Their open times are not accurate and management is terrible. Says they open at 6 and it is very very uncommon for them to be open by 6. Dont recommend if you are hungry on the way to work. Wosh people cared enough to be open by the stated time but its an everyday thing for them to delay opening 10-45 minutes read more

Since their last remodel, their food has been HOT and FRESH without exception! I don't know what upgrades they made in the kitchen area, but it's WORKING! Keep up the outstanding performance guys, I prefer Ur location in Cornersville, TN over all others due to Ur quality of food and speed of service at the DT window! Rarely ever any wait time now, most orders are ready by the time U arrive at the 2nd window. I also recommend using the app for deals! Great value for the $ and they now ask for Ur code at the order speaker rather than doing it at the 1st window which speeds things along! Hit the drive thru~ordered food spec requests: no pickle or onion on a mcdouble, ketchup only on 2 cheese burgers, SIDE of mayo (specified NOT packets ~ the stuff that is used on sandwiches) Get food: 5 mayo packets in bag. We wait, ask for a side of mayo again~ they hand us a styrofoam bowl with lid on it~hubby passes it over.....it's empty. Waited again to ask for it to be filled...they didn't come back to window. We decide to go inside to eat since we had to go inside anyhow to finally get mayo. SO GLAD we did...the sandwiches would have been awful in a car! I'd have taken pictures but my hands were dirty with condiments. I bet there was easily tripe the K&M on my mcdouble...and the ketchup only cheese burgers....I bet a full oz of ketchup. The fries looked great but weren't cooked quite long enough. Didn't complain~we were trying to get on the road~and didn't want to waste anymore time with the folks working today...they prob just give us an empty fry container. So when you're driving up and over the country hills of Tennessee and you see a McDonald's, you don't cautiously criticize and condemn it. You thank the Lord that he placed it in the middle of Podunk nowhere just for you. This isn't a fancy restaurant in the Music City, it's a fast food joint on Pulaski Highway in Cornersville, Tennessee. We're talking hay bales less than 100 yards away. Was it a little dirty? Yeah. Was the service a little sluggish? Maybe. But the fries were hot and the Coke was as sweet as the spring sun outside. I'd imagine a Big Mac woulda been stellar too. So I just wanted to leave a little love note here about how wonderfully I was treated at this McDonalds. I got caught in a really bad storm when I was travelling late last night to the point of barely being able to see enough to exit the interstate. Fortunately I saw the yellow arch and creeped in that general direction! Drenched and so cold, I came in and warmed up for a while and made some phone calls. It was pretty slow and it looked like the few people in there were also waiting out the storm. I felt like I needed to buy something, and when I approached the counter, the young man was so kind and conversational. We talked about the predicted forecast and he made a fresh pot of coffee, which he brought over to my table, and it was delicious. I probably hung out here for an hour and a half. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and I was super thankful for the location being where it was. Will definitely stop here again for some caffeine or a quick bite next time I'm passing through. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Used the mobile app to place my order, the app kept closing out on my and freezing up, I assumed it was do to poor service. So no big deal, I place my order wait in line, to be told I didn't pay yet. No big deal, thats happened before. So I paid cash. Evidently the app didn't report where I clicked plain cheese burgers, so I pull back around expecting they just messed up the burgers, instead we start getting yelled about how they made them how we ordered them. I explained i know I clicked plain, and that maybe the app messed that up too, being that it didn't take the payment, he keeps hollering about how they were made how we ordered them. I ask what do we do about this, he says call corporate I can't help you i can't refund you they will, I said but we paid cash that doesn'tmake sens. So I did, while on the phone with corporate this man walks outside by my car to his car and looks on every window, I took that to be aggressive. Corporate then tells me all refunds are done at that location, that the employee just didn't want to help/do their jobs. All this over 2 mcdouble cheeseburgers valued at a total of 4.30$ if he wasn't so aggressive from the jump, I would have bought two more cash. Like before. Fire this man!!! He shouldn't be employed anywhere that deals with the public or customers. read more
