: Best food experience in Denver so far. Absolutely loved the he tikka vegetarian burgers. Came free with fries, the best French fries I've had in a long time. My husband loved the jackfruit cheesesteak. The drink grain brain damage is extremely strong. Gulab jamun is not made here but was fantastic. Excelling customer service and comfy atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

Interesting concept. Overall worthwhile try and visit. The falafel was the only disappointment as it was overcooked. Otherwise the Chicken Masala was very tasty, sauce was great. My husband doesn't like spicy and this was perfect. The burger is worth trying and quite tasty. If you want to try something with an interesting twist this is your place.

Excellent Mediterranean food! My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised I had the Cheese Samosa which is melted cheese in a puff pastry. It was delicious! For my entree, I opted for the Lamb Tikka Masala Burger. It was BOMB!!! Som many great flavors! I highly recommend. My server was a bit cold to me, but it was late and the bar crown was prevalent. I don't hold it against her. I would definitely come in again to try some of the many different options on the menu. Until next time, Cheers!

Gaia is my new favorite restaurant! As we were strolling the 16th Street Mall & hungry for lunch we "fell" upon this place & are very happy we did. We could see the menu displayed from the front door & decided to give it a try. What we appreciated was that there was an All American Burger on the menu for those that don't care for Indian spice flavors. The menu is unique...a fusion of Indian, American & Mediterranean Cuisines. In addition, you can pick your level of hot - mild, medium, hot or super hot. They are open everyday from 10AM to 3 in the morning, 3AM! We were seated right away into a comfy booth. Our server was sweet and took our drinks orders right away. We ordered Honey Naan, a Beef Tikka Masala Burger (mild) with fries, an All American Burger with fries & a Chicken Tikka Masala Calzone (mild). The Naan was wonderful, the Masala Burger was delicious, it came with lettuce, cheese, mint, chopped onion, sliced cucumbers & tikka masala sauce. Wow, what a flavorful burger, I loved it. The American Burger was good too. We were glad they had this option on the menu. Note, the fries were excellent as well, nice & crispy especially good with the dipping sauce. The star of the meal was the calzone. The combination of the chicken in the tikka masala sauce with lots of mozzarella cheese was fantastic & the dish was full of flavor. I also enjoyed the three dipping sauces that went with the calzone. This was a fabulous lunch & a fabulous place!

This is a "Philly Cheesesteak" with extra cheese requested and paid for. Absolutely pathetic.

Still no cheese on the cheesesteaks years later. They tell you it's in the meat. These are the cheapest, stingiest, most offensive people when it comes to cheesesteaks. It would legit be one of the best cheesesteaks in the country if they'd stop being foreheads and put a couple of slices of cheese on top. Currently it's like if you asked a robot to make a cheesesteak from an AI description. I genuinely have no idea how you even hear about cheesesteaks, decide to sell them, and completely miss the CHEESEsteak part of it. Unreal.

An amazing menu of Indian food fused into more traditional American dishes. Fast service, welcoming interior and the food was off the chart. It deserves more than five stars. Huge list of vegetarian options. Wish we had something like this in our neighborhood. Recommend especially if you love Indian and are open to new experiences.

I went here with a coworker since it's close to the office and had very good Yelp reviews. We were able to get seats right away for Wed night dinner. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Her name was Paritha (probably totally misspelling her name?) but she always had a smile and checked with us to make sure we were liking everything. Their menu is definitely fusion with Indian/Nepal style calzones, cheesesteaks, burgers and traditional Indian/Nepal dishes. I went with the chicken tikka masala, which was very good. I also ordered a side of garlic naan which was ok, I've had better. My coworker got the tikka masala burger which he liked. Prices were affordable. The restaurant has a nice decor and comfortable seating. I will definitely go back since it's close to the office.

I bookmarked this place for our trip to Denver because it sounded so unique. Specifically, I wanted to check out the Gaia Tikka Masala Vegan Burger. Sadly, we were unable to squeeze in a visit to this restaurant. But I was able to DoorDash it one night. So this review is a reflection of my food delivery experience. First impression, legit portion size! This photo only reflects 1/3rd of the fries included in this meal. https://yelp.to/oz7uIFY2FR This burger comes with a vegan patty, lettuce, mint, sliced red onion, sliced cucumber tikka masala sauce, Vegan Bun, vegan cheese. It was tasty! If I ever get the chance to eat it again, I would probably ask for extra tikka masala sauce. Would love the visit this place in person sometime. This fusion of flavors is something I don't see often.

Overhyped! Reheated frozen Boca patty on the veggie burgers... fills you up but no taste. Sweet potato fries were limp as well All the sauces were very good and freshly made but a burger without a proper patty is just not worth it IMO

Quick dinner spot after a late night flight to Denver. We ordered a Pizza , a chicken tikka masala curry , gaia burger. We really wanted to like this place as our server was great and menu looked appealing. But it wasn't to be. We were very disappointed with the food quality. None of the items worked for us. The only good thing about the dining experience here was the service. So many good reviews about this place probably means they were having an off day/night when we visited them.

This place has been on my list for a while now and I finally tried it and I can say, it isn't too bad. The chicken masala sandwich was tastier than I had initially thought. I thought the sandwich would be soggy and bland but it was surprisingly delicious. I think I could have popped it in the air fryer to get the bread a little crispier (I did order food delivery) but overall it was hot and full of flavor. The spinach saag was really tasty and made very well. It was thick and creamy but wasn't too much. Things I would skip: the wings and fries. They were good but they didn't stand out. I read from reviews that people love the Philly masala fries but since I wasn't dining it, I didn't order it and settled for regular curly fries. Again, they were good but didn't stand out and they could've been popped in the air fryer for a bit.

