Every visit to this McDonald's is a different problem. They're either out of something, the drive-thru takes forever, the tea is burnt or spoiled, or the equipment isn't working. Today they couldn't take card payments in the drive-thru and expected customers to order on the app or come inside. I having a baby in the car, so that wasn't exactly convenient. The only reason most people choose McDonald's is convenience, and this location consistently fails to deliver it. read more

Staff was rude it took 40 minutes to get two burgers and they were completely wrong we asked for one with ketchup and one with everything but ketchup pickles and lettuce and both had everything on them that could be put on the burgers also they were ice cold we asked to have are food remade and they told us to deal with the burgers they gave us so we asked for the manger and the manger said we were in the wrong for asking to have the burgers remade and when we asked for a refund and the manger said because we had taken the top buns off to show that they got the burgers wrong we couldn't have the refund. read more

Matt Dillon loves this place, so much that they call it MattDonald's. This tiny little town in Oklahoma has a couple of nice little local diners but if you really don't want to do that kind of thing then come here and get some fries which are usually pretty decent. The girl taking orders spends more time laughing and joking with coworkers on a hot mic then taking the actual order, been here multiple times with the same annoying person taking orders, took her almost 2 minutes to stop laughing with the coworker and focus on the damn order, some people got shit to do which is why we use a drive through, never once has this place given us a accurate order, not once... I think some of these people need paid less when they don't do their job, or if they mess up orders all the time they should be paying for it instead of wasting everyone else's time and money. Placed order for Big Mac and 2 cheeseburgers. Asked manager about it and he said it was being fixed. 20 minutes later no food and we just left empty handed. I went lastnight after I got off work. So about 11:30pm. After sitting in the drive thru forever, i finally got to the first window. Which she kept closed for another 5 minutes. When she opened it, she seemingly completely annoyed by my presence, repeated my order and the total was 8.28. I then gave her my app to scan, taking the fries off. The total was 5 something then. After scanning it a second time to punch my coffee card, the total was back up to 8.28. She argued with me that it was 8.28 the whole time. Even with the Fry's being taken off. So I got my receipt and went to the second window. Where I handed my receipt back, showing that the fries had not been taken off. The window lady was apologetic and seemed to be used to the other lady messing up. When the manager came over, she also argued with me that I never had her scan my phone. I told her yes I did. But she rolled her eyes and walked away. 5 minutes later she handed my change out the window. Again the window person who did not mess up, was the only one to apologize. These people are absolutely rude. I would get fired at my job for treating a customer that way. Something needs done about the nasty night crew. read more

This specific McDonald's location is honestly one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. I had to make my order to go and eat it in my car because every single table in that place is covered in food or trash. Every trash can is overflowing and you can't even fit your trash inside. The floor was covered in trash and food throughout the whole store. We had to literally step over trash to get to the counter. Even in the play place, there were food remnants and wrappers all over the floor. It was disguising and I couldn't help but think what the kitchen must look like if the lobby was this bad. Me and my significant other were on the most nobel of quests, out of all quests that has ever been initiated for some mc nuggets one night, as we had spontaneously felt the need. As we made that fateful journey that night we pulled up to the drive thru and made our order which was one 20 pc mc nugget and one 10 pc mc nugget we then proceeded to ask for extra sauce (the sauce is the most important aspect to us because no one likes a dry mc nugget) we pull up and pay then get our food and proceed to go home upon going home we set down turn on south park and get ready to bask in the glory that is mc nuggets with that sweet sweet honey mustard.
