I really don't like giving one star reviews for anybody because I know sometimes people are just doing their best but watered down iced coffee that I asked to be replaced and ended up being replaced with another watered down iced coffee. Idk if they can read instructions but in place my order on the mobile app exactly like I wanted my burger yet they had to refit my order three times. The third time the manger came to me with cheese and mayo in a burger box and ask would I like to fix it myself instead of him messing with my sandwich. Standard McDonald's food. The iced coffee was a little watery, but aside from that it was pretty solid. All of the food actually tastes like real food as opposed to the standard McDonald's plastic taste. So props to them for that. Quick and efficient. read more

Flies are everywhere, the food (even by McDonald's standards) is horrible, and the people who work there are clearly uninterested in making things better. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Ordered at 2:07 pm. Order was wrong on the receipt. (what's new). 32 minutes later, hadn't even received our drinks yet. Every employee seemed to be on drugs. Either that or I was in the twilight zone. There were probably 15 other customers in the lobby who hadn't received a single thing either. Every employee was focusing on the drive through only and getting mad at the customers in the lobby for wanting their food. They kept saying they were under staffed but literally 15 of them came out of the back to tell us that. Then one lady told sometime to lock the lobby. Save your time and go to Sonic next door. They have 3 car hops that are literally running around and doing so with smiles on their faces and getting the job done accurately and on time. read more

I normally don't write reviews about chains but oh my gosh did the awesomeness blow me away! I pulled up at 5:30 a.m. and their breakfast crowd was already in full swing. I'd been driving for 12 hours and barely walking a straight line so when I approached the counter, I wasn't making any sense. My hair looked like a birds nest, my t-shirt was matted down with so much cat hair from some very panicked kitties and I'm sure I was sporting some bad morning breath. The nice girl behind the counter took one look at me, obviously took some pity on me and said, "You need some coffee huh?" It's like we were soul-mates! I merely nodded and picked a number. I don't even know what I ordered but I know some coffee was included. I excused myself to try and work with the after effects of the hurricane of fur in my car and she had two hands sticking out waiting for me when I stepped out. I just had to take a deep breath and thank her. I'd encountered mean looks and not so friendly people in the countryside and this was the first place that made me feel like a person. Ordered a 20 McNuggets, large fries, and medium drink. Everything thing was correct on the screen the employee working drive thru even repeating it back to me. I paid at first window where he stated my order again and it was correct. The total was 8 dollars and some change I paid with a ten dollar bill. He gave me my change but no receipt. I get to the pick up window and I'm missing my fries. So I told them I didn't get my fries and the girl at the window finds my receipt and shows me fries aren't on there. I said no that's not right everything was on the screen and the guy repeated my order twice. I then got told that basically I'm trying to steal food cause they don't give free food away so if I want fries it'll be 3.78 I believe it was. I said I want what I ordered!! Again got told I was just lying and trying to get free food!! Then after calling me a liar and a thief she called her manager over because " she don't deal with no disrespect!!" The manager is in the background running her mouth the whole time as well!!! This behavior is very rude and disrespectful and I don't know what's going on between the drive thru and pick up that items just disappear from the receipt or why no receipt was given to me when I paid!! That's on y'all to figure out!! However calling someone a liar and thief over missing fries is completely unacceptable and I really am considering legal action against this location!!! Worse McDonald's I have ever been to! Went through the drive through and the cashier was covered in white pet hair.... lost appetite after that experience. Went one night and staff was horribly slow then while I'm trying to enjoy my meal the staff began to cuss one another out.... never get meals right, horrible staff, and dirty place. This McDonalds needs some help. There was a booth that was broken, a y'all stool that was broken and covered with a safety cone. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. Food was just okay even for McDonalds. Got my sister's order wrong. Catsup dispenser splattered on customers when being used. Ice machines were dirty. Restrooms needed attention. This Mcdonald's has the worst service of any Mcdonald's I've ever been in. The employees were completely rude and disrespectful to me and my elderly father that came in. Slow, slow, slow. Every time we order at the drive thru, even for just a couple of cheeseburgers, we're instructed to pull up in front of the restaurant to wait. Today, I was told to wait in #3 of the order-ahead spaces that appear to have been newly installed on the complete opposite side of the bldg from where drive thru is. The actual order-ahead customer is out of luck parking when they place an order and show up. Fifteen minutes later, no food. I called the restaurant & asked about our food. "It'll be out shortly." Twenty-five minutes later, I went inside & the kitchen staff told the manager our food was brought to us already. The manager pointed to me & said "No it hasn't been, here she is." A man shows up with a couple of bags & said the order he's holding wasn't theirs. Perhaps it was our food. Got my money back & went next door to Sonic, but I couldn't leave immediately because the genius who installed the call ahead spaces put them right where the drive thru traffic waits in line. The franchise owner needs to roll up their sleeves and personally fix this broken down mess. read more

I travel for business and have been to a LOT of McDonalds, but this is probably the worst. I waited 7 minutes for someone to even notice I was at the drive up and THEN they didn't have the flavoring I wanted in my iced coffee (Sugar Free Vanilla - who doesn't have that?) They were clearly servicing the drive through first (which they denied) and i am told that is because that is how they get rated. 50 minutes is appalling for FAST FOOD. No apology. We are seniors and when traveling often stop at McDonalds to get a cup of coffee. We have noticed throughout the country there are nice McDonalds and not so nice when it comes to seniors purchasing a cup of coffee. We sometimes pay full counter price while other times we get a discount. This is the reason I write about this location as we were not only treated nicely when we ordered two cups of coffee but the price was unbelievable. 29 cents a cup for seniors. Went to McDonald's today to get my grandson a Happy Meal for lunch. Got to the Elementry school opened his Happy meal no Chicken nuggets !!!! Not very Happy tried to call and talk to a manager for over an hour. Could not get anyone to answer the phone. I'm sure they are busy during lunch but they should have someone who is available. Just would like for them to make it right. It's pretty sad when you grandkid has to eat french fries for lunch. read more

It's new , a bit small, and very clean, including the bathrooms. No play area for the kids.

I saw an employee walk out of a stall and leave the bathroom without washing his hands. None of the employees were wearing latex gloves either. Would recommend going to the sonic across the street if you don't want feces in your food. read more

I don't recommend stopping here anymore. It used to be a clean place to stop with good service and hot food but we won't be stopping here again. The restrooms are filthy, all the trash is overflowing and even with 5 employees standing around chatting I had to ask one to come to the register. My advice is to pass on this McDonalds. read more
