This place never fails to take 30 minutes for my order. I ordered ahead for pickup and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes total. When I arrived, I showed an employee my pickup order and was told to wait. The entire time, I could see a bag sitting there that I suspected was my order, but nobody bothered to check or hand it to me. I stood there for another 10 minutes until a different employee finally asked for my order details and immediately realized the bag had been sitting there the whole time. Today, I stopped by Burger King and went through the drive-thru. When I got to the window to pick up my food, the guy at the window just disgusted me. He collected my money, had his hands all over that nasty window, and then proceeded to make my drink. He took his nasty hands and placed the lid on my drink. As I was waiting for my food, he started to make the car behind me their drink. I saw him take a fork and started stirring the drink, but his hand was all in the drink. I couldn't believe it. I told him he needed to put on gloves and make another drink. How disgusting!! People who work the drive-thru should not be handling the food, too. So its 7pm*ish last night & I needed to feed my son (Dont judge me for giving him BK) so we stop in & I have his 2 little cousins with me as well, so I figured lets go in & not just hit the Drive thru... This Burger King is awesome. I usually order online through the app and the food has always been accurate and good. Also, it's nice that they are not stingy with their sauce when I ask for extra. MY FOOD WAS COLD, the burger kind was a 5 minute drive from my house probably a 20 minute walk and the food was cold. My dasher had to wait 10 minutes for my food, their soda machine was down and when I got my chocolate oreo milkshake, I got a chocolate shake with a bunch of mocha sauce at the bottom. It's a Burger King...and as Burger King's go, this one meets expectations. Last night I had very pleasant service and the 3 people I saw through the drive in window all had smiling faces. The food at every Burger King is the same. The decor at every Burger King is the same. So the difference maker here is the nice service that I received. In past visits to this BK, I have been treated to some very interesting moments from addicts asking me for change to homeless getting thrown out of the BK forcefully because they went to the counter asking for free food. This might be the worst burger king i have ever been to. EVERY TIME I GO THERE MY ORDER IS WRONG. The girls try to take more than one order at a time and cant handle it so they throw anything in the bag. Ive been there 3 times in the last month and my order was wrong all 3 times. I like Burger King as a franchise. And this particular one was clean and the service was fine. But I ordered the A1 bacon double cheeseburger (whatever it's officially called) and I got two patties with cheese and a little onion with some A1 steak sauce dumped on (not even covering the patty). The worst part is that there was NO BACON. I was appalled. What man doesn't want bacon?? Granted, I could have taken the burger back up to the counter and gotten a new one, but I was constrained by time.
