From the moment you arrive, the warmth and character of the space draw you in--complete with a spacious porch that's perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the small-town vibe. Inside, you're greeted by a large counter where you can order from a menu posted on the wall or browse through clipboard menus for a closer look. An array of pastries is cutely displayed on the countertop, adding to the inviting feel. I ordered the baked French toast, which came out beautifully presented, topped with fresh mixed fruit and served with syrup on the side. My cappuccino was perfectly crafted, complete with a lovely froth design on top--just the way it should be. The staff, all cheerful and friendly volunteers, truly make the experience even more special. There's plenty of indoor seating ranging from traditional tables to comfy couches and chairs. Cozy nooks throughout the shop make it ideal for chatting with friends or settling in with some work. This is more than just a coffee shop--it's a delightful community space offering great food, delicious drinks, and a memorable, homey atmosphere. A true hidden gem in De Soto.

I love it will be close to give everyone a break but I am disappointed that I can't visit here while it's closed. Cause Coffee Description, Exterior - If you weren't aware that it was a coffee shop then you would think it was a cute house in the heart of old De Soto. Interior - TV show/ movie picture perfect vibes of a small town coffee shop with happy, low key vibes. It was relaxing to meet up with coworkers before work and have casual conversation. Staff - This was my first time coming and the staff made me want to come back again with smiling faces and friendly words. I felt welcomed and encouraged to get whatever I wanted without being rushed to order. Drink - I got the summer seasonal hot Blackberry Cobbler latte that was sweet and the flavor stood out plus the presentation with appetizing

Pour is way out in the southwest stretches of the metro but anchors a fairly busy strip center. The space inside is homey and not enormous, but there are plenty of spots to enjoy. The house brew is strong and always fresh and their breakfast burrito game is seriously on point. The beverage menu is fairly standard, from latte through seasonal offerings, and each drink is handcrafted to your wishes. The food menu is not extensive, but what they do, they do really well. There are a couple of sandwiches on the menu and their aforementioned breakfast burritos are outstanding. Pour offers several varieties and packs alllll the freshness and flavor inside those tortillas. You could even pair one up with one of their baked goodies and you're in for a treat. Hint: try a handmade Pop-tart. Parking is super easy, pricing is pretty fair, and the service is local & friendly. Their outside seating is unexpectedly cool as the strip center isn't exactly made for a patio, but Pour placed several tables on the front sidewalk and around the side in the shade for a nice touch. It can get busy, because there's not a lot of competition and demand is high, so be sure to be cognizant of when the high school gets out. Sample & enjoy!

The vibe is warm and intimate, with soft, low lighting and seating options that work whether you're having a private conversation or gathering with a small group. It's the kind of place where you can settle in and actually stay awhile. Their pastry case always has something tempting, and the breakfast and lunch menu offers plenty of comfort favorites. But let's talk about the famous rollover sandwich -- absolute perfection. Served on an Asiago bagel, it's the best of both worlds: egg salad meets ham sandwich in a combination that just works. Savory, satisfying, and crave-worthy. The specialty drinks rotate with the seasons and holidays, which makes every visit feel a little festive. And don't be surprised if the friendly owner is your barista -- the staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. Gallagher's isn't just a coffee stop. It's a place to slow down, connect, and enjoy something thoughtfully made.

The Famous Rollover is a great sandwich with ham, a very tasty egg salad with Colby Jack cheese on a warm Asiago bagel. Hearty and flavorful is the best way to describe it. I have a medium size Breve latte which was very hot with a great espresso flavor. The half & half was a bit milky and not a silky as I prefer but made very well. Maybe an extra shot next time to boost the flavor a bit. Service was fast and friendly! Overall this is a cozy fun place for a date, work or study time, and hanging out with friends. There are also a couple of semi private room available as well. Great location in West Shawnee.

We were in yesterday (Sat around 8:15 AM). The girl working the order register was a snot from the get go. I find it hard to believe that other customers didnt have complaints about her either. We attempted to order food which she rang up nit than said we don't have biscuits and gravy so you can't have that or the savory crepe with gravy. Ok but you rang it up, didn't ask anyone so how's then did you know you didnt have two of the six things you have on the menu? We then ordered house coffee which she then began writing our name on plastic drink cups. When we told her, those are regular coffees right? She said no your ordered iced. My girlfriend said NO, I ordered coffee and I said, "I'll have a coffee too". I never said iced ether and she threw a fit. We said you know what, make it 2 Togo coffees. She gave my girlfriend that leaked the entire time and the bottom of the cup was saturated like it was going to fall apart anytime. She has no business being in a customer service role. Not sure what her issue was. Was it we weren't regulars? Because if so, as a small business-good luck growing your business catering only to your 20-30 regulars. I will say, it was a solid cup of coffee though.
