I placed a mobile order at 10:44am. the drive thru line was backed up and was only being serviced on one side for 10 minutes despite multiple people being in both lines. when i get up to the speaker to read my order number, it is 11:06am. they print out my receipt and give it to me. at the next window they give me the wrong order which i immediately hand back. they have me pull up to the third window. another 10 minutes pass and a lady shoves an order at me and then leaves before i can even look inside the bag. it is again the wrong order. i go inside with my receipt and they tell me they shouldnt have even taken this order since the receipt says 11:06am, even though i tell them it was a mobile order from 10:44am, and that they have no more breakfast items. i received a refund but this is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Comically bad. I knew I was in trouble when everyone working was an "urban teen." Everyone seems pissed there. I ordered and they asked me to pull up, and before I did, I asked for some ketchup packets for my french fries and got "We ain't got no ketchup." I laughed thinking she was joking. Nope, she wasn't. Sat down inside. Ordered through the app. Food took a really long time. It says they're supposed to bring your food to the table. Had to go up to the counter to get drinks. When we finally got our food my fish sandwich was cold and hard. My kids happy meal wasn't there and the honey mustard wasn't with the order either. Slow food. Not fast food. Drive-through line took forever. Partly seemed to be just disorganization inside. When we did get to the food window, though, service was fast and friendly. Got Baby K's Happy Meal, plus remembered to ask for ketchup and extra napkins. She liked it all, of course. I got a deluxe chicken sandwich combo. I liked it fine- decent sandwich, and I actually like their fries and Coke. Not a big fan of McDonald's in general, since there is far better food nearby, but kids gotta eat too, and drive-throughs are, generally, convenient. So: typical fast food, not awful. Without a doubt the worst, slowest drive-thru in the area. I pulled into the first lane and parked as I watched car after car after car get their order taken in the second lane. Then it all stopped. And I waited. I waited for 15 minutes and no more orders were taken. The line of cars behind both lanes continued to grow. Finally, out of sheer hunger and frustration, I pulled out of the drive-thru to circle the building and go somewhere else. I expected to see cars parked at the windows waiting to pay or receive their orders. What I saw was...nothing. No cars anywhere. I pulled up to the window and saw the employee just standing there, putting lotion on her hands, letting the line continue to build. She saw me and simply turned so she was no longer facing me. I called the manager and all I got was " were busy" there were two people in line in front of me. This McDonalds is pitiful!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can the McD's corporation let a store get so bad. This store is a joke! It was closed, AGAIN, today at 6am. Yesterday they were out of unsweet ice and knowling gave me sweet tea hoping I would not notice until I left. For medical reasons I cannot drink sweet tea. The rude, unapologetic young man wouldn't even come back to the window after he knowingly gave me a wrong order, then had someone else tell me they never really had unsweet tea. Very common problems: out of large cups, out of caramel flavoring, CLOSED, no one at payment window, 20 minutes or more wait time in drive-thru, trash covering the drive-thru pad and parking lot, employees who either won't say a word or have bad attitudes. I have complained following the proper channels and NOTHING changes. One of their employees says the store manager is always closing the unit even though he is not supposed to and he doesn't care about following direct orders from his superiors. When will someone do something about this McDonalds? Other fast food places are dealing with covid and their QSC is heads above McDonalds. Is it because no one cares?
