When I returned home with my food, I can't tell you the disappointment my wife and I felt. We got 5 wings and 5 fingers. The wings all put together would barely equal 2 normal wings. The surprising part is they cost $1.75 each. The strips were acceptable but no where near worth the price of $8.59. I realize you can't always get the size wings you want to serve but, you can put more in the box. I don't ever want to pay $30+ per pound for chicken wings. read more

Best Zaxby's I've been to in a long time. The restaurant was actually clean which is a big deal these days. Most Zaxby's (or fast food in general for that matter) are just nasty. This place was spotless. The people waiting on us were friendly and helpful and the food was fast and hot. The only problem (for us) was the fries were a little over seasoned. We went here to have a "birthday party" last night, (school night, it had to be something every kid likes and is fast). The staff was really friendly and quick to have our order ready. We had a total of 7 kids. The restaurant was very clean. Men's room was clean (I'm sure the women's room was as well, several kids used it). The food was excellent. Everyone ate everything. This location was very easy to get to off of the highway. The building looks new, and if it's not, they do a great job of keeping it looking new. They weren't really busy, and the service behind the counter was quick and friendly. Food quality was as you would expect, and we had no complaints. We dined in and enjoyed the many flavors of soda available from the high tech mystery machine provided by Coke. When is Pepsi going to get one of these? Anyway. Terrible service especially at the drive thru. All young kids who are cutting up and laughing. They put barely any ice in the drinks and ALWAYS leave something out of the bag that you've paid for. There's nothing more annoying than getting home and someone's food not being there. If you want chicken, drive the few extra miles to the Reidville Rd location or to Chick-Fil-A. Feb. 16 2019, at approx 6:30 p.m. my 16 old daughter recieved a chicken sandwich which she descibed as tasting minty. Upon further inspection it was noted that someone spit a large glob of phlegm into the middle of it. Unfortunately she had already eaten half of it... My son was given a coupon for a free Zaxby's kid's meal, but this location refused to honor it today. Apparently the coupon was donated by another location, and was only redeemable there. I understand that each one is a franchise, but the employees were rude about it. As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, it seems like this would have been a wonderful opportunity to wow someone with great customer service. But no, they refused to give away those two chicken fingers, handful of fries, and big graham cracker goldfish, and ultimately turned away a paying customer. read more
