When you order large fries, extra fries, sub another side for extra fries, they don't care--they give the same portion of fries no matter what. This store is a disaster. There were at least 8 employees inside I placed a mobile order I pulled over (like the car in front of me) and waited 20 minutes. When I saw the driver in front of me get out of his car and go inside to retrieve his food I went inside also. There were only two customers there placing a new order I waited and asked where my food was. An employee said and I quote "oh that's it over there on the shelf". There was no apology for the delay or reason given and the employee looked at me like she didn't care one way or the other. While this is my favorite salad which I order often I'm going to either order when I'm out of town or forget it. Won't be back until they change personnel. My egg roll was cool on its way to cold which indicates that it wasn't recently cooked. With the add ons I paid over 20 dollars for a 15 dollar salad. Customer service is extremely poor! My son placed an order for wings which he received when we arrived at the window. His fries were lukewarm and he was able to finish his food while I was waiting for my salad. Totally unacceptable! I am a big fan of the chain and pretty regular at multiple locations. This one likely will not be one of them. We arrived shortly after opening and order was taken promptly. However the chicken was way overcooked. I was not the only one in my party that so. If there had been a manager visible or even someone that I thought would have been receptive to the concern, I would have said something. I was also on a bit of a time crunch. If you read my reviews you will see that I mostly give positive ones. It would be a lie if I did so with this one. The food was hot and good. The restaurant is "cleanish". The employees are incredibly rude. They will not look at you while you are ordering and you must listen carefully because they barely speak above a whisper. All of them. If you ask any question you get an eye roll. These kids clearly do not want to be here. I asked where the ketchup was while I was standing beside the ketchup cups. The guy whispers "oh we didn't get that out yet." We have two babies and needed high chairs. We asked where the high chairs were and the young lady nodded her head in the direction. As recently as a year ago, this was one of the better fast food joints in Columbus and would probably been graded at least 4 stars. You see what I gave it today. The only saving grace was the flavor of the food. That's it. First, you walk in and notice a puddle from the counter across to the soda machine that extends out about 8 feet from the wall. There is a "wet floor" sign sitting in the puddle but no effort is being made to clean it up. I had ticket #40, and #44 was called before mine. First thing I did upon sitting down was pop a fried mushroom in my mouth. Risky? Yes, but don't worry, lukewarm. It tasted good. My chicken was cooked well and may have been warm before it was slathered with COLD sweet and spicy sauce. The fries were cold. A couple of the thick ones had a little warmth to them. Some were actually cool to the touch. My toast was toasted just enough to make it taste like a stale piece of bread with very little coloration. This place is suffering from a severe case of piss poor management. True, the employees may be failing. But, if they are, it's the manager's responsibility to fire their asses. It is hard for a restaurant to survive when it has to be staffed by a Columbus workforce. This one is definitely in a downward spiral. read more

Not your occasional chicken place. First time going here and wasnt disappointed. The chicken is advertised as, "real chicken." I ordered chicken tenders, mild buffalo wings, spicy fried mushrooms, and onion fries. We really enjoyed the spicy fried mushrooms because it was something new and tasted good. Ordered as soon as I turned into parking lot. At least 14 cars ahead of me in line (attendant taking orders). Took over half an hour to get to window to pay and pick up. I had ordered 2 signature sandwiches and a Chicken Zalad (cobb). Someone had cancelled the sandwiches off of the order. The attendant didn't do it (she repeated it back to me correctly and told me ~$25). I needed the sandwiches. I was told to pull ahead and they would bring it out to me. A half hour later I went inside and all H^*# broke loose as they searched for my food. They had completely forgotten about me. The food is good, but expensive, and the manager never contacted me (I put it on their website). I waited a week to put this on Yelp. read more

I ask for a military discount every time I'm there since i know they offer it. I get told that they do not all the time, i have to tell them that they do offer the discount and they get extremely rude like i inconvenienced them. We went to the counter and the manager never once acknowledged us or helped us at all and they continually served other people their food while making us wait an additional 10 min. I waited over 35 min for a drive thru order. I arrived at the drive thru at 11:35 am placed my order of 20 strips, basket of toast and large fry. At the window I paid with my debit card but was told she would put my receipt in my bag. Okay. After a few min she asks me to pull up and they will bring my order out. I sit there for at least another 10 min. They bring out my order, but it's just my chicken. So she goes back inside for the rest. Another 5-10 min she comes back with the rest of my order. No receipt. I ask for it she goes back in and I wait another 5 or so minutes and I go inside and ask for the manager. The assistant manager tried to help and to give her credit she was nice but didn't know what happened to my receipt nor could she tell me exactly how much was charged to my debit card. She tried to call the manager who didn't answer his phone. Obviously, the manager was not there because while I was sitting in my car I saw several employees go to a car that was parked on parking lot. It looked very suspicious to me. Finally, the assistant manager wrote down what I ordered with the amount and her name so I would have a record of my purchase. I got there right after the lunch rush so things had slowed down a lot. I ordered a Cajun Club Basket which the kitchen made pretty quickly. Then it sat there for a solid three minutes while one of the staff was restocking things on the counter in front of my order. When she was done stocking she picked up my tray and called my number. I think they need to work on their priorities a bit. I hate to sound negative as the food was good but the fries, supposed to be typical crinkle cut, were mostly little pieces like you might find at the bottom of a big bag. The chicken sandwich was also good but I'm at a loss what made it Cajun. I didn't taste anything that seemed remotely Cajun about it. It seemed more like just a grilled chicken club. As a culinary experience, I have to say it was less than I expected. The facility was neat and clean but for all their advertising, I don't see them standing out from many of the other fast food restaurants in the area. read more
