Been here more than 20 times since it's opened. Staff are always lovely and knowledgable on the menu. Fun seasonal items, little bit on the pricey side but that's expected for coffee shops. For the most part, I used to like this place a lot. Coffee was good enough (although they don't serve brewed flavor of the day after 2 pm). However last week I had a bad experience and it was handled rather poorly so I won't be back. The problem was, I ordered a hot mocha and didn't have a sip until I was a few miles down the road. When I did, it tasted disgusting because it was made with SPOILED MILK. Because I paid north of $6 for this undrinkable mocha I went back and explained the problem. This was met with silence. Then asking to repeat. Then more silence. Then an explanation that the jug of milk they used for the mocha was opened for the first time just for me. Un-hunh, yeah. So what I heard was they don't check their milk for freshness. They did remake the mocha and said they'd tell the owner. So that was 15 minutes out of my way and no real apology (not that it would have made much of a difference since the milk was soured). Wouldn't it have been nice if they would have comped me the mocha as a gesture of good will? Apparently cash is the bottom line for this particular Scooters and not customer satisfaction. I've never tried this coffee and have passed by specially go to Dunkin. Today I was wanting to try anything else since Dunkin has gone down hill since Covid. Service is trash and they just give you anything except what you ordered. So I stoped by here thinking they can't be any worse. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. While there's no indoor seating the coffee to go is very good. I had the Mocha and it was very nice and hot and the cup was not a disgusting mess of spills. I ordered a cinnamon bun and it was very good too. I only ate half and the next day it was still delicious when I ate the rest. The service was very friendly and fast. The worst service I have ever received. The cream was sour they put in my coffee. The bad cream made my stomate upset and I threw up on side of the road on my way to work. When I came back later to tell them to check the milk products. I told them I got sour cream and they claim it did not happen. Staff did not care. Absolutely will not be going back ever. Both were excellent and reasonably priced when compared to the national coffee chain. The quality of the coffee is much better than the big national chain. I like the coffee here but the lack of understanding about sizing is frustrating. I asked for a medium hot coffee and was told that was 20 oz. So I said what's the small? I was told 16 Oz. I ordered the 20 Oz because the day prior I ordered a 20 Oz as I wanted a large and received a 16 Oz. I was worried if I ordered the actual 16 I would get a 12. The cup even says 16 Oz on the bottom. I would think this was a fluke and I was served the wrong size but this has happened 3 times now. To be clear I actually want 16 Oz but they insist this is a small so I order the 20 Oz and get a 16 Oz every time. Every other coffee shop is a small is 12, medium 16, large 20 unless it's iced or cold brew which is 16 small, 20 medium, 24 large. Now, if I was asking for 16 Oz and it was in a 20 Oz partially filled cup that would make sense, but clearly you can't fit my 20 Oz order in a cup marked 16 Oz so what exactly is the stand sizing here? So I am confused as to what to order because I ask for one thing and consistently get another. read more

Delicious coffee!! I got a frozen blended caramel coffee, to die for! If it were closer to home, I'd be going all the time.

Always looking to try something "new." Thought this was a local place at first, but it turns out it's a chain. Okay, so we tried it anyway; maybe it will replace "you know what" as the go-to coffee spot. Got the mocha and the "spicy breakfast burrito." The burrito was still in clear plastic wrap, from where it had been in the freezer. Obviously, it was just pulled out and then microwaved. (Yes, I'm aware that "you know what" does the frozen food thing too.) Then it was stuck in a waxy paper sack (plastic wrap still there), as if it was "fresh food." I have a feeling the employee is supposed to remove it from its freezer packaging before serving it to the customer, but that didn't happen. Felt the bottom of the burrito and it was totally soggy. So, bottom line (of the burrito), threw it in the trash without taking a bite and went to McD's for their very fresh and tasty breakfast burrito. Coffee (mocha) is okay; it's really, really sweet, so "you know what" is safe. Recommendation? Pass on this place. read more

I have been to Scooters many times. I don't know why we keep going back. Today was the last time. for $16 plus a tip for 2 drinks, one cinnamon roll and one cookie you'd think they would pay attention to getting your drinks correct. I have gone back before to have my drinks corrected I should know by now not to leave the parking lot without checking my order. It's so frustrating getting screwed in the drive-thru, getting down US1 a few blocks only to discover they did it again‍ I'm done Scooters. We stopped by Scooters after exploring the trails at Helen Allan park. Really needed something refreshing. They have a walk up window and a drive thru! They had a variety of delicious looking smoothies, I was able to mix the mango and peach flavors together. My husband got a peanut butter power smoothie. We were not disappointed. The peanut butter was thick and great tasting. The mango peach was super cold and refreshing. Just a couple sips cooled me down quickly. The employees were efficient and very nice. They seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The colors of the building were bright and inviting. It looked like a clean well taken care of business. Overall lovely experience at Scooters. My husband and I love scooters coffee. He stops there almost every morning and I often stop. There is only one complaint and I hate to even say it. There is a guy there who every time we get a drink and he's made it, it has zero taste and is awful! He's a nice fellow but maybe scooters can go over the blended drinks with him again? Went to Florida on vacation from NJ for 2 weeks in late December, and discovered this place. They have great coffee and great customer service. The ladies that worked there are all very friendly (I flirted a bit cuz I love the attention), and as I said the coffee was great. Two big coffee chains had locations closer to me but I purposely drove a bit farther for better quality. I highly recommend Scooters in Rockledge. read more
