I keep trying this location in hopes I've always previously caught them on a bad day but there's just never any improvement. Burgers wrappers are always covered in grease. Pretty much always make you park and wait in drive thru. Today's burger (in photo) tipped me over the edge to the point I felt this review was overdue. read more

Desperate needs call for desperate measures, and this was one of those days where the time constraints of work called for a quick fix. Oh the helpful fast food of the golden arches, as these places seem to be situated in a perfect place where they know you are going, and like an upstream salmon run, they don't have you trapped, but they know enough of you will be going in here, which I did on this day. Driving along 56th Street, you won't miss this place, you have to drive into this parking if you are attempting to eat in this place, just know there also is a drive through.. where you have to do some odd loops to get to your ordering platform. You come in here, and you know this place has been here a long time from the outside structure, let alone the old McD's layout, where you can see an area that was sectioned off for the kids... wonder if the ball room was there? The tiles look like the original.. like 20 years back.. then you are wowed by the new digital menu that keeps changing, with the big pictures of their fresh (can you call it this) food that entices your hand to reach for your wallet. The day I was here, the place was pretty busy, probably because it was hot outside.. and what other way to handle a hot day than to suck up the a/c of a McD's. Even the 4 staff that looked like they were on break.. did not leave the place and chilled at the communal bar like area. I ate while watching everyone in here, and noticed many people just looking at their phones, eating, not doing much... kinda sounds like every McD's... but hey.. where else you going to get max a/c for minimal $$$... Ordered a wrap, and it satisfied the craving... so if you are in this area... or going toward Point Roberts.. this is the last McD's you will see... if you need this fix, well come on in. read more

This location seems to have one of the most unique layouts of the chain. Parking is plentiful in the nice large lot in the back. The outside looks like a church, steeple and all. See pic. On the inside, the turquoise and yellow tables really stuck out. The only thing consistent with the rest of the chain was the front counter area. There is 1 TV in the location, but it's set awkwardly over the end of a table. Be strategic with your seating if you want to watch. Staff were very friendly, and my burgers and drink were delicious. read more

Worst experience in a McDonald's ever. The cashier merged an order and then said she couldn't find it. Once they figured it out they had to ring it in again. A simple happy meal turned into a 10 minute wait. Never coming here again. read more

Decent, but more importantly consistent coffee on weekday mornings. Unlike some locations that taste burnt one day, brown water the next; this location is very consistent. Really slow service. Like ... REALLY slow. Not even the lunchtime rush, and quite a few people working, so not sure why it took forever. Apart from that, a pretty decent example of the McDonald's franchise, with ample seating and a kids' play area in a nicely separated area, walled-in (glass) and facing the back parking lot. The staff were friendly, and there were quite a few of them back there behind the counter, so it mystifies me why it took almost 10 minutes to get our food... but they did get the orders right (there were no substitutions or changes anyway), apart from giving me a large mango-pineapple smoothie instead of the large mango-pineapple juice I had ordered (but they only charged me for the far-cheaper juice, so it wasn't worth complaining!). 25 minutes in line before placed order, ordered another 10 minute in dual line , at cash desk they informed me they were out of what I ordered- changed order then had to go into waiting cubicle for another 10 minutes while the made it! Not impressed. read more

Clean, sunny and cheerful location with plenty of parking on the main entrance to Tsawwassen. The food and service is good. Keep in mind Mcdonalds hires a lot of young people giving them amazing opportunities to gain work experience and it is most likely their first job. Be patient and understanding and your sure to be met with a smile and friendly service. read more

I ordered a mcdouble like a mac from a wonderful employee named Cam he was excited to make my burger and even presented it to me and asked if there was anything else I needed. By far the best McDonald's employee I've dealt with and made probably the best mcdouble I've ever had! What a experience! :) 10/10 would recommend! read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever had!!!! Quite simply inedible!!!! I've lived here for over 7 yrs and have been forced to eat here about 10 times out of sheer desperation...which is kinda what McDonalds is for. Every time has been through Drive-thru. The service is oddly slow at anytime of day, busy or not. The bag has been missing food I ordered and paid for about 60% of the time. The 'food' is not comparable to any other McDonalds I have ever had! Really!!!! It's always mysteriously soggy yet stale tasting, in other-words 'funky' in a very bad and digestively questionable way. The fries are consistently WAY over-salted...the last time to the point where they were completely inedible and even though I was starving I had to through them away! The young staff seems nice enough, but I truly believe there is a serious quality control and cleanliness problem here!!!! Please save yourselves...if it's McDonalds food you're looking for you won't find it here!!! P.S. I rarely take the time to spew such negativity, but I mean it, this is like throwing your money away or gambling it on tummy troubles. There MUST be something terribly wrong for such a recognizable product to be consistently awful/inedible. read more

Don't expect them to get your order right! I'd say they have about a 30% success rate. Best off going to Ladner.
