I had been seeing the Caramel Apple Pie Iced Coffee from McDonald's on TikTok and decided I wanted to give it a try since it was only for a limited time. I love cold coffees, but this drink wasn't for me. I honestly thought I would like it! The coffee taste was too strong and I didn't like the aftertaste. It looked so tasty, especially with the crumble toppings. With this one I will have to say I wasn't thrilled with the taste at all. As for service, this was the longest wait ever!!!! One oF the few McDonald's left that has a children's play area. The only problem is it has limited hours. The food is OK. Service was better than other McDonalds. I'm not sure why kids are so drawn to eating here. Maybe it is the toys. I will return when play area is open and we have the grandchildren. read more

7501 Garners Gerry Rd location. Ordered on the app at 10am. Arrived at the drive thru at 10:10. It was obvious the restaurant was very slow. The problem with the app is you can't cancel the order. We finally got to the speaker at 10:45 and informed they were no longer serving breakfast. Asked for a manager and manager said she would make our food which we appreciated. We got our food at 10:50. Tech users...while this place says they are open 24 hrs and have great wifi. This is not accurate. Most important to me, they have zero, read again : ZERO, power outlets. You can't find power for a single machine you might have in this location. The employee who took my order told me that while they did have wi-fi it was pretty consistently flighty and would go out at any moment without notice. I did not experience this directly but it would not surprise me if this was accurate. The crew seems extremely disorganized and inefficient and stressed out. I ordered a coffee and a McGriddle. Never received the coffee even though they called my number. They hadn't made any. The manager was yelling at everyone and you could tell it was a tense work environment. Seating, tables, and chairs were super uncomfortable. Definitely not where I would want to spend a great deal of time working. Music pipped in, while holiday themed, was louder than it needed to be. I ended up leaving, still with no coffee to find a real place to set up my work life. I will not be back here. This McDonald's has a great kid area. I'm sure it could be redeemed. This place is a nightmare to deliver from. After waiting in line in the drive thru the will tell you to come inside. The doors to the lobby are often closed on the other hand so they are just wasting time. Delivery orders from here will take 45-60 minutes to complete. Slow as ever and some of the employees have a bad attitude. Takes like 30 or more minutes to get your food. I was at the window to pay, no employee there to take my money , I yelled hello after waiting for 5 minutes and after what seemed like 10 minutes, the employee comes to the window asks "did you pay?" Went there around 3pm, and it took about 3 minutes before any of the employees noticed I & 3 other people were waiting to order. I ordered a large tea, paid, and then went across the restaurant to fill it up. No tea! I then asked the lady at the counter for tea. She said they don't have any, and it would be a 5 minute wait. I waited 10 minutes, and asked again. This time, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. That was rediuclous. If McDonalds doesnt have tea, they should tell you during your order. No one apologized, though I didn't expect them to.. Its McDonalds after all. read more

After having come here a half-dozen times in the morning over the past couple months, I can say that I will never come here again. It seems like they are always wasting time and needlessly causing their customers to wait for unnecessarily long amounts of time. Usually McDonalds is supposed to be quick, cheap, easy, right? Not this one. All this one has is cheap. I'm sick of waiting for 20+ minutes in the drive through line when I'm trying to get a quick breakfast sandwich in the morning before work. The wait is not worth the barely edible food. Oh, and just this morning their assistant manager (I believe) nearly hit my car as I was trying to get to the drive through. Whipped it right round in front of me as I'm driving all so he can back his car into his parking spot, instead of pulling in with the front bumper facing the curb. Good job buddy.
