    Beef Tikka Masala Burger

When in Larimer Square and Downtown Denver, you should check this place out. The Cheese Samosa was delicious & cheesy. The Chicken Masala Calzone was freshly made and delicious. The Beef Tikka Masala Burger was ok; wished the buns were warmed & toasted, but overall we had a great experience. Everyone on their staff was super friendly. Cool and clean vibes inside. Parking: Metered parking near Larimer Square was $4 for 2 hours. There's also parking lots ranging starting at $7 an hour.

Interesting concept. Overall worthwhile try and visit. The falafel was the only disappointment as it was overcooked. Otherwise the Chicken Masala was very tasty, sauce was great. My husband doesn't like spicy and this was perfect. The burger is worth trying and quite tasty. If you want to try something with an interesting twist this is your place.

An amazing menu of Indian food fused into more traditional American dishes. Fast service, welcoming interior and the food was off the chart. It deserves more than five stars. Huge list of vegetarian options. Wish we had something like this in our neighborhood. Recommend especially if you love Indian and are open to new experiences.

I went here with a coworker since it's close to the office and had very good Yelp reviews. We were able to get seats right away for Wed night dinner. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Her name was Paritha (probably totally misspelling her name?) but she always had a smile and checked with us to make sure we were liking everything. Their menu is definitely fusion with Indian/Nepal style calzones, cheesesteaks, burgers and traditional Indian/Nepal dishes. I went with the chicken tikka masala, which was very good. I also ordered a side of garlic naan which was ok, I've had better. My coworker got the tikka masala burger which he liked. Prices were affordable. The restaurant has a nice decor and comfortable seating. I will definitely go back since it's close to the office.

Gaia is my new favorite restaurant! As we were strolling the 16th Street Mall & hungry for lunch we "fell" upon this place & are very happy we did. We could see the menu displayed from the front door & decided to give it a try. What we appreciated was that there was an All American Burger on the menu for those that don't care for Indian spice flavors. The menu is unique...a fusion of Indian, American & Mediterranean Cuisines. In addition, you can pick your level of hot - mild, medium, hot or super hot. They are open everyday from 10AM to 3 in the morning, 3AM! We were seated right away into a comfy booth. Our server was sweet and took our drinks orders right away. We ordered Honey Naan, a Beef Tikka Masala Burger (mild) with fries, an All American Burger with fries & a Chicken Tikka Masala Calzone (mild). The Naan was wonderful, the Masala Burger was delicious, it came with lettuce, cheese, mint, chopped onion, sliced cucumbers & tikka masala sauce. Wow, what a flavorful burger, I loved it. The American Burger was good too. We were glad they had this option on the menu. Note, the fries were excellent as well, nice & crispy especially good with the dipping sauce. The star of the meal was the calzone. The combination of the chicken in the tikka masala sauce with lots of mozzarella cheese was fantastic & the dish was full of flavor. I also enjoyed the three dipping sauces that went with the calzone. This was a fabulous lunch & a fabulous place!

Excellent Mediterranean food! My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised I had the Cheese Samosa which is melted cheese in a puff pastry. It was delicious! For my entree, I opted for the Lamb Tikka Masala Burger. It was BOMB!!! Som many great flavors! I highly recommend. My server was a bit cold to me, but it was late and the bar crown was prevalent. I don't hold it against her. I would definitely come in again to try some of the many different options on the menu. Until next time, Cheers!

I bookmarked this place for our trip to Denver because it sounded so unique. Specifically, I wanted to check out the Gaia Tikka Masala Vegan Burger. Sadly, we were unable to squeeze in a visit to this restaurant. But I was able to DoorDash it one night. So this review is a reflection of my food delivery experience. First impression, legit portion size! This photo only reflects 1/3rd of the fries included in this meal. https://yelp.to/oz7uIFY2FR This burger comes with a vegan patty, lettuce, mint, sliced red onion, sliced cucumber tikka masala sauce, Vegan Bun, vegan cheese. It was tasty! If I ever get the chance to eat it again, I would probably ask for extra tikka masala sauce. Would love the visit this place in person sometime. This fusion of flavors is something I don't see often.

Overhyped! Reheated frozen Boca patty on the veggie burgers... fills you up but no taste. Sweet potato fries were limp as well All the sauces were very good and freshly made but a burger without a proper patty is just not worth it IMO

This place has been on my list for a while now and I finally tried it and I can say, it isn't too bad. The chicken masala sandwich was tastier than I had initially thought. I thought the sandwich would be soggy and bland but it was surprisingly delicious. I think I could have popped it in the air fryer to get the bread a little crispier (I did order food delivery) but overall it was hot and full of flavor. The spinach saag was really tasty and made very well. It was thick and creamy but wasn't too much. Things I would skip: the wings and fries. They were good but they didn't stand out. I read from reviews that people love the Philly masala fries but since I wasn't dining it, I didn't order it and settled for regular curly fries. Again, they were good but didn't stand out and they could've been popped in the air fryer for a bit.

