This has got to be one of the worst orders I've ever gotten from Whataburger. The fries were half-raw, the burger bun was drowning in grease, and the meat was so salty it was basically inedible. Ok - I've been to this location a handful of times. I have a very specific order and they always get it right. Also when they bring the order to the curbside pick up, they are smiling! There's no Whataburger in GA so wanted to try it in TX. I've heard people loving this place. However, Whataburger is a joke. At least, this location is. First of all, after paying and sitting down, waiting for our food. Everyone behind us got their food already. 25 minutes passed. Nothing. I went to tell cashier. I seriously thought they forgot. Hubby got a hamburger meal and I got the freaking chicken meal. That shouldn't take more than 10 mins. These idiots need to all be fired. My father and I went here on Sunday night 5/26/24 (he has never had Whataburger before) so I wanted to treat him to a TX staple. There was no line and 3 people eating in. Basically, it was not busy. We ordered and 20mins later...still no food. I went up to the counter where I then stood for 10 more minutes while they walked around doing nothing and moved slow as death. The ppl working purposely avoided eye contact and then finally somebody came over and I told them I had been waiting for 20 minutes and still did not have our food. They hadn't even made it yet! I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before we actually got it and that was only because I stood at the counter until they gave it to me. When we finally got our food, some of the fries weren't even cooked. They were legit raw. Are you all brain dead?! This is the last time I'll ever be eating here. Not a customer but I was a recent Hire that was there Wednesday January 13th 2021 for my orientation. Some heavy set African-American male who I believe was the store manager in a white shirt had no morals , disrespected me like he knew who I was and was talking stupid. I love Whataburger but this location is ran like a McDonalds. My food is always given to me cold and with some type of mess up. One time i went to to this location and my food took forcer to get to my table while it was basically empty with like three people, myself included , inside. Once i finally get my food and short lady waddles to me asking me to use my phone to take a survey to get something for free. Didn't really know how to feel about this but i do like free stuff. I finally called after being feed up and spoke to the general manager Adam Jebara, he was the silliest manager i have ever spoken to. He told me to bring his food back. All the employees were up front horsing around. Not a clean table in the house. Needed to eat i was starving. Ordered a double meat with cheese and suateed onions which adds .50 cents. Onions were xold and greasy and tasted rancid. There seemed to be only one young lady working cause she was running all over the place. When people walked in they were standing up front and had to wait 5 minutes to order cause everyone that was up front went ro the back. Tell me why! They take your order give you a number and you wait and wait,and wait. Finally you receive your order BUT you better check it first! Hey where is my Apple pies? Opps! Sorry here ya go! Good place to grab a burger for lunch. The burgers are always made fresh and fries are hot and nice and crispy. Never had a real problem here, once they got my burger wrong but they made me a fresh one the way I wanted it. The restaurant is pretty clean and the staff is nice and friendly. I always see the manager, Adam I think, making sure everything in the dining room is clean and helping customers. It's fast food but this place is leaps and bounds ahead of the golden arches across the freeway from it. And it's only a couple bucks more than the golden arches, I would gladly pay it. read more
