It has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever seen out side of the ghettos in Washington D.C., but they are well on their way to "Ghetto Status" They throw the food together, can't get an order right, I try to use the kiosk, whomever did the programming has never ordered in an restaurant! I understand that working there is an entry level job-but these kids working there are just dumb as dish water-if you can find one who speaks English. The only item I purchase there is coffee-which is very good. You have to ask for fresh and wait, I have asked; no-one has any consecution of time. Don't stop here for fast food. Got here at 5:45am. Even though the big sign says they are open 24 hours and a little sign says they open at 5:30am, customers cannot go in. Their manager didn't show up and so they cannot open for some reason. The drive thru was operating but we sat in the line here for 20 minutes. We did get actual food and it was good. The lady taking the order at drive thru was very nice other than that I have nothing good to say. We were traveling so did not want to go back to complain. Ended up throwing the bag of food in trash along with the Diet Coke which tasted like carbonated water. The food was nasty and drenched in oil as if it went from deep fryer in to the bag. No stars from me. This place always gets something wrong, never hands you receipts, and then acts like it's your fault the order is wrong. Tonight I placed an order they didn't put in my bag with my newborn in tow after major surgery and they acted like I was a criminal for coming all the way back to pickup the sandwich they left out of my bag. My husband and I had breakfast here. Good breakfast. But what really impressed me was the service. We ordered on one of the new kiosk, turned and paid cash at counter and had not one, but three attendants help. They had our coffee ready. We sat down and our breakfast was brought to us. I HATE the new kiosk ordering system. Went in and was directed to the kiosk. Told them that I would rather order at counter and was told I couldn't. Went to the kiosk to Enter my order but a worker came and looked over my shoulder the whole time. When finished still had to go to counter to pay. Inefficient system. Whataburger quicker and easier. Plus with every customer touching the screen, it can't be very sanitary. read more
