Good natural light from the garage-door style windows too. Grabbed a Cubano and it did not disappoint -- espresso, sugar, and foam whipped into something rich and not too sweet. Also picked up a half-gallon cold brew growler to take home, which is a great option if you're stocking up rather than just getting one drink. Smooth, no bitterness, held up well over ice for days. Menu is deep -- espresso drinks, teas, iced tea shakers, plus a solid dairy/non-dairy and flavor lineup if you like to customize. Staff moved efficiently even with a small crowd at the bar. Friendly and helpful employees, and wonderful coffee / lattes is what I discovered here! A comfortable open air setting with multiple tables and a small bar provides plenty of room for customers who elect to enjoy their beverage on site rather than to go. There's even a couple of tables outside. I ordered a large Pistachio Caffe Latte Espresso, hot. It was very good! The employee who waited on me was friendly, courteous, and efficient. In addition to caffeine drinks of all kinds, they also have homemade ice cream! It looks amazing and I'm going to return to try it! Unfortunately, our experience at Foxtail Coffee & Co. in Cocoa Beach was very disappointing. We ordered three different iced coffees, including a large iced latte with sugar-free vanilla and caramel, and all of them tasted almost entirely like milk with little to no coffee flavor. What made it even more frustrating was that I could see my drink being made. The cup was filled almost completely with milk, and after taking a few sips and realizing it tasted like plain milk, I continued watching as even more milk was added to fill the cup. The result was a watered-down, flavorless drink that barely tasted like coffee at all. We were excited to try this location, but left disappointed. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on our experience, the drinks were not made to the quality we expected; we ended up tossing our drinks and going somewhere else. read more

If you like the taste of straight whole milk...definitely get a latte from here! We wanted to try out Foxtail Coffee this morning, but definitely regretted it. The most unfortunate part was that we could see our drinks being made. I sat and watched as the barista made our drinks, and soon noticed that the cup was filled almost entirely with milk! I ordered a regular latte with caramel and banana, and it tasted like a cup of 100% whole milk - no other flavors. If you like really good coffee prepared perfectly with a side of disgruntled, apathetic service this is the coffee shop for you. It is sad that service can ruin what could have been a "Gotta get back here first thing tomorrow " experience. The barista was so obviously put out that we were there for coffee. Our order was taken with a muted grunt as recognition he heard it, and once prepared and paired with a cold blueberry muffin, the barista went back to his phone. Literally five people in the place. All of whom waited that long. The only thing missing was Carly Simon's "Anticipation" and a video of a jar of molasses. She was slowly cleaning the counter around the machine while the guests after us were in their tenth minute, when we left. Ambience is coffee shop. Owner: do something more exciting with the breakfast pastries that would appeal to non-coma victims. That croissant made by Tinker Toys? The rods get stuck in your teeth. It's fat gooey, not flakey light. It's a lot like Starbucks. That's not a compliment. I loveeeee me a high quality oat milk latte and foxtail always hits the spot. Coffee beans are very robust and they use califia oat milk which is delicious. They also carry coconut milk and almond. Recently they've also added oatmeal cream pies to the menu that I have yet to try! read more

Stopped in to get coffee on a Tuesday morning during peak season and there were a few people there. The love is well decorated and the staff is friendly. I got a regular cold foam cold brew and my husband got a regular drip coffee. The regular drip was better as it cooled down but the cold brew was great. read more

try the VEGAN OATMEAL CREAM PIE the coffee is delicious and has great options for most people's preferences. the staff is super helpful and friendly (Morgan and Amber were so sweet) they immediately offered ice cream samples (yes, ice cream some is even vegan and gluten free) and someone wrote a kind message on my coffee lid, it made my day. Little things like that are important. They didn't know how bad an experience I had at the Melbourne location and I had so much better of an experience here so I officially changed my mind about foxtail coffee and I'm a fan now also there are lots more options for seating and space and good lighting for comfort. The menu said it would be closer to $3 or $4, but I noticed the waitress added charges for it being a seasonal flavor and being dairy free. She didn't tell me, just saw it pop up on the screen when she was checking me out... kind of strange! But I was too polite to say anything since she had already scooped the ice cream and handed it to me. If I had known it would be this much more expensive I would have chosen a different flavor. My husband and I were so lucky to have stayed in an Airbnb walking distance from Foxtail!! We walked there 3 mornings in a row. I am a complete coffee snob as I used to work in the coffee industry! Foxtail is top notch coffee! The cold brew is amazzzzing! Staff is friendly and says hello when you walk in which just makes a world of a difference. Also, their vegan oatmeal cream pie was phenomenal. We took that home two days in a row to eat before bed! Did not disappoint! Foxtail really made our stay in Cocoa Beach whole! My husband and I stopped in to Foxtail on a Monday morning for some coffee and breakfast. I had tried finding the menu on their website but the site was super glitchy so we decided to stop in anyway and give it a shot. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was a slice of banana bread half crumbled in the middle of one of the tables. No napkin, no plate, just banana bread on the table. It was super odd (and gross) because there were literally only 2 other customers in the place and they were both at the counter ordering coffees. It was a really bad first impression. There were 2 baristas on staff and neither of them acknowledged us as we moved toward the counter to read the menu. Honestly, it was just such a weird, unsettling experience that we just turned around and left. For the record, they only serve coffee and pastries as far as I could tell. No breakfast sandwiches, which is fine! But if you're looking for a place that serves a good breakfast option with coffee, this ain't it. If you're looking for mangled banana bread randomly left on a table in an otherwise empty cafe, this is your spot. read more
