Really decent sandwiches for the price. I just wish they were more consistent. I have had 3 sandwiches from here so far. My first was a Portabella Cheese Steak. It was piping hot, with plentiful well- distributed ingredients. For my second meal, I tried a cold Roast Beef and Provelone. The beef portion was very stingy, especially compared to my Mom's cold Turkey sandwich. So on the third time (don't judge me--we were in the midst of an unexpected and disorganized move) I reordered the Portabella Cheese Steak. This time it had less meat, had unevenly distributed ingredients, and soggy bread. I'm not sure how to get them cut in half, either. On my first order, I requested that 3 out of 4 be cut in half, and only the one we requested not be cut was. So next order, no special request, and all were cut in half. Third visit, no request, none cut. read more

Fast, friendly and competent service is what I received here. I ordered a roast beef and provolone sub with all the trimmings piled high and each bite was fresh, meaty and delicious. Placed an online order at 2:30pm on 10/6/22 for pick up at 3:47pm. Arrived at 3:45 to find a sign on the door saying they closed at 3:00 (AFTER I placed the order). Tried contacting them on 10/10/22 to get the charge reversed and have yet to hear from them. They replied to my review on Facebook, asking me to e-mail the firm that owns the franchise. Been here a few times and ordered from here multiple times since moving to englewood and the quality is always great. I have celiac disease so I always get their gluten free bread and they always wipe down the counter and switch utensils before making my sandwich. I just came in for a sandwich and they were slammed with customers but they still made sure to take the time to make the sandwich safely for me and I very much appreciate it! I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's, but there is one thing that makes me crazy about it - the lines. I have never gone to lunch here and not had some online order in front of me that makes the wait unbearable. See, the great thing about Jersey Mike's is the time consuming thing about JM - they slice the meats and cheeses for your sandwich WHEN you order it. So if the guy in front of you orders 5 sandwiches for the office you get to wait for them to slice and make 5 sandwiches. Ugh! It takes forever. However, then you get a fresh sliced sandwich! Yay! My fave is the #13 Mikes way. Basically an italian sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar and oil on white. Love it! The parking lot is busy (lots of other stuff here). The seating is limited (but they have outlets with USB slots along the wall). Overall, it is just fine. read more

Sign says open until 9p but customers get turned away at 8p because they're only doing online or call in orders. When you place an online/call in order they say it'll take 40-50 minutes to make. After placing the order over the phone not knowing it'll take that long I tried to cancel my order but no one picked up the phone. Jersey Mike's used to be my favorite sub stop but now I don't know I'll eat there again unless I move somewhere else. read more

Yo this is the best Jersey mikes I've been to. They are so friendly. I don't even mind waiting if there is a line. The older gentlemen that usually runs the slicer has great customer service! I was just in there getting a sandwich and they had the rudest customer inside. They were still able to deal with them gracefully, which I know is difficult. Keep it up! read more

Iced tea jugs are disgusting. The iced tea is brewed right where you fill your cup. I can tell they just brew more daily without washing out the jugs. The tea tastes like mold and mildew. Went in for the first time ever to redeem a birthday sub. Sub was ok but customer service was lacking, until I tipped. Would have paid if that meant better service (only the cashier was nice, after I tipped). Lady who told me the bread selection mumbled and got annoyed when I had her repeat herself. Probably won't be back. Yes, better than quiznos and subway but that sets the bar pretty low. 3 stars instead of lower, because it was free but that isn't enough to have me back. I usually head over to this location at least 3 times a week as I work right across the street so it is very convenient for me, I've never had a problem with anyone they have all been extremely respectful and always have a small conversation with me as I move down the line. The food is always spot on, and even when they make mistakes while making it (which is very minimal) they fix it right away and are always very apologetic. Very smooth running store. read more

I LOVE Jersey Mike's, and I am gluten free! Although I have had the bread in the past and I definitely approve. (I am not GF by choice, people!) Anyway, love the sub in a tub. I dig how they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you. I personally am addicted to the tuna... it's fresh, never fishy, and its seasoned, and even has chopped celery in it. Yummmm! Had our usual giant Italian sub today, bread was very dry, same as last time. Sandwich had an off flavor like you get when onions are going bad. I stop here once every couple weeks when I am on my way home around lunch time. The best thing about the sandwiches is how fresh everything is. No pre-sliced meats or rolls baked 2 weeks ago. Sometimes they go a little heavy on the oil/vinegar topping, so if I get a take-out it's pretty soggy by the time I get home. I've been coming in to this Jersey Mike's location every couple of months to grab lunch for the past few years, and yesterday I picked up a catering order from them for an open house our business hosted. Everything was ready as expected, and on time. Our clients loved the sammies (because who *doesn't* like Jersey Mike's?? For a chain, this is the best quick sammie there is!). The brownies are really good too! They're thoughtful for catering orders, and put the oil and vinegar in little squirt bottles on the side so the sammies don't get soggy, and I asked for pickles, mayo, and mustard on the side too. It was quick and easy, and I'll definitely use them for catering again (plus, I'll be in for lunch too!). Walked and there were no other customers, ordered a #16 chicken cheesesteak on whole wheat. Lady turns around and repeats order to another lady having a conversation with coworkers. Grabs meat out of freezer and puts it on the grill. Lady who took the order tells her that's the wrong meat so she TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND PUTS IT BACK IN THE FREEZER. Finishes cooking and puts it on white bread. i said I asked for wheat bread, after they exchanged disgusted looks they scrapped it off the white bread and put it on wheat bread. read more

I have frequented this particular Jersey Mikes a few times since it opened and for the most part, I am generally pleased with the service and have always had a good sandwich. I went this week and for the first time I was disappointed. For one, i almost all the time enjoy the greeting your staff has for everyone who walks in the door but this week, it felt disingenuous. The girl who was working and cheering on the guests was a bit over the top and in all honesty , really didn't care what plans i had for the upcoming labor day weekend. I think more of that effort should be applied to coming out to the tables and asking guests how their meal was. On this visit, she would have learned that the roast beef was rather dry and that the edges of the bread was a little hard, reminding me of a bun that might have been left over night or wasn't fresh. You have a good product guys and i do enjoy coming every so often for a late lunch......but please focus on what is important.
