I came here because I was with my friends at the mall but couldn't get any food but damnit! I was gonna spend some money and get some McDonald's that day and I found this one. The employee? Absolutely amazing and genuinely gives a shit about the customers and his job. He even explained the difference between the regular and large ice cream. Seriously give that man a raise, he is a rockstar. The bathrooms? Unlocked and clean. I'm serious. The nuggets were hot, the ice cream was great, way better than the 38th cheesy onions half assed scrapped off "plain" burger that smelled like pickles and sadness (???) somehow. We went in the drive through and ordered two chicken nugget meals, left and found we only had one 10 piece box. Parked, went inside, took a full 2 minutes before someone came to me at the register. She was very rude, didn't ask anything except "what's wrong" I told her that we were at the drive through and ordered two but got one, she looked confused as to why I came in, then didn't say anything. Got a box right off the warmer and handed it, no thank you, no nothing. We didn't get ketchup, and when we got home the food was cold, hard, and not fresh at all. This McDonald's did an amazing job! I love the inside and the wireless chargers for the tables you sit at and I love the mobile order and delivery shelf they have! Very easy and simple just order online and pick up your food in minutes! The food was amazing hot and fresh and they made my burger exactly the way I love it! read more

Every time we come here, the fries are stale. The last time I came here, the fries were stale and cold, so we asked them kindly to please make some new ones for us or at least put the back in the fryer so they weren't so cold. Mind you it's after 9:30 at night and we're hungry and my husband ordered a Big Mac meal large fry and a coke and my husband then orders me two McDoubles ketchup only no cheese. I've had trouble with this location a number of times recently. Often I'll go there very late night because they're the only 24 hour food around. But I try to do mobile orders, only to be told the store is "closed" on the app when I check in (it's not) and then I need to re-order at the drive thru screen. Sometimes their "system is down" and they are only taking cash but I find it hard to believe they can have this many problems with their system. Other reviews here mention the same issues with the "system" stretching back to at least 2017 which really makes me question what is going on here. Franchisee trying to evade taxes or artificially reduce their franchising fees? Who knows. But it's super annoying. read more

Newly renovated (summer 2013), nice clean look. Does not seem to be as many seats as before. The soda machines, napkins etc are now off in one corner, not as conveniently located for refills or extra napkins as in the old design. Could also use more trash cans, they are only by the doors. When I bring my little kids I like to clean as we are eating to keep on top of things,so have to walk to the door to dump the trash. Nice that they add more TVs' with news, (I am a news junkie). And they have some computer games for kids, but no play area (kind of a bummer since my kids like the play areas). This McDonald's is supposed to be 24 hours, but after a certain point they only accept cash. Honestly, who carries cash right now especially when they ask that you also pay with exact change? We've been to this location during the day and their card readers work just fine. Why even be 24 hours if you are going to have to turn away 90% of the customers. I honestly see more people leave because of the cash only rather than stay and order.