I haven't been inside this restaurant yet but have had the delivery. The Tikka Masala Chicken Cheesesteak is fantastic and a delicious sandwich version of chicken tikka masala. It's a great "to-go" version of the Indian staple. Also love that the place is open till 3am. Not many places with Indian dishes that open past 9-10pm in general. Will keep this place as my default late night delivery place.

We came in because we were curious about their Indian/American fusion, and I did not expect to be so impressed but I was! Who would have thought adding tikka masala sauce to a burger would be so delicious? The chicken cheesesteak was just a touch better though- the hoagie it was served on was so good and buttery, and then it had the mayo on it as well which added to the flavor. The $15.99 lunch special was a great deal- it came with a drink and choice of curly fries or sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly, and it was served with their home sauce, which tasted like thousand island with curry seasoning. My husband got the peach iced tea, which tasted like a cross between peach tea, with some mint and something that hinted at bubblegum? It was good but not something I would get again. The service could be a little confusing- there is a front counter for to go orders, but if you are dining in, bypass the counter and ask the host for a table. The decor was pretty, although the mix of cloth napkins and plastic tableware sent some mixed signals about the style of dining. Overall, the food was so unique and delicious, it more than made up for any crossed wires otherwise.

They have such a great variety of dishes to choose from, with plenty of meat and vegetarian options, so there's truly something for everyone. And if you like spice, this is definitely your place. You can choose from different levels of heat for each dish, which I loved. The mango lassi was SO good, and the service was just as wonderful as the food. I was asking about their iced chai after seeing someone else enjoying one, and they were kind enough to bring me a complimentary one to try, such a thoughtful touch. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and constantly checking in to make sure you have everything you need without being overbearing. They have two locations, this one is their smaller spot, but it still feels warm, welcoming, and spacious enough to enjoy with a group. Both locations have such a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. I also noticed a constant stream of takeout orders being picked up while we were there, which tells me I'm definitely not the only one who thinks this place is amazing. If you're craving flavorful, fresh Indian food with great service and lots of options, you need to try this place.

The Thali caught my eye as it's essentially a traditional platter with a variety of balanced small plates from rice to potatoes to dal soup and even dessert all on a single tray. I got it with Butter Chicken which was so good! Highly recommend as it was creamy, medium spicy, and very aromatic. I absolutely loved the street-style chaat! It's creamy, crunchy, cold, and loaded with flavors and textures. Such a satisfying bite and I almost couldn't stop until it was gone. I love that this Thali came with both rice & naan as I usually want both and can't decide lol! The rice was fluffy and aromatic from the cumin while the garlic naan was fresh, soft, and delicately brushed with garlic & parsley. I didn't care for the dal soup (bit too watery) or the jeera potatoes (bit undercooked) but the dessert was a nice way to end the meal. Their options included rice pudding and gulab jamun; I went with the "healthier" option lol. It was creamy, sweet, and cooled down my palate after the various dishes. The Lamb Biryani was another good try! The lamb chunks were tender and seasoned, the rice was aromatic, and it paired well with the onions and raita (yogurt sauce). This definitely satisfied my craving and I'm glad I stopped by before the long day I had ahead!

Since my adult daughter and I were going to be there for a little celebration I made the reservation through the restaurant's website requesting to be seated at a 4-person table. Unfortunately upon arrival the restaurant not only did not even check to see if they had us on the reservation list they also didn't allow us to sit at a 4-person table. The restaurant wasn't busy at all on a Monday night so they simply treated us like a "walk-in" guest. Mmm...what's the purpose of the reservation link on their website if they don't value it?? They took us to one of the smaller two-person tables. After sitting there for 5 minutes or so perusing the menu, we kindly asked one of the workers if we could move to the bar seating that overlooks the busy Broadway. This was the game changer. The elevated seats and the tabletop made the ambience feel more like a special occasion. Thank goodness...this was the only bummer part of our dinner. The rest, fortunately, went quite well! Food: It looks like another Indian/Nepali restaurant at first but in my personal experience, this one ranks the best or top tier for their authenticity. The below is directly copied/pasted from the electronic recipe of ours: -PANI-PURI (Vegan/DF) $8.00 -Ice Tea $3.00 -Masala Chai $4.00 -COCONUT CURRY WHITE FISH. (DF/GF)$20.00 (Medium heat) -KHATTI MITTHI BHINDI (VEGAN/ GF) $15.00 (Medium heat) -WHOLE WHEAT BREAD $3.00 Pani-puri came out after our two main dishes although Pana-Puri is more of an appetizer (lol). Tho two main dishes were cooked in a medium heat and yet they were extremely doable even for someone like me who is not much of a "heat" person. My daughter is not a big fan of naan bread so as she is way more versed in the very cuisine (she had just come back from India spending a month to be trained to be a yoga instructor with a certification) she suggested we get the thin wheat bread. This bread went efficiently well with our two mains. Both iced teas were a great accompaniment to our whole meal. And again, how authentic everything tasted and how meticulously everything was cooked and prepared, it was something we couldn't ask for better quality. A bit of a disappointment with the whole reservation situation and yet the quality of the food broke even at the end. Service was good to decent although it wasn't exceptional but our basic needs were met.
