. Horrible horrible horrible place. Not clean. Not one table--had to ask the clerk to clean a table so I could sit down. Floors, counters were filthy. A real health hazard. Not sure what the bathrooms look liked bc I was afraid to stray away from my friends. It was too late to change my mind about eating there cause I had used the kiosk to order and pay for my food. The food was not hot. The fries had been sitting awhile. Asked the clerk for fresh french fries and by the time they were ready, I had already finished my burger. Not what I expect from McDonald's. A lot of homeless hang around the establishment and use the facility to freshen up. A lady at one table was curling her hair. At another table, a guy was sleeping. If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst McDonalds I ever been to. I went there tonight and first they took about 10 minutes to pay for my order. And then another 10 minutes to actually get my food. Once I got the food of course they got it wrong. I had to get down and ask them for a missing burger. When I got down I was informed that they only had one cook working that night. They only had four employees including the cook running the whole restaurant. I just don't know if the management doesn't care or they're just incompetent. After I finally got my food right and was getting ready to eat of course the fries were soggy and greasy. My hot and spicy was wrong and it seemed like it was old, like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for a while. The lettuce was rotting and brown. I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again. I visited this McDonald's last weekend on my way back home to Port Arthur, TX. The drive thru service was horrible. I waited at least 3 minutes before my order was taken. Once my order was taken it took me approximately 3-5 minutes just to pay at the first window. The cashier acted as if she was doing me a favor by reading me the wrong order. Once I got my change back, I waited another 5-8 minutes before pulling up to the second window where your order is supposed to be ready to go. I pull up to the window and WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally set there and watched at least 5-8 customers on the inside get their food and leave. One of the workers fixed my drinks and sat them down instead of handing them to me. She could have given me the drinks and stated that there was going to be a wait due to whatever reason. By this time I'm steaming because I had been waiting for 10 minutes at the second window. The female worker gives me my food and says NOTHING!!!!! She didn't apologize for the wait of say have a good night. The ice in my drinks had melted because they were sitting for so long. The customer service at this location is poor and unacceptable!!! I would rather starve than go here!!!! I work close to this McDonald's so when I want something quick and easy I end up there. Quick is a vast understatement. I don't know why I think it has changed since my last visit. It doesn't matter when you go, whoever is working the window cannot multitask. Today I was craving ice cream. After realizing it was no different I parked and went inside. Twenty minutes later I'm walking out with an ice cream. Only two people ahead of me. The cashier was so slow and mixed up everyone's drink. I counted 10 people working and they all moved slower than a snail. Cracking jokes, hollering, "I need some man sauce". They don't have a care in the world. The place is dirty and it should just be shut down. The service sucks and if there is a manager, he/she needs more training. There are no positives about this McDonald's.
