Avoid this place. Always seems to be out of ice. Service is terrible. There is another McDonald's go there. Or literally go anywhere else.

This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The only bright spot was Aliyah--she was professional, kind, and provided excellent customer service. She truly stood out and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The store manager and another employee a women with white hair spoke to customers in an extremely disrespectful way--yelling, arguing about orders, and even using inappropriate language, all in front of children. It was shocking and uncomfortable for everyone there. There were at least 15 other customers who witnessed this behavior and were just as taken aback. What made it worse is that this wasn't a one-time incident--it continued throughout our entire visit. This kind of conduct is not acceptable, and it reflects poorly on the establishment. We ordered 2 breakfast burritos and a a sec MC Griddle on the side Got to the window and the cashier said they did not have the burritos and no one to make them. We changed the order to two SEC MC Griddle combos one with a coffee and one with a coke. When she gave us our drinks she handed me the coffee and the lid popped off and spilled coffee arm and pants and in the truck. It was blazing hot . She told me that some times they have faulty lids. Much improved but still really really slow. They make everything to order it seems so nothing gets nuked before it's tossed in the bag. If they paid less attention to the parking lot and more attention to preparing food that would probably make a huge difference. I eat here often and I generally expect a 10 minute wait for my food. If I was on a meal break from work I would not come here. It's great for folks traveling or if you need parking for the strip club next door. Parking can get difficult Thursday-Saturday after 5 or 6. The strippers like to park near McDonalds main entrance and not off to the side or behind their building. The strip club customers park anywhere they want. The men's bathroom is pretty gross. Urine stains on the walls and usually black grease or dirt in the sink. The vent fan doesn't work and the smell of feces usually greets you coming through the back side door. On warm days it's overwhelming and just downright horrible. Management must be bad because the good employees don't seem to last or the light in their eyes dims. The toxic employees are always there and if you stand near the counter waiting on food you can hear them spewing hate and gossiping. The last time I ate there the night manager,Tyler, was rousting people sitting down eating. It was Saturday I think and 38 degrees out. He said you have 15 minutes to eat and get out or I'll trespass you. Not just once but walking table to table and speaking very loudly and threatening. I laughed at him and said I waited longer than that for my food. Remember when McDonalds would give you free fries or an apple pie when they screwed up or made you wait for more than 5-10 minutes? So, we stopped to get a simple snack and to use the bathroom, let me tell you how the bathrooms were super clean, as well as the restaurant! I ordered quickly, and they were out with it super fast! My son asked if they had any giveaways for birthdays, at first the answer was no, but a guy heard him and said "hold on" and brought him out a whole friggin cake! Like way to make this kids day! Listen, I know common sense isn't very common anymore but DAMN!!!!! I came here for lunch today and ordered a $5 meal in drive thru. It consisted of a McDouble, 4 piece nugget, small fry and a small sprite. I paid for my food, got my drink and they asked me to pull up and they will bring my food out to me. It's pouring rain at this point so why they would send a worker out to bring food to people in a paper bag is beyond me..... After waiting about 3 mins a lady comes out and goes to another car that was waiting on their food and then up to me with a bag and proceeds to ask me if that was my food she was holding. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's but I will admit from time to time I just want some of their fries, they must be hot and salty if there not I find the nearest trash can and make a deposit. With all the new burger chains opening daily up there's really no other reason to dine here and what really amazes me is how long they have sustained the "dollar menu". It's almost magical and definitely comical that they can continue to offer so many items for a dollar, I don't know if this out of compassion or they just seem to cheapen up the ingredients at should a slow rate that people just becomes accustom to it and they never realize the change. My advise to doordash and other services, check your orders before leaving there. Customers will leave a negative mark on you when it's McDonald's employees that are screwing up things. You would think after all the negative reviews that McDonald's has recieved they would take some time and get things in order. I realise now ordering from a delivery service will not make it right. I was starting to get upset and my coworker realized it and he asked if they had my order and we said the order number multiple times and the lady still did not hear us and kept acting confused . Then tried to say that the order wasn't there but eventually found it . When she gave me the order she asked if I wanted anything for the "inconvenience" but i was so upset that I just wanted to leave so I told her no . As me and my coworker were walking away she said "I wouldn't wait 20 minutes for my food" . She said it as if it was my fault I was waiting 20 minutes for my food. We went through the drive-through of this McDonald's on Sunday April 3,2022. The staff were extremely rude. Hated their jobs. We ordered two sandwiches a french fry and a drink. When I drove to the first window, the lady taking the money did not agreed us or even acknowledge us. Just stuck her hand out for the money and then stuck her head out to give me the change. When I got to the second window to pick up my food, it was equally terrible. I drove off and realized that there was no straw for my Coke. How can you get an order that contains one drink wrong.? One drink one straw. I don't know who the manager is, but I would be willing to buy the franchise if it's for sale. I would straighten it up in a heartbeat and customers would enjoy going through that store once again. read more

This location is absolutely hit and miss. One week its great and the next time its awful... So, I am changing my review to.. Eek! Methinks not. I'm a frequent late night eater so... at 1 a.m. when no one else is in the drive-thru at my local McDonald's I figured that I would have a great experience. My Big-Mac meal was entirely shy of being BIG. I had one slice of hamburger on my sandwich. Which couldn't even be considered a piece of meat. On top of that my sandwich was bogged down with the secret sauce- it was a complete mess. The middle bun was soggy from the excessive amounts of sauce.. My large order of fries couldn't even be considered that. It was filled only half way which is a shame... Furthermore- service was okay (thestaff was nice..), wait time was long (10+ minutes), and the food quality was subpar (1 out of 10..for the wait time).. I know I can't expect a lot since its fast food but for the most part it would be nice if it would've been done right. Stay away. read more
