When it was my turn to order, the gentleman behind the counter just stared at me. No greeting, no what may I get you, etc... After about 15 seconds of awkward silence, I just began ordering. They were out of greens, and stated it would be about two min for them and they would bring my food out to me. That's fine, no problem with that. They then tried to charge me $.50 for ice water. I have been to the location before and have never been charged for ice water before. Despite advising that my food was "for here" they made my food in to go plates. The Beijing Beef was on life support but some chili sauce managed to revive it! The cream cheese Rangoons were crispy but very greasy. The delivery person worked for Door Dash and they were great. my boyfriend and i got a huge takeout from here and it was very bad! the rice was so hard, and all of the chicken tasted old and hard as well. We got the spicy orange chicken, and regular orange chicken with sides of white rice, and lo mien.. which was the worst lo mien i've ever had, as with the chicken which at other locations the orange chicken is my favorite!! very sad, do not go if ur hungry. read more

The girl worker, named Claudia had a horrible attitude - like she was angry that she had to be at work at angry that we were there. Absolutely awful. The only saving grace was the people werent rude. Not nice, but not rude. I ordered a plate with white rice, black pepper angus beef and honey walnut shrimp. what I got was fried rice, bland sauceless beef with broccoli and sure... there were shrimp and a walnut, but there was no flavor or sauce on the shrimp either. They tasted of the fryer. The portion was laughable as well. I dont come home often, but you can be rest assured next time I am here to visit friends and family, I will just make my own stir fry. My family stopped here on a road trip, and we got there 25 minutes after they opened. Food was very fresh and hot. One of the employees had the temperature stick testing the food and checking it off on her clipboard, which made me very happy (as most buffet style food can go cold/or be at a dangerous temp to eat). Employees weren't friendly per se, but not rude. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Terrible food, GREAT staff!! The only reason I'm giving this a 2 star is the attentive staff. They were all super nice and had a smile. Don't waste your money. It was almost $20 for two people and the food was a mixture of tasting like spongy Play-Doh (chow mein noodles) and vinegar covered chicken. It's worse than what you get at the mall!! Oh, how I love Panda! The food is great and the portions I've found to be quite large. If you want something that you do not see, they will not only make it for you but bring it to you as well. The service is absolutely outstanding. My wife is transgender and when she was newly out, this was one of her comfort spots because they were so sweet to her. Aside from the food always being great. I only ever have trouble with the service at panda. No sense of urgency was displayed today on Mother's Day. We were going back and forth between families and just needed a small bite to eat. There was no one in the drive through and we have been waiting 24 minutes. Half of that time was just there waiting before we even ordered. Super not acceptable. My husband and I have worked in the food industry and we understand being slammed but it can't be that hard to greet someone and keep apologizing if something was wrong or if they are waiting on food. I have been to many Panda Express-it's always good, some better than others, but this was a great experience. I came at a busy time, there was a pretty long line, but they were very efficient at getting everyone through. When it came time to order, they had so much fresh food - it was hard to decide. The Sweetfire chicken an King pao chicken were awesome! Spring rolls were crisp and hot, with chili sauce..amazing! Very friendly and genuine service, (not easy to find these days) was very much appreciated. Clean store, Great attention to customer service, and very good food. We looked around there were about 10-12 people seated and eating in the restaurant . Three employees a cook, one at the window and one helping customer inside. As I mentioned the line moved very slow, about 10-12 mins when we got to our turn. The server asked " what can I get you?" I looked at the foods there is nothing left...every trays is empty just fried rice. I asked " do you have anymore foods come out? She said about 8mins wait. I have tried this Panda Express multiple times. Unfortunately, it's never a great experience. The food is just mediocre. The meat portions are tiny. I think I got 4 pieces of chicken last time I ate there. It's entirely too expensive for the small amount of food you receive. I tried it multiple times to make sure it wasn't just the staff that day, I've worked in the food industry so I know some days are hit and miss...sadly every day seems to be a miss for this Panda Express. They told me one total in the drive through and when I got to the window they had up-charged me $2 more. They didn't ask what side I wanted, they just assumed what I would want and gave me that. It wasn't crowded at 12:20 p.m. today. I was the only one in line but the food was sparse and old looking.. I did order the orange chicken and five flavor shrimp and half rice and half chow mein.. I HAVE NEVER had such bad food in my life.. and another thing there wasn't much of it.. A guy sitting next to where I sat down said he had never seen so little food and told me to go back up there and tell them.. I bill for this and a drink was over $11.00 I do usually get much better lunches for this kind of money. The chow mein was SO TOUGH that I could not cut it or chop it off with my teeth.. I gave up. I admit I am shy about taking crap back. I DO CALL THIS food made me feel like I was cheated out of my $11 bucks.. I feel taken and upset that I paid for this. Chow mein that I usually love at different places was the most pathetic excuse for chow mein I have ever had.
