Don't don it. This place is so unorganized. The workers are very sweet high schoolers but your patiences begins to wear thin after 44 minutes of waiting for your order. Then when they finally call your order it's actually a different number. And instead of asking "How can I help you" the manger walks by and says "all the kiosks are open" They don't work but somehow we are expected to use them. McDonald's you better step up your game. We bypassed Viera McD for poor service and tried 520 & 95. YUCK! The bathroom was filthy but was cleaner than the dining area. Not a single clean table or horizontal surface in the building. The beverage area smelled like a dead animal was in the cabinets. There was unidentifiable green substances in the Egg McMuffin that was minus the Canadian bacon. I was so disgusted with the overall experience to tossed my order......before I tossed my order. I came by the other day to pick up some lunch. When I drove up to the first window, the cashier looked at my banking card and thanked me for my service. When I told her that I appreciated her comment, she gave me a warm smile and told me that she always thanks vets because of her appreciation for their sacrifice. Then, at the delivery window, the young woman was expedient and kind as well. I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service. I never review fast food restaurants, but I had to take the time to go on and give this positive review because their friendliness was so noteworthy and just made my day. If I could give less than one star I would. I have currently been waiting in the drive-through line for well over 20 minutes. Apparently the staff at this McDonald's has significant issues with efficiency and teamwork. I think a group of gradeschool kids could probably have gotten us through the line a lot faster and happier. I have watched numerous cars leave this line, and nothing is being done about it. I only stop here when my hubby is out of town and I want a quick meal after work. The drive though is so slow it takes 20-30 minutes to get my food no matter what day or time I go. Tonight I decided to go inside and it appeared it was quiet, with only one person ahead of me and two other people waiting for their food. It still took 30 minutes for me to get served. Set in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes would have left but the entire parking lot was full of people stuck in the drive thru. They may claim it has something to do with their drive-thru having one lane closed but that would have nothing to do with how fast they could serve at the window. Now this is a McDonald's with great management that​ knows how to care for customers. I had just left the McDonald's on 524 after a bad customer service experience. (See my review for details) I went to this McDonald's with the same app coupon. For some reason, it still wouldn't work. Let me get a manager, he'll take care of it. OK, great. He came out, tried a few things. Still wouldn't work. Here's the difference from the McDonald's on 524 - the manager says, something must be wrong, I'm going to manually override this computer. Your total is... WOW. After taking care of the situation, I told him about the bad experience I just had at the McDonald's on 524. Told him I was going to write him an unsolicited review on Yelp to thank him for the great customer service. TL;DR Go to this McDonald's, they will take care of it if something is wrong. read more

this is not the first time i have been to this location and been disappointed. i made a mobile order for a happy meal and i get to the drive through to give me code and she tells me that we don't have the happy meal box which is fine you can just throw it in a regular bag but she then rings me up for a whole new order even after explaining to her i paid through the app. once i get to the window she wants me to pay an extra 8$ even after showing the confirmation of my order on my mcdonalds app. once i get to pick up my food half of my order is missing and when i tell them that almost a split second later he responds with it's not on your order, i show him my receipt that it is infact on the order what i am missing and he pulls me up to the next window to wait for them to bring it out. another lady then comes and explains to me the same thing that it's not on my order i show her my receipt again my phone having the receipt displayed and she finally then gets my missing parts of my order 6 minutes later. worst experience ever and horrible staff management read more

Yelp does not allow a review with zero stars! Too bad because that's what this Mc Donald would get! I frequent many Mc Donald's. This one in particular I frequent a lot because it's on my way home from work and on the way to and back from Orlando!! The staff is always rude! One night their register was down and they would NOT honor a coupon I had for a free coffee! They said they were only taking cash! This would have been a transaction that would not have needed to have cash or credit involved and later on they could have done the coupon transaction just like they were doing with the cash!!! Unreasonable!!!!! Another time I asked for a small cup of water and they charged me for it!!! Since when does a big company like that charge for water??? The best McD's! It has solved any issues. I live nearby & drove across town to another McD'S. I gave them another try & was floored at the fresh, perfectly prepared & delicious food. Even though a chain it is better than other McD's. Staff has always been super nice. Now no mistakes. From the lines others agree. Hope others will rate because they deserve 5 stars! My only issue now is with McD's company as the steak on my breakfast sandwich has shrunk. read more

I use this location since it's on my way to work and for the past several weeks, it has gotten worse. Service at the drive-thru is so slow, the staff seems unfriendly and the food is getting to taste like it was made the day before. The steak bagel sandwich had so much grease on it, I might as well had eaten a cup of oil. They slap sandwiches together or cut the muffins wrong, you get more of what is in the sandwich than the muffin. They forgot to put napkins in the bag, forget to put cream in coffee and when I told them their McDonald's marquee had words misspelled, the young girl at the counter said, "I work the midnight shift and can't do nothing about it".
