The best experience I've had at a McDonald's in years. The food was fresh. The restaurant was clean and the cashier and manager were courteous. There was a young man by the name of Tyrone that worked the drive thru, went to get supplies, delivered food to a parked car, wipe down tables and swept. Then back to work behind the counter. He was everyone's go to guy. It reminds me of McDonalds years ago when it was always first choice for fast food. read more

This McDonald's is horrible. I come here at least twice a week and I've had it with this McDonald's. Every time I go in there the manager Kendra is always rude and yelling at the workers and not wanting to do her job. The food is never really fresh anymore and it's always got someone yelling in the back (mostly the manager). If they got new staff mostly a new manager I would come back to this McDonald's but as of right now I will not go back. read more

I've never had a correct order here. The employees are rude, and when I bring my food back, they can't seem to understand the order is wrong. In my latest experience I ordered a salad. The salad came half filled, with the top almost completely off, with a whole chicken breast, and rotting lettuce and tomatoes. And I guess it's too hard to put ranch dressing in a chicken bacon RANCH salad. I'm done trying here. read more

me and my best friend went to this mcdonald's for our daily mc chickens and we ordered 6 we got to the window and they told us we must wait at the railing for ONE mc chicken... after pulling up to the railing we waited 20 minutes for one mc chicken... this is awful service... we also saw one of our friends in the drive thru who ordered 3 mc chickens and didn't have to wait at all... 12/10 do not recommend read more

Absolutely the worst McDopnalds I've been to. I waited 12 minutes at the drive thru with no response. When I wen to the window a young hispanic girl Yvonna with a fowl mouth, she had braces. was absolutely rude and them had her black associates come to the window and threaten me. I have been to this location several times. Always been slower than most. But never treated so badly ever at any establishment/ I spoke with the supervisor who told me I was being racist by calling the aggressive workers black. I am half black and didn't realize that was an issue.The "manager" Bradley was very professional and would not give me contact information for anyone above him. The latino women who I spoke was very rude and unprofessional.. I will contact coropate MsDonald's. I couldn't even eat the food because one of the black individuals said he spit in it. They are very consistent at leaving stuff out of orders, or getting it wrong all together. I can't remember ever going here and not having to go back or just live with fact that they left out something. (check your bags thoroughly if you go here!) The drive through gets confusing some times because mostly you will have two people talking to you through the speaker., and they seem to have a hard time taking the order most of the time. I give it an extra star because I have felt like the people in the drive through here are usually generally friendly and courteous and the food is pretty consistent as you would expect from this chain of restaurants, and fairly cheap. read more

Honestly just go to the mcdonalds on the other side of cedarcrest at this point. I got nuggets and they were crispy on the outside but on the inside creamy and gooey man it wasn't chicken shit looked like cum. and I will def not get nuggets again after seeing that. THATS DEAD. read more

This is one terrible McDonald's!! Instead of fast food it should be called slow food. They take forever with taking your order to giving you your order! It's ridiculous. This has to be the worst McDonalds on earth. If North Korea had a McDonalds, it couldn't be this bad. Discarded food behind the counter, trash on the floor behind the counter, only one guy it seems making the food so it took forever to arrive as it always does at this location and when it does it is cold as ice--and this was in the late evening and not when there was a rush of people, I can only image how much worse it must be when there is actually a good size crowd there. The bathroom was covered in liquid feces. The service and experience at this location has grown worse and worse since it opened--I decided last night to give it one last chance and it failed miserably. This has got to be the WORST McDonald's I have ever visited! It was after the lunch rush so I figured it wouldn't be that busy. So that was the first mistake. I've worked food service so I understand that their workers are generally young and more than not "new". I have patience but more than 20 minutes in the drive thru is ridiculous! I placed my order at 1:30pm (after waiting about 10 minutes to get to the speaker). After being asked to pull up to the "hold" spot, I finally decided to walk in after I hit the 20 minute mark. THEY FORGOT ME! The (premade) salad I ordered was sitting on the counter. I asked for a refund (at 1:47pm) and didn't get even an apology or excuse. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. And I will be contacting the owner to make them aware of the situation. SO FRUSTRATED! read more

The employees are rude and never seen a manager when visiting this location. Went thru the drive thru and the employees didn't say hello or thank you or nothing should find a desk job or somewhere they don't have to deal with customers. In my eyes the customers are what pays the employees and if they keep this up they want have a job. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Extremely rude high school aged employees who seem mad that they're at work. When you realize that they left something out of order, which they ALWAYS do, they either give you an attitude or don't say a word to you after that. I feel bad giving them one star because this place doesn't deserve even that. read more

My family used to eat at this McDonald's a lot, but after two times receiving undercooked food we will no longer eat here. We received burgers that were raw. We live too far away to make it worth driving the food back. read more

I was excited when this McDonald's was built because it was the first fast food restaurant right down the street from the house and it was convenient for those crazy evenings when there just wasn't time for cooking dinner. However, 95% of the time when we use the drive thru our order is wrong. We double check the ordering screen every time to make sure it's correct but it's the people filling the orders that are apparently getting it wrong. We try to double check our bag as well before pulling off but some of the things that are wrong are not always obvious. Like the drink will be wrong, not enough straws, we will order something without onions and the product will be full of them and to top it off one day I ordered oatmeal and when I got to the office it wasn't even cooked.....seriously people???? It's just frustrating to spend your money on items that you didn't even want in the first place all because the staff can't be efficient enough to read the order screen and follow it.
