My brother got a plain cheeseburger there was pickles and no cheese at least they gave me my fries

Ordered on 9/19/25 at around 10 pm. Ordered 2 meals and a mcflurry. After getting back to the hotel we realized we were missing a burger. After we realized my brother drove back to get the burger and asked for some type of compensation as we had to drive back for the food we ordered. worse mcdonalds I've ever been to. out of the 4 things I ordered they didn't put the most expensive sandwich in the bag and the fries are cold and taste like they are 7 hours old. Exit 305 Mcdonalds cullman Al. we stopped to grab some lunch on 4/26 at 10:30am which food should have recently been prepared for lunch since it just started and we got cold fries, stale bread and cold meat on our sandwiches. do better McDonald's. $29 and terrible food. read more

The past few times I have been to this McDonald's have been terrible! There is a tall woman who takes the orders literally yells at you over the counter it's embarrassing for the customers and people in the restaurant but it doesn't stop there this woman when trying to place my order kept asking me "what do you want"? Rushing me to place an order when there was nobody behind me and the restaurant had just a couple of people in the dining area I don't know why this woman treats customers in this way but it needs to be looked into speaking for myself I will NOT be returning to this McDonald's for this very reason I don't want to be rushed into placing an order and I really don't want to be screamed at while placing an order it's ridiculous and embarrassing! read more

If I could give this McDonalds negative stars, I would. I've been here many many times in the past year, and I haven't stopped going because I was hoping it would get better. It's only gotten worse. The majority of the time my order is incorrect, and they have the absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced. They do not say thank you, have a nice day, or anything like that. I have asked them how their day was going, tried to interact with them KNOWING they have heard me, yet they ignore me. You aren't even treated like a person here, AND your food will be wrong. I don't really eat at McDonalds, I usually just get things like drinks, cookies, and ice cream. But I will say that when I go to this location in the mornings, the staff is always very friendly and polite. Most other McDonalds restaurants have thrown customer service out the window, but this location is doing an awesome job of training their employees to use some manners. We went to McDonald's on our way back from vacation, and I've been to better McDonald'ses. We were literally the only people in line when we ordered, but it still took over 15-25 minutes to get our food. I got a fish filet w/lightning! Jk. I have been here twice and they have a sign that says they accept Apple Pay, however when you get to the window after waiting in line they tell you that they cannot accept it because "their machine won't reach to your phone" which is ridiculous. WTF. Why advertise that you can accept Apple Pay at the point of sale when you cannot accept Apple Pay???? I just drove away, so stupid. This is false advertising and a waste of my time. Went through the drive through at around 9:30 at night. My car and 1 other car were the only ones in the drive thru. Waited 10 min with nobody trying to take either of our orders. I parked, went inside only to be told by a sassy employee how "busy" they were. (There was only a family of 5 and 1 other couple). I then stood at the counter for another 15 min without anyone asking me for my order. A "manager" (a kid who has no business managing anything) then came over and smarted off something about chicken tenders and how if we wanted them we should have ordered them sooner because they "go fast".
