Worst service ever. Asked for a refill on my sweet tea and was told I had to pay for refills. Since when???? Do not go at dinner time! Must be understaffed because the drive through line doesn't move at all and when you try to simply go inside to pick up your order after over 20 minutes, they tell you that you have to get back in line to pick it up while the food is probably sitting there getting cold. read more

I came to this McDonald's at about 12:30 am on Friday June 9th. I got 2 Big Macs and 2 Mchickens This was the best meal I've ever had. McDonalds has always been a great restaurant but sometimes they have goofs. Most of the time, the only problem I have to face is the long wait time in a short line! Rarely, they may forget an item in my order. I can only remember one time when the service was horrible. When we were on a way to my Moms Birthday party, we stopped by. They gave us the wrong order, and we tried to fix it. Even when they gave us the right order, there was a few things missing. My Dad got upset and they ended up apologizing. I received my four piece nugget and the experience was pretty good and the food came out fast. It was a pretty nice place as the tables were clean, but the nuggets tasted a bit salty. Stop at least once a week on the weekends and sometimes it may be during the week. We always get some type of breakfast since I work 3rd shift and don't get up in time to get breakfast elsewhere. During the Covid shutdown, you could still depend to go to the drive thru at a McDonald's and get a breakfast or at the very least an Egg Mc Muffin. Stopped there today about 1:40 PM and tried to order two Egg McMuffins. They no longer have any breakfast menu anymore and only have a limited menu and according to the voice over the speaker at the drive thru, everything is limited to the menu displayed. No more breakfast? Also, they only have a McChicken Sandwich on the Dollar menu. No burgers of any type. All throughout the Covid 19 they had a Dollar menu, $1, $2 and $3 choices. Not anymore. No type of Breakfast at any time according to the voice at the drive thru and the menu is now limited. If you want a simple, single hamburger, it is $2 but $4.99 in a meal. Really? Took the kids to McDonald's for a quick lunch and I'm extremely confused why they would spend crazy money to renovate and let it look like a pig sty . Not one single clean table for what they charge you should at least get a clean table. Also sweet tea of course was unsweetened. Just went thru drive thru and half my order was missing. I first discovered I didn't get my drinks and french fries so had parked and went in and got them. When I got home discovered that the quarter pounder meal didn't have fries and my grandsons chicken nugget meal had one nugget but ordered the four piece! Just awful! read more

My girlfriend and I ordered two of their 2 cheeseburger meals, hers with extra cheese came out completely burnt while mine came out missing pieces, we also somehow received 4 orders of fries. when we went back in to resolve the issue one of the employees in the back responded to a manager with "up your ass" loud enough for the customers to hear and others messing around with each other and other customers, this location is employed by only children with no respect for their work or their managers, no issues from management themselves. read more

After attending the slightly disappointing Iron Plantation Christmas at Hopewell Furnace we were hungry. The area in and around Hopewell has got zero in terms of food so that led us towards the metropolis of Douglassville and the first thing we saw was the mighty McD's. Now I'm not going to be as dramatic as the other reviewer in that yes the food at McD's sucks but that is sort of understood before you place your order and if you go here you kind of forfeit the right to complain about what happens later be it anything from diarrhea to a twisted bowel to instant death. The eleven year olds working here were not exactly the friendliest but the order was fulfilled correctly and I'm still typing this which means that I'm not dead, yet, and to me that means this location took care of their end of the bargain. Quasi-edible items in a quasi-clean environment that were served in a quasi-hurry. Good Enough. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service ever. They have all this fancy technology and are the slowest and most uncaring McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered at 1250. My now processing number was first one on the board. 20 mins later and 4 people that ordered after me had already left with their food and I'm still waiting. I ask the manager and she says she will get it right away. 10 mins later still no food. Another 5 and still no food I asked for my money back and left. No I'm sorry ma'am didn't even care. The long wait was for a quarter pounder without onions. Clearly leaving onions off is a 45 min wait time. Never again. I will never be back. read more

I try to be understanding when it comes to labor shortages however the fact I now have to go out of my way to a new McDonalds because of this ones terrible service is where they crossed the line. I got breakfast last weekend with my husband, and paid roughly $25 for it all (it sounds like a lot but that's just 2 meals with hash browns and a drink). Him and I waited for 25 minutes and they forgot our hashbrowns, the fixings for the hot cakes, and we had to ask 3 times for our drinks/ drink cups before they even remembered. I would be more willing to understand if the store was bombarded with drive thru and in store customers except neither were packed and we were the only ones in store. I was so frusturated I couldn't even go back to complain that they forgot several items and I won't be going back here agai. read more

I'm consistently disappointed in this location. I'm a local resident and if I want McDonald's I will go to another location or, more often than not, choose another business. The issue I have most is incomplete or inaccurate orders when using the drive thru. Just today my wife ordered three chicken sandwiches, two fries, two drinks (I think a pretty simple order). They asked her to pull into a spot where she waited for her order and when she brought it home we realized it was missing a sandwich. I've had instances where I'll order a sandwich with no pickles, I'll wait extra long because I ordered a custom sandwich, and the sandwich comes with the special tag saying "no pickle" but there are still pickles on it. The wait times in the drive thru line has also been excessive at times. Often I'm asked to pull ahead or into a spot where I'll wait for what feels like an eternity, only to get my order ... and it's wrong (and no, they aren't always busy so that's not an excuse for all the issues). I'm not sure who to blame here but the consistency of the issues are what makes this a location that should just be avoided. It's a local joke that everyone knows this McDonald's is terrible. Get your Big Macs elsewhere. read more

I honestly can not even give this McDonald's one star. This by far is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. My son orders the same thing every time we go there and it's wrong every time! Their staff is made up of one very nice (under-paid) woman and the rest 13 year old kids who do not know how to add or get your order right!! And they have 1 person making the food and I think she's 80. If I have to hear "Please pull up. We are waiting on fresh eggs" one more time I'm going to scream! It's breakfast time.. I live near this McDonalds and I find it to be the best of its kind. The workers are always considerate and they seem genuinely friendly. Many of them have worked there for a long time and that must mean that they're satisfied with their job. The food is typical McDonalds but it served neatly and I have never had an order that was wrong. What more can a person ask? :-) read more
