Painful to even give 1 star I ordered off the kiosk got the wrong chicken sandwich after we waited forever to get the food ( and it isn't even busy ) The ketchup dispenser is so filthy with dried ketchup strings coming out of it I never got the drinks so went in to get my own I poured me a Dr Pepper ....:just tastes like soda water Bad bad experience not recommended for fast food here uggggg Never did get my McDonald's mc chicken we left I'll take the loss read more

This McDonald's was extremely unorganized and it seemed like the workers were bothered that you were there. They gave people's orders to the wrong people beside us and then it took 20 minutes to get our food (very small order). Had about 15 workers there but seemed like only 2 were doing anything. I like McDonalds, probably eat there 6 times a week (I know, I know). This location is the WORST. Employees have no emphasis on customer service, slow service, no thank you, seem bothered that you're there. Dirty. Always a long wait, and orders are consistently wrong. "Managers" could care less. It's only saving grace is that it's the only restaurant in that immediate area, and probably gets a lot of traffic from I-95. Terrible. Hire some better people. read more

Give this establishment a pass. The line and service are sooooooooo sloooooooooow; you'll never make your next appointment on time. I would not trust anything in this place. Truly, this place needs to be bulldozed. I've tried to buy something twice. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when it appeared only two people were running the show and had to leave after waiting in line over 20 minutes to order; I figured wow, really short staffed. Worst service ever un organized line out the door 1 cashier this McDonald's is a mistake

We had the most awful customer service ever and it was not from the cashiers. It was their supervisor, Elizabeth. We walked up to see this woman being very rude to her cashier who just needed change for her register. We then placed our order and decided to use our McDonald's app to get a quarter pounder for one dollar. It didn't work so we said delete the order and we would order the meal deal, full price. Well, Elizabeth came over and said it just wouldn't work and was disgusted she had to come over and just deleted the price of the burger and walked away saying quite loudly, see they just want it for free. That's what they do. I told her that was not the case, at no time did I ask for it free. She snapped back, I wasn't talking to you. The worst customer service I have ever had and those employees don't deserve to have to work with someone like that. read more

Waited 25 min for our food in the drive thru.. the manager on duty was not professional and refused our money back.. so, we were stuck with cold food that we ended up throwing away! 30.00 for McDonald's is ridiculous especially when you didn't get to eat it! This location needs the show "Undercover Boss" for a visit. Absolutely horrible. Ordered sweet tea and saw the guy pouring it from a red mop bucket!? Fries were cold and old...at least the quarter pounders were made fresh. All this after waiting in a 3 car line for 15 minutes. read more

First of all I rated them one star but if I had the option for zero stars, I would use it. When we first walked in, we ordered our food and they seemed very rude. My teacher, who has a newborn baby, was meeting her mom to give her toddler to her mom for the week. There was a sign on the door which said "we are closed", which was put on the door after we all walked in, and one of the employees told the teachers mom that she "clearly couldn't read" but she wasn't using their service, she was picking up the toddler. Then we got our food and my friend didn't get what she ordered, and our fries were clearly soggy and old. When they were calling one of my friends order number, he didn't hear his number the first time, so the employee called the number the second time, rolling his eyes and saying that the customer couldn't hear. Also, the employees kept yelling at other customers because they walked in when the sign on the door was as big as my hand. Another thing is, when I walked into the bathrooms, there were three stalls. One was out of order and had diarrhea in the toilet, one was out of toilet paper, and one had a bloody feminine product in the toilet. I was not satisfied with my experience and wouldn't recommend this franchise. read more
