It's been a very long time since I've given a McDonalds more than a star or two. My out of school grandson ( fever today) and I did the drive thru and unbelievably it went well! Normally, I'd rather eat a bucket of rocks than do this! Today all went amazingly smooth! Even though the duel ordering lines were long, we moved up fast. They got our order correct and the food was hot, not cold like Burger King! It's been a long time since I'd had a Big Mac or two, LOL! Although very tasty, I do believe they used to be larger! I'm not sure what was going on today at the McDonald's. Between the employee sleeping in the booth and the arguement going on in the back while interviews were taken place. atleast the food was ok.. although I only got two pieces of bacon instead of the 3 I was suppose to get. read more

Came in at 11am. Only two tables full. Several tables dirty. Ordered on pad, and took number. Food came out relatively fast. Number yelled at counter, not brought to table. Both burgers and basket of fries cold. Ketchup packets sticky. Big Mac lower patty wasn't even 50% on bun. Sloppy work/subpar McD food. read more

Got a shamrock shake and they gave it to me unmixed- all of the green syrup was in the bottom of the cup. When I asked them to mix it, they made a big huff and puff like it was such a big deal, walked behind the counter for 10 seconds, and brought it back the exact same way. I was at the McDonald's in chesnee south Carolina. I ordered my food and the worker told me to park and wait btw there was only 1 other car in the drive through. it took them 30 minutes to get my food to me. When they arrived to me with my food they forgot my small sprite i told the lady about it. I then waited for another 10 minutes and she never came back. So i proceeded to go inside. And ask them to get me my sprite, but no one would help. So i had to go and get my own cup from over the counter and make my drink. At this point i was pissed, but i never showed my emotions or or talked down on anyone. I saw 2 guys in white business shirts in the kitchen. I tried to get there attention. All they did was point at me. When i was able to get someone attention i asked if she was the manager she said yes, and i tried to talk to about the issue but she didn't want to listen. So i just left. I try not to comment on people's appearance, but the manager was really dirty and had the same appearance ar someone who does hard drugs. Everytime i go to McDonald's they always get my orders wrong. i feel like this might be the last time i ever think about eating here. read more

If I could leave less than a Star, I would usually never come to this McDonald's for the simple fact that they're always rude and the food is always cold, but this time I had it they made me wait forever because they were making fries and when I received my orders, the fries were cold. Not to mention the guy at the window that sometimes was so funny has proceeded to throw a ticket inside of my car not only is a rude, but that is completely unsafe. Now not only that, but he also stares at you while he's getting your card so awkwardly like it is such an awkward experience having to come here every night hungry and then getting stared at for wanting some fresh fries and a McChicken. read more

Stopping here for lunch reminds me of breakfast. Molasses !!! Slow as molasses ! These folks working here will look you straight in the face and not acknowledge that you have been standing in line for 5 minutes. Drive thru was around building so i went inside. Men's bathroom out of order. No ice in drink machine. Out of sweat tea. Placed an order for two combos and it took 12 minutes !! They were stingy With ketchup. I won't be back. read more

Don't ask for ice cream because the machine is always down. Got a burger and fry and there was grease all over the box and bag and when I told them they said they can't help it that it happens. Oh yeah they never get your order right I reccomend looking in your bag before pulling off. read more

Went ahead and tried again to see if this McDonald's would come through OMG the worst service I've ever had food was overcooked for the burgers have been sitting out all day throwing together like a bunch of matches in a matchbox I asked for no cheese and my order was completely wrong. The icecream machine is ALWAYS DOWN. Then I have to deal with my son not understanding what that means EVERY TIME we go thru the Drive thru at the Chesnee,SC location. Now once again I am having to Drive 10 miles to the next closest location in Hope's of finding him a milkshake because he had worked to earn it. The ice cream machine never works, or it takes forever to get your order, or the order is wrong, or all of the above happens. It's a shame!

This is my prediction of how your experience will go: "Hey can I get a a iced caramel latte with whipped cream!" (Before you can even finish your statement they'll ask iced or hot even if you already said so) "And then a number one (Worker breaks in) "Small medium or large" "Medium with a sprite" (Worker breaks in) " WILL THAT BE ALL?" "No." "Can I get a 4 piece nugget with" (Worker breaks in) " WHAT SAUCE?" Me: "BBQ." Worker: "WE'RE out of BBQ." Me: "Okay then honey mustard." (Worker breaks in) "IS THAT ALL" Me: "NO." Absolutely disgusting!!!! Found a bandaid in my burger!!!! Another person got sick from the nuggets and someone else got a McRib that was raw. All of this happened in the same week! If I could give them negative stars I would!!! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!! read more

Every time I got to this McDonald's they never have salads anymore and every time I order anything I have to pull up and wait 10 min on 1-2 items and the food I do get is nasty and the fries always taste like they have sat there all day . This McDonald's has just went down hill so bad I will not go back anymore read more

This is better than the one on Floyd Baker BLVD I choose this location to go to They got good stuff and never mess up like the one I had deal with horrible moments! Do they give a wrong Happy Meal toy? No! Ask to see if they have it during the promotion like for Pokémon!
