If I could leave 0 stars I would. I waited an hour for my food and then got severe food poisoning.

I ordered a double quarter pounder w/ cheese and my order even came in a double quarter pounder w/cheese box. Also I only wanted mustard and Pickle. The receipts on box and in hand both clearly stated that. I get home and I got a single patty w/cheese no mustard and no Pickle, but have only ketchup. Wtf McDonald's when will you start hiring people that can actually read and know how to make things right. I recently visited, and was incredibly disappointed with the wait time. I ordered at the drive-thru and ended up not being asked what i wanted to order. the first time i went through the drive thru, they gave me the wrong food. then, i had to go back through the line over two times before ever getting a response. i waited almost thirty minutes for my food. The line was long, but the service was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. I had to wait even longer to get my order corrected, AGAIN. This experience was incredibly frustrating. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. I will be thinking twice before visiting this McDonald's again. ambience was rude and unprofessional. i understand that this is a mcdonald's and i can't expect 3 Michelin star service but they clearly lacked training. read more

This place deserves no stars, there's cockroaches crawling in the counters. We ordered food inside and couldn't get service, we waited so long for our food only to find out it was in a bag waiting in the back, but no one was going to bring it out. I asked for extra sauce for the nuggets; was charged for extra sauce; but was not given extra sauce. I also asked for an extra bag for my chicken sandwiches. First she gave me a bag that was too small. I asked for a larger bag. I was switching the sandwiches to the new bag when the manager rudely said, "You're holding up my line, can you pull up?" The food is usually fresh, but the service is usually bad. Out of the last 10 times I have went there for ice cream, they are machine was down every single time. Do not anticipate getting any ice cream there. The one across town is much more dependable and consistent with decent service. read more

Horrible service and horrible food. The only time I have seen them clean is when the health inspector showed up lol. They like to use the playroom as a daycare center for employees kids but with no adult supervision. Management is seriously lacking here. read more

This McDonald's is the worst one I been to. There was a big ole cockroach crawling around. My McNuggets wasn't done. They were undercooked. My friends was too. We asked for another order of McNuggets to replace the undercooked ones, but all they did was put them in another container. The service was pitiful. Nastiest place I been to. i went through the drive thru and there was a fly in the bag when i opened it and i got a milk and it had been drunk out of.

My husband and I went to McDonalds through the drive through to get two salads. They didn't give us napkins or forks. So I went inside to get some, ten minutes later they told me they are completely out of plastic wear. Wish we had known that before we got the salads. Now we have to go get forks from sonic, because we don't travel with silverwear on us. We won't be going back to this McDonalds anymore. read more
