Staff looked tired and word out and homeless people were roaming about the facility. Came here last week as a late night stop and the service was disappointing. Every time I come here I leave disappointed. Spent at least 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order, then had to drive back and wait another 15 because half of the items I ordered wasn't even in the bag. Every time I order from here there is ALWAYS food missing. Asked for napkins and sauces multiple times and never got them. Obviously not expecting anything crazy from McDonalds, but everything tasted old like it was just sitting around. read more

I stopped by to see if they had the steak, egg, and cheese bagel, and they did. They also had sausage and bacon as well. I ordered chicken biscuits and the steak bagel.. We went thru the drive-thru for breakfast and there was no wait. We were able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. The lady at the window wasn't personable at all, but she wasn't rude. The second person who gave us our food was nice though. They had a special for buy one get 1 for $1 on breakfast sandwiches. Which is a good deal. My steak egg and cheese bagel was pretty good. I do wish they would warm up the bagel, but that's a small complaint. The hashbrowns were good and didn't taste like old grease. So i appreciated that... I always get my food fast, the employees make me smile and feel like I am a part of their family. The restaurant is so clean and I am comfortable when dining in and the lady always tells me to let them know if I need anything. The boots and restrooms are clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. There is tvs in the dining room I can relax and watch while I eat my Fries and Mcdouble Meal deal. The sauses and frappes are my favorite, they go with everything and are very consistently delicious. My favorite Morning McCafe is the Americana with all the cream and mocha added already. The prices are really great especially with the app, I can order my meal from home and earn free food and deals that make it extra sweet. Free food tastes the best. My kids love the Happy Meals especially the Minecraft collectibles and the Ice Cream is always the best in great bridge we love to get the Classic Pack and share a family meal with all of our favorites catching up on our day in a spacious dining room with our favorite treats. read more

Blah blah blah blahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! It's McDonalds! The drive thru order taker acted like we were bothering her when we pulled up to order. She had an attitude. That was blatantly clear. We ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget Happy Meal & pulled forward to pay. The girl who took our card didn't speak. She took the card, swiped it, gave it back, & slammed the window. We pulled up to the next window and was handed our food. The fries were OLD!! The nuggets were fresh. So, I'm giving them a 3-star review when they clearly deserve less. They weren't busy. There weren't many customers & now I see why. Their Yelp score is clear now that I've gone there. They need to work on their customer service & only keep staff around who do not like working. Went thru the drive thru this morning and ordered a big breakfast. Unfortunately I did not check my order until I got all the way to work. First and foremost my bag was tied in knots so tight, I resorted to cutting the bag open with scissors. Secondly, upon opening my bag I received no condiments. Like I mentioned in the beginning I ordered a big breakfast which consists of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrown and a biscuit. Why in the world would you not give someone any condiments with this type of meal? I am currently in a dilemma because I have a full breakfast platter on my desk with no fork, spoon or utensil, no syrup, no butter, no jelly, no salt or pepper. How will I eat this? Didn't expect any issues because it was a simple order. Open my BigMac box up and it wasn't a BigMac but a BigHack. There was only one piece of beef on the entire sandwich with the top bun, setting on the middle bun with nothing between them. This McDonald's used to be good, but has since gone way downhill. We sometimes stop after work and get our daughter a happy meal, but they don't have the happy meal box nor chocolate milk. Today we went there for lunch. We ordered and set down and waited and waited and waited. Finally I went to the counter and asked about our food. They gave us a coupon for breakfast sandwich and told us to come back up for free dessert. After eating we ordered dessert. That took about 20 of me waiting at the counter. That's because the young kid there kept eating the cookies and putting them in a bag and bringing them to friends in the restaurant.