Quick dinner spot after a late night flight to Denver. We ordered a Pizza , a chicken tikka masala curry , gaia burger. We really wanted to like this place as our server was great and menu looked appealing. But it wasn't to be. We were very disappointed with the food quality. None of the items worked for us. The only good thing about the dining experience here was the service. So many good reviews about this place probably means they were having an off day/night when we visited them.

I haven't been inside this restaurant yet but have had the delivery. The Tikka Masala Chicken Cheesesteak is fantastic and a delicious sandwich version of chicken tikka masala. It's a great "to-go" version of the Indian staple. Also love that the place is open till 3am. Not many places with Indian dishes that open past 9-10pm in general. Will keep this place as my default late night delivery place.

We came in because we were curious about their Indian/American fusion, and I did not expect to be so impressed but I was! Who would have thought adding tikka masala sauce to a burger would be so delicious? The chicken cheesesteak was just a touch better though- the hoagie it was served on was so good and buttery, and then it had the mayo on it as well which added to the flavor. The $15.99 lunch special was a great deal- it came with a drink and choice of curly fries or sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly, and it was served with their home sauce, which tasted like thousand island with curry seasoning. My husband got the peach iced tea, which tasted like a cross between peach tea, with some mint and something that hinted at bubblegum? It was good but not something I would get again. The service could be a little confusing- there is a front counter for to go orders, but if you are dining in, bypass the counter and ask the host for a table. The decor was pretty, although the mix of cloth napkins and plastic tableware sent some mixed signals about the style of dining. Overall, the food was so unique and delicious, it more than made up for any crossed wires otherwise.

    Beef Lamb Gyro Pita

We came here for lunch and we were seated right away. There were lots of items on their menu which made me indecisive, but ultimately chose the beef lamb gyro pita. It was good and they didn't skimp out on the meat. I also ate some of my bf's cheesy masala fries which were delicious. I recommend upgrading or getting that!

Beef masala burger was pretty good. Cucumbers were a little odd, but not a big deal. Fries were also amazing, plus whatever the sauce was.

Here tahini and pomegranate molasses were added. I am not a big eggplant fan, but this was phenomenal. The presentation was gorgeous with the puree spread out beautifully on a large dish, topped with olives, paprika, parsley, and a very generous dollop of delicious olive oil. An outstanding version of this dish. We received a large plate of very fresh pita triangles to go with the baba ganoush. These were great. We definitely used them to scrape every speck of eggplant off that platter! We both ordered the Gyro Plate. The gyro meat was very authentic, extremely tender, and very flavorful. The plate included a large tower of savory rice, a rich tzatziki sauce, a nice side of silky hummus, some pickled vegetables, and more pita. Another delicious offering and a huge portion. We also had soup as the entrees come with soup or salad. My friend tried the lentil soup and said it was flavorful and tasty. I had the tomato soup which was hardy and richly-flavored. This was a great meal. There's a pastry case with a choice of many Middle Eastern desserts. The flavor on everything is elevated and fresh!! We had hummus w/pita, falafel, and fries to start. Amazing falafel! Perfectly crispy outside and pillowy inside. The bartenders and waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and professional. If I were rating only those things, this would be an easy 5 stars. Then the yellow rice arrived cold and crusty. We sent it back. It came back slightly improved but still not properly hot. After a few bites, we found a piece of plastic in it. The half chicken was a mixed bag. The crispy skin was delicious and well seasoned, but the chicken itself was served only lukewarm. Some pieces were moist and enjoyable, while others, especially toward the end, were noticeably dry. It wasn't bad, but had I known it would be served that way, I probably would have ordered something else. The kitchen issues alone would have dropped this to 4 stars. What pushed it down to 3 stars was the billing. A 20% service charge had already been added, yet the payment process still encouraged an additional tip. If you're not paying close attention, it's very easy to leave 40% on an already expensive meal. Whether intentional or not, it feels confusing and misleading. Even if it's disclosed somewhere on the menu, that doesn't make it customer friendly. Customers should not have to do math or hunt through fine print like a budget airlines to figure out what their meal actually costs. Build your labor costs into the menu price and be transparent. Surprise fees create frustration and leave customers feeling misled, regardless of how many disclaimers are printed. To their credit, they removed a couple of drinks from the bill, and I want to be clear that the staff handled the situation professionally. The problem was not the servers. The problem was a kitchen that missed the mark and a shady billing practice that leaves customers with a bad taste in their mouth at the end of the meal. Great hummus. Great pita. Great cocktails. Great service. Cold rice. Plastic in the food. A chicken dish that didn't quite live up to the hype. Confusing service fees. That's how a restaurant that could have been 5 stars ends up with 3.
