There is no drive thru. Parking lot free parking. Same as most Mcdonalds this store is a hit or miss. Staff is friendly.

This is the second time I've ordered thru Uber Eats to get the adult happy meal and have not received the collectible toys. I ordered three last time and two tonight. Wtf is going on there?!? It's the only reason I order that overpriced crap is for the collectible items. If you've run out true the item off your menu but with it just starting last week I doubt you have. read more

4/23/2021 I ordered on the McDonald's mobile app. The order wAs in. I went the McDonald's at 10:36 to pick up. They refused to give me my order. I don't feel this is right. McDonald's has always been one of my staple go to fast food joints! They have a parking lot with plenty of open spots. They mostly do delivery via Uber eats or Doordash, but you can also walk in to order. They do not have a drive-thru area.The self checkout kiosks have been decommissioned. Glad I stopped by here this morning. I was out and about and I hadn't eaten in a while so I figured I'd stop in and grab something to eat. I was waited on almost immediately and the cashier could not have been nicer. Smiled a lot and processed the transaction efficiently. I ordered a plain sausage biscuit and an orange juice and both were very tasty. The sausage biscuit was just made and very fresh I could tell. The seating area was small but fit plenty of tables to accommodate enough customers. I would definitely go back and try their lunch items the next time. Will be back soon! read more

I've just had so many weird experiences here... I feel like they get mad at me because I don't speak Spanish. It sounds ridiculous and it could just be a communicate issue, but they make me feel bad. One time I went and my order was really late (I ordered on the app), so I went up to the register just to make sure it was received. Once they asked for my name, I told them, and they laughed at me and said "No". Yes, my name is a little weird, I get it. I was like "Hahaha, no yeah. My name is Lyric". Then she got mad at me and got another person to talk to me. I had to speak to three staff until one of them was like "Really, your name is Lyric?". I said yes, and finally they found my order. Butttt, besides the weird experiences, it's your typically Mcdonalds! I'd say there's no reason not to come here if you just want some food. I haven't had issues with my meals ever and for the most part, it isn't a bad experience or anything. I just sometimes get some awkward encounters, but maybe it's just me. I have been here numerous times and can confidently say it is consistently the worst service I have received in my entire life. It feels like hours waiting to get my order taken both inside or at the drive through, then even longer to get the food. They get the order correct probably 50% of the time. Do not go here. Probably would have given four stars but there are three reasons I took one away. One, no strawberry jelly. This is a staple condiment for McDonald's. They just don't carry it. 4 stars, you ask? Yes, let me tell you why. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, and received it within a few minutes. Without a thought, I collected my to go bag, got back to my car, and was about to leave when someone knocked on my window. I was startled to see the young lady who took my order. "We gave you the wrong meat," she said. At this point, I didn't know whether to laugh or be horrified. "You ordered a double," she explained, "and we gave you a single. Let me go fix it." Many things ran through my mind. The first was "How did she know?!?" And shortly after that "She cared enough to run after me even though I was about to leave?!?" I gave the young lady my bag, and she ran back inside. Two minutes later, she came back, saying "we fixed it!" I thanked her, and asked her for her name. My sister asked me to drive her to a McDonald's after work because she was tired and hungry. Fair enough. We arrive at this location this evening & she places an order. The wait in line was fair, the food was being prepared once she had ordered. As we wait, a cockroach crawled across the counter where we were standing while waiting. Unacceptable!!! I know it's McDonald's and not a classy or gourmet restaurant, so my expectations weren't too high, but cmon now basic cleanliness is a must! We complained to the manager on shift & left immediately. Even though the service was pretty good the food wasn't great looks like the filet o fish I ordered sat out for a while and they tried to revive it to serve to me! Came by this afternoon for the McPick 2 for $5 - two egg mcmuffins and was told "they weren't programmed in the $5 deal (including the sausage Mcmuffin with egg) when it was blatantly listed on the menu (see photos). Great service here. The workers are very nice. Cleanliness could be better, but most of the time the tables are clean. They have really fast service especially when ordering in a crowded McDonald's. read more

The service is very slow. They had at least 7 people behind the counter and were more interested in their conversation than a customer waiting to order. When the girl finally acknowledged that I was there, 3 words into my order, she started talking to, I assume a senior district manager, and it took another few minutes before I was finally acknowledged again and could finish my order. I only gave it the second star because my food was hot and fresh. I would seriously consider going to one of the other local McDonald's before this one again! read more
