Just came into the drive thru to order dinner after my busy serving shift and was rushed to give my order and cut off after everything I said. I pointed out that I didn't like how I was being cut off after every word I said being asked "what sauce" "what drink". I barely said what I wanted off of the menu. Order myself a $21 order on the mobile app, I also ordered a shamrock shake that they said was available. I got there at curbside, the app messed up, and I had to go through the drive-through after waiting for 5 to 10 minutes, then I had to argue with the guy talking about what's going on, then I finally got the answer that the ice cream was gone and they had to cancel my ENTIRE ORDER, and I haven't got my money back They have no control of what's going on there at night, so I definitely recommend not going there at night, cause it's terrible service. read more

Came in at the slow hour, around 5:15 PM. Place overall was very unclean. My shoes kept sticking to the floor. Almost all of the tables were dirty, and had stains and crumbs on them. The girl that took our order acted like she'd rather be somewhere else, and it took us forever to actually be noticed by the employees in the back that were literally doing nothing. As far as the food goes, that's really this place's saving grace. It tasted like McDonalds food, AKA nothing spectacular. Embarrassed to even review a McDonalds, but you need to be warned. The drive-thru team working here today deserves "0" stars! Slow, rude, unprofessional and under qualified. I have never experienced anything like this. It took forever to take my order. When I got to the window, the order was incorrect, though the screen was correct when I placed my order. Mass confusion arises. Finally, after getting additional help, they re-enter my order. When I drive forward to the pick-up window, this kid looks at me and says "you gotta wait, man"! No problem... I'll wait. 5 minutes goes by and another person opens up the window and asks me what I ordered. I tell them and they go into panic mode again. Finally, they take my order again. It startles, saddens, and concerns me that the youth of Davis County cannot come close to effectively and efficiently handle working at a fast food establishment. Hope to God they're not working in my nursing home or elected to office when I'm old. I went to this location and saw the line at the driveway so opted to go inside and order: I literally waited 30 minutes because I ordered (8) holiday pies. How do I know it was 30 minutes? Once I returned to my car where my daughter waited, patiently, but my granddaughter fell asleep waiting, my daughter said I was gone for 30 minutes. 30 minutes in which I chose to wait and not utter one word of impatience or anger. Would you like to know what I saw while waiting for the pies? Of choose you do. I witnessed a worker in the kitchen take the pies out of the oven and set it on the side, then, get this: walk to back. No attempt or effort to box the pies but walk off after removing the pies from the oven. Do you know who had to go retrieve the pies? The cashier. I believe it eased at this point that my I felt my anger rising but I did not vocalize nor demonstrate impatience. And would you like to know what containers the pies were put into? Sure you do. The pies were put into chicken nugget boxes. While waiting 30 glorious minutes, not once did the cashier ever provide an update on the pies except to offer a rehearsed apology for my waiting. Twice in the wee hours of the morning I pulled up to the drive-through speaker to order and get asked to wait a "second". A second car pulls up to the other speaker and his order is taken immediately! I cannot complain to Corporate any more. However, they either don't take cards one day only cash, and the next day they don't take cash, only cards. They don't have a salads anymore, or grilled chicken of any kind. Chained my friend who had to leave town to spend time with his dying mother at the side of her hospital bed and my bike to the light pole in back parking lot because I couldn't ride two bikes at the same time. A black, orange, and white.Trek 3400 3 series mtn bike and a white, black and yellow specialized comp fsr ground control hybrid. Both secured with a combination locking cable. They cut the cable took the highly valuable bikes and tossed in the dumpster and came back for them bright and early the following morning or late in the evening of that same day. Now two homeless people have lost their only means of getting to appointments and interviews. Conveniently the parking lot camera picked up nothing. So I just hope that whoever stole those bikes can keep resting peacefully in their homes and are happy with who looks back at them in the mirror each morning. read more
