Great to know that this dining room is open until late at night. This place probably gets alot of traffic during the school season. This place was solid, came here for a late night snack and assumed some of the other local places were open as well which they weren't. Staff here wasn't the friendliest, prices here were fair but liked there McChicken deal. Somehow with no traffic in the drive thru this place was swamped with orders. read more

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES Went to the drive-thru for breakfast/lunch, and I made an honest mistake of saying "McCripsy" instead of "McChicken" and the chick who was taking our order just goes "omg you're fucking kidding." Absolutely unacceptable. I would have been nice, since it was my mistake, but she got an attitude with me so I told her, after she asked rudely if that was all, "yes. it was my mistake. there's no need for the fucking attitude." i've worked in customer service before, and i would be 100% FIRED if i spoke to a customer that way. As always, McDonald's performs as *expected. I dined in which is always faster than this locations drive through. My order was correct and hot. I was able to use the McDonald's app to get a free medium milk shake. *expectations: pretty darn good. read more

An elder woman was in front of me got her food, she said to the cashier that she wanted a medium hot tea not a small can he change it? the cashier asked the lead, which is a heavier, set African-American, male "I say this because I want people to know who I'm talking about" the cashier asked if the lady could have a medium instead and he yelled from the fry area. "No, she get what she paid for." Really loud the lady looked at me and she said "he's very rude" and I agreed with her so I went ahead and bought her another tea.That's not good customer service and that is not the way to talk to people. I stopped at the location on 86th Street on Easter to get me a soda and a McDouble on the way to family's house so it's understandable they'd be busy. But I went in because the line was long. The staff are nice... Kind of. but it seemed like they ignored the line a little bit and this guy dressed like a girl just kept walking past me for like 8 minutes while I waited to order. They didn't even give me a cup for the drink I ordered they just handed me a burger which by the way was made very slowly although it was fresh and hot. I had to stand there for 5 minutes until they finally got back to me with the cup that should have been handed to me right after ordering. The cup was also the wrong size. I get it McDonald's gets busy but the place is poorly run. It should not take what is expected to be 5 minutes or less 15+ minutes to get me out the door. I ordered the bare minimum. This place has steadily been going downhill for the past year or so. Go eat here at your own discretion. read more

After my second not so great service experience, I have decided to write a review. It literally took me over 20 minutes to get 20 McNuggets. My previous experience where I waited WELL over 20 minutes , they offered me other things such as an apple pie and an extra 10 piece. This time they not only told me they have customers that will wait over an hour for their food, but made me feel like an idiot for the fact that I had to wait 27 minutes for literally 20 chicken McNuggets. This is a 24 hour chain, which not only will not serve you what you want, but will make you feel as though they do not owe you anything for the fact that they are greatly understaffed, under prepared, not willing to own those things. I love the fact that they're 24hr service, but the juice is not worth the squeeze. Best of luck to you all. read more

ok I got Yelp just for this. Yesterday I ordered in the drive through, paid, got my drink, and was told to pull forward to wait for my food. I'm waiting maybe 20 minutes at this point when a lady comes out and asks why I'm parked there. I say I'm waiting for my food, she comes back out and tells me I didn't pay. The cashier never gave me a receipt so I pull up my bank app and show the charge. She says it's pending which means it didn't go through. I tell her literally every charge says "pending" for a couple days before it processes, and they gave me my drink for more proof? Ive been waiting 20 minutes now so I'm irritated. She says all I can do is go back inside, order again, and see if it takes me card. Like my card was not the problem, because I PAID THE FIRST TIME and she didn't believe me. So guess what, I did end up getting charged twice and I only got one meal, plus waiting 20 minutes, plus her insinuating I was trying to get food without paying. Obviously someone made a mistake somewhere which is fine, but I'm never going back if a manager treats you like that when you've been waiting so long. read more

I'm loving the new online ordering and curbside pickup. I use the McDonald's app way too much, but the deals are just too good.

Dine in is the quickest. Prompt, polite crew members. Clean lobby. There is no play place at this location. This McDonald's seems to attract a lot of Students as it is close to Drake Campus. Uber eats is also connected with this McDonald's and gets orders done for them quickly. Managers are great and Ice cream machines here are rarely promlematic. read more

Worst service I have ever had in my life. I came here at 8:48 and there was no costumers inside. They were working the drive thru. So i order my chicken sandwich with lots of sauces and wait for a cashier to attend me for more than 10min. The cleaning employee asks me what im waiting for. I say a chicken sandwich with sauces. He hands me a chicken sandwich with no sauces. I didnt even pay yet. I ask i have sauces with the order and may i get a water cup. He tells me to tell the cashiers cause he is cleaning. I wait there for 5min and see an employee at the front. Ignores me and starts to eat a bag of chips. I had enough of this so i leave the money at the cashier with my ticket and leave without getting my sauces and free water cup. On my way home i realize he randomly handed me a spicy chicken sandwich.Then they want to get payed $15 an hour for being lazy.
